Account Under Contstruction relationship with GL account

Hi Friends,
I am not from FI so i want to know basics of AUC account.
1. What is the relationship between AUC account and Gl account?
2. Under which account type AUC comes?
3. Do AUC account is maintained under different document type like AA, AB, SP, SA so on.
Reason to ask:
I want to exclude AUC account while archiving FI documents. To restrict AUC account, i can customize in 2 ways,
1. Company code - Account Type - Number range = Exclude
For example:
1000 Comp code + S - G L Account Type + 1 to 9999999 num range = exclude.
2. Company Code + Document type = Exclude.
For Example:
(All Company code) + SP - Settlement = Exclude.
Do we have any whys to exclude AUC account with above 2 options.

Configuring mail account in Mail App with restriction account on

Hi there,
How is possible to create an account in Mail App with the restriction Accounts enable?
I explain myself. I configure all the iPads of my business with the restrictions enabled and select "Don´t Allow Changes" on the Accounts tab.
Settings > General > Restrictions> ( Enter Passcode ) >Enable Restrictions> Accounts > Don´t Allow Changes
It suppouses to prevent any change or create an account on Mail App, but I´ve found a couple of iPads with a Yahoo and GMail account configured in the Mail App while the restrictions still enabled.
Of course, users doesn´t know the Passcode and any of the general setting where modified.
Is there any other way ( via web perhaps, no high tech at all ) to configure an account in a restricted iPad?
I´m using iPad 2 ( iOS 5.0.1 )
I can´t figure out how, and it´s driving me crazy.

I do have Installing and Deleting Apps turned on so users can´t install or delete anything.
Guessing a four digits passcode in 10 attemps is very dificult, I discard that option.
There is somehow to add a Yahoo o Gmail account with account Restictions Enable.
Safari has no restriction indeed, except "private brownsing", so it might come from that way, but I can´t figured out how you might configure a Gmail o Yahoo account straight to the Mail App using just Safari...

How do i change my iCloud account on my iMac with another account

some please help, my daughter has replaced my icloud account details with hers, now i cant log into my icloud on my macbook pro.
When i click on icould from my prefences... her details pop up. ihave tried to log her out without any luck.
Please can someoen tell me what to do?

Use these steps to sign out of iCloud with your daughter's Apple ID:
OS X Mountain Lion and later: Choose System Preferences from the Apple () menu, then click iCloud.
If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID:
Click Sign Out. Depending on what iCloud options are turned on, you'll be asked if you want to make copies or delete iCloud data (Contacts, Calendar, Reminders, Bookmarks, Photo Stream) from your Mac. Click “Delete from Mac”. The data will be deleted from your Mac, but not from iCloud.
Enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download again to your Mac.

Gettiong chrome://messenger/content/mailWindow.js:179 error but after while works fine. Two accounts and appears worse with one account

when starting up Thunderbird, it's very slow. Running version 24.6.0 on Windows 8.1. Computer is a ASUS laptop. Have two email accounts. One account works fine but the other one is very slow at beginning. Clicking or deleting emails I get no response until after about 30 seconds. At times I also receive the following error message "chrome://messenger/content/mailWindow.js:179'. Clicking on stop script doesn't help. After about 4 minutes, get normal response times. This is after I have clicked or deleted emails aout five times.

About 5 minutes is how long it takes anti virus programs to scan the Thunderbird profile folder. Perhaps you need to exclude the profile folders from "on access" scanning and leave it to full scans to look at that part of the disk.

I purchased my iMac using the same (and only) Apple ID I use to purchase apps. Third-party apps update fine, but the apps that came with my iMac (iPhoto, iMovie, etc) bring up a message saying I have to log in with the account I used to purchase them.

I used my only Apple ID to purchase my iMac (Intel-based one). I've never been able to update core apps that came with it. I can update third party apps I've bought (like Coda), but when I try to update Garage Band, iPhoto, iMovie and so on, a popup message appears saying "You have updates available for other accounts" and "Log in with the account you used to purchase this app in order to update it", or similar (see screenshot above).
The OS seems to get its updates fine - it's just the core apps from the App Store.
I've only ever had one Apple ID, so I have no idea what to do. I went to ask the Genius bar at my local Apple store, and they couldn't help, and insisted that I must have purchased the iMac using a different account, but I definitely didn't. There are a few posts on non-Apple forums of this happening to other people, so it must be a rare bug.
I'm a little concerned it may affect my ability to update from Lion to Mountian Lion. Can anyone help?

Have you done a Disk Repair and a Disk Permissions Repair?
If that doesn't resolve the problem I would suggest calling customer support about this issue as it is most likely on their (Apple's) end that the problem exists.

One library with multiple devices with different accounts?

Here is the setup:
*(1) Windows XP PC with iTunes and (1) Library
*(1) iPhone and (1) iPad with iTunes Account A
*(1) iPad with iTunes Account B
*(1) iTouch with iTunes Account C
Is it possible to have one iTunes Library where we can all have our music (all we use really - no videos, etc) and can drag and drop among the different devices as we please? If so, how can this be done? If it cannot be done, what is the next best thing and how do you do it?
(All devices are sync'd manually - we just drag / drop.)

Serious problem with 2 accounts

I am encountering a strange problem.
I am using mail.app with about 6 different e-mail accounts. I recently subscribed to a new service provider for work, and have several email accounts on their server and I access them by POP3. But from time to time, maybe couple of times a day, mail.app downloads all the mails from the server over and over again. If I leave the computer for a while, I come back and one or more than one of my mailboxes have dozens of copies of the same mails.... This only happens with this service provider. I do have multiple accounts on other servers as well Gmail for example, and that doesn't happen there.
I contacted the support and one of their 'advices' was (quote):
"(5) Finally, please ensure that you do not have two e-mail accounts
set up. Using two email addresses and the same POP3 incoming and same SMTP outgoing may cause duplicate messages to appear. You will need to
delete the extra email account in your client."
Needless to say, I am quiet surprised by this advise as I use multiple accounts from one server for many years with different providers...
Any advise how to solve this problem without deleting the other account ....?

Ori, it's good you didn't follow that advice.
When you delete an account, all emails associated with that account will disappear from Mail permanently.
Possibly some indexing problem is playing tricks on you.
Quit Mail first and using the Finder, go to ~/Library/Mail/Envelope Index and move that Envelope Index file to the Desktop.
Duplicate (Alt-drag) the Mail folder and place the copy on the Desktop for backup purposes.
Launch Mail and you will be asked to import all mailboxes available within the Mail folder at ~/Library/Mail
Select OK and allow the import process to complete and a new Envelope Index file will be created within the Mail folder (it is not actually importing new mailboxes but recreating the Envelop Index file).
This should resolve the problem.
If so, you can trash the old Envelope Index file and the copy of the Mail folder from the Desktop. If not, let them sit there and we'll figure out a next step.

ITunes Match With Multiple Accounts

On my iTunes, I have a lot of mp3s. Some of them are old 128kbps mp4s from my dad's old account, account x. If I get iTunes Match on my new account, account y, will all the songs registered with account x become associated with my account, account y? Or will I have to get iTunes Match for my dad's old account, account x, to get the unprotected AAC files?
On a related note, I have a lot of old 128kbps tracks that are available on iTunes (eg, Miles by Miles Davis). Will iTunes download my old file, or can I download a 256kbps one from them?

I am not sure what you mean by this, can you please explain in more detail? You cannot erase accounts that already have transactions posted to it.

I've searched on the forums but could't get to a definitive conclusion.
Is there a way to create new child accounts under an active account with transactions?
I have an account 6226 with transactions.
The customer would like to divide this account in 4 new accounts:
62261, 62262, 62263, 62264.
B1 gives an error when I try to change the account to title which is undestandable but I imagine that should be a way to do this beacause with time the customers needs can change...

B1 has only one level for active account. You can get the definitive conclusion that it is not possible to have child active account.

Even if you put a credit or debit card on file with iTunes it will still use your balance FIRST.
I would suggest putting a card on file and testing to see if it will allow you to make a purchase, then removing the card from the account after successful download of an item.

Synching photos with multiple user accounts under Windows

My parents have an iPad which they share; they also have a PC running Windows 7 where they each have a user account. Within their accounts they each have photos, each in a two level hierarchy where the first level contains only folders (i.e. "<date> <subject>") and the second level contains the actual photos within each folder.
It's my Dad's account that actually syncs with the iPad. iTunes won't sync with a Windows 7 library so I can't combine my parents' individual photo folders into a single library. I tried creating a link in the base of my Dad's photo folder to my Mum's photo folder but then I discovered iTunes will only work with two levels of hierarchy so this meant all of her photos appeared in a single folder on the iPad.
They want all of their folders to appear at on the iPad with the photos each in the correct folder as (hopefully) illustrated below. Can someone suggest how this may be achieved?

Hi there i clickes the start button went to settings and control panel and user settings then edit accounts i had same issues as you it gives you the option to add, delete or edit an account. Hope this helps
