Accounting document not posted for the GR(105) Document
Dear All,
New material is created. Accounting1 & 2 views are maintained with valuation class, valuation type and Price Control as "V" (Moving Average Price). Moving Average Price is maintained as ZERO.
Purchase order is created for this material with item category as "K"(Cost Center). Three cost centers are assigned with quantity split.
Goods Receipt is posted with mvement types 103 and 105. But no corresponding accounting document posted.
While displaying the accounting documents for this GR, its showing the below message
No subsequent document found in Accounting
Message no. RW011
Diagnosis
All documents generated in Financial Accounting for object type 'MKPF',
reference document number '3900167513' and organizational unit '2009' should be displayed.
System Response
No accompanying documents were found in Financial Accounting.
Please suggest.
if the PO item has a multiple account assignment then the accounting document will be created with invoice receipt only. It is system design that an accounting document is only created with the receipt if the order item has a single account assignment

Accounting Document not posted for Cancelled Invoice -error in FI interface
Hi,
When I create a billing document then an accounting document gets created automatically in the background and then when I cancel the billing document no accounting document gets generated and the field Posting Status in header Detail of Billing document updated as "Errors in Financials Interface.
I tried to release it for Posting via VFX3 but failed due to below error message in Log:
"Incorrect doc.no.: 4900000005. Select document number between 3000000000 and 3099999999"
I have checked the Number range assignments to the Invoice type and Accounting type.
The number range is same for both Invoice type (Y0F2) and Cancelled Invoice type (Y0S1).
The Accounting document type (RV) is also same for both the cases. But it is working fine for Y0F2 (Acounting document generated and cleared automatically). But not working fine for Cancelled Invoice (Y0S1).
Can anybody please help me find out a solution to the issue.

The error message F5151 refers to the number range of the FI document.
Please have a look at the note 1259505: FAQ: New cancellation procedure in SD, which covers this issue in detail.
Question 5:
Q5. What is the FI document type, generated by the cancellation ?
In the old cancellation procedure, the FI document type is always
determined in SD, and passed to FI (the same when a normal invoice -
not a cancellation - is transferred to accounting).
In transaction VOFA there is the field 'Document type' (TVFK-BLART).
If this field is filled, then the FI document will have the document
type maintained here.
If TVFK-BLART is empty, then the FI document will get the default
document type 'RV'.
If the new cancellation procedure is performed, the FI document type is
always determined in FI, based on the document type of the FI document
to be reversed.
In transaction OBA7 the FI document type has assigned the field 'Reverse
document type' (T003-STBLA).
If it is filled, then the FI cancellation document will get the document
type maintained here.
If T003-STBLA is empty, then the FI document cancellation will get the
same document type as the cancelled FI document.
Notice that an unexpected FI document type can cause the error message
F5 151.
Example:
F2 invoice 90000001 was released, creating an accounting document with
document type 'RV'.
This F2 invoice is reversed by the S1 billing document 70000001.
In customizing of SD there is:
Billing Type Document Type
F2 RV
S1
In customizing of FI there is:
Document Type Number range Reverse Document Type
RV 00 AB
AB 01 AB
The FI number ranges (object RF_BELEG) are:
No From number To number Ext
00 0090000000 0099999999 X
01 0100000000 0199999999
Different situations can occur, due to these customizing settings of the
FI document type, caused by the type of cancellation.
If the new cancellation is used:
The FI document type 'RV' has 'Reverse Document Type' = 'AB'.
Document type 'AB' has number range '01' set as internal.
So the FI document will have its own number included in
100000000-199999999.
There is no issue.
If the old cancellation is used:
The cancellation billing type S1 has no 'Document type' maintained, so
the FI document will get document type 'RV'. It has number range '00',
set as external number range.
So the FI document should get the same number of S1 billing document.
But the S1 billing document has number 70000001, not included in the
interval of number range '01'.
This will cause error F5 151.

FI DOCUMENT NOT POSTED FOR 201 MOVEMENT

In one of the my client having one issue for particular one material ,FI document not posted ,while issue the goods to shop floor 201 movement type & same document we cancelled ,but FI document posted. Same cancellation document again cancelled.
How do we post / Release the same 201 Movement type material documet to FI. Due this my valuation agaisnt GL is inconsistency in MB5L AND MB5B report. Could u please help.

the following things have to be concidered for your issue
1. FI Document is not generated if the price of material is ZERO
2. check whether during the movement type 261 the material price is ZERO or not
3. Check whether during the cancellation of that document the material price is changed some how?
i my opinion during the 261 for that material that material price was Zero and no FI Document was generated and during the cancellation of that document that material has got some price so the FI Document was generated

When I tried to buy ankimobile for my iPad, I got a message that my account was not accepted in the Australian store, and to transfer to the U.S. store. Accounting document not created for the billing document in CIN
Hi Experts,
I have made conditon records for BED, CESS, Edu Cess and VAT. I hve defined the accounts in both excise transactions and VKOA Settings even then the accounting document is not getting created. I am getting the following error.
No account is specified in item 0000001003
Message no. F5670

Thanks in AdvanceOpen the document in VF02 / VF03, go to Environment -> Acct. Determination Analysis -> Revenue Accounts. (You can also press CtrlShiftF12). There check for the item no. 1003. You'll find no account has been determined for this item through any procedure.
In the right pane, it will also give other details like CoA, Sales Org etc (as per your access sequence) which it tried to find the account for. Assign an account for that combination in VKOA and then try to release the doc for accounting. It should work if you have assigned correctly.

In FF67 below document no. not posted. I tried to post it from FEBAN also.
Vendor payment 1500004860 - Amount 1164.50 USD(261,648.24 LKR)
Vendor Payment 1500005009 -Amount 2346.00 GBP (309,244.32 LKR)
When comes to 'Post with Clearing Process open items' screen gives the error msg "No Batch input data for screen SAPDF05X 3100.
I tried to post it from FEBAN also but due to exchange rate differences its showing error. My all bank accounts are maintained in LKR currency.
In below screenshot i am getting the different amount than which i want to clear.

Thanks for your reply, but I don't want to post this difference to any account. Shall I achieve this with any interpretation algorithm or with Value date field as in variant for clearing outgoing bank account. So system will pick the reference as value date for clearing of bank payment related transaction in different currency.

I wrote all my posts from 2005-2011 as an "Admin" for this community. I still work for Nokia as an external consultant, so my rank in all posts is now "Employee".I am quite honestly confused as to what account to use with any of Nokia's websites. I currently have 5. 1 for email.nokia.com, 1 for www.forum.nokia.com, 2 for discussions.europe.nokia.com (the older one would let me authenticate, but not let me log in, which is StHalcyon, if you care to take a look), 1 for ovi.com, and 1 for the disappeared nokiaforbusiness.nokiausa.com site.
It's good to hear that there's some consolidation (is that correct) going on, but which ones are we consolidating?
What happened to the US version of nokiaforbusiness site?
Is there a way for you to look at my older account, which is StHalcyon? If I use the wrong password, the popup login window will error out. But if I use the correct password, it goes away and takes me back to discussions.europe.nokia.com, but then I'm still not logged in (with the Login / Register buttons still there).

I created Inventory Document for QA stock and Counted But when i try to Post the document on MI07 , I am getting Warning message :"Non-selectable items have not been counted, or not completely".
Please let me know , How to proceed to Post this document..

1. Physical Inventory Preparation - MI01
Create a physical inventory document.
Blocking Materials for Posting
Print and distribute the physical inventory document.
2. Physical Inventory Count - MI04
Counting stocks
Entering the result of the count on the physical inventory document printout
3. Physical Inventory Analysis - MI07
Entering the result of the count into the system
Initiating a recount, if necessary
Posting inventory differences
Have you selected freeze book inventory.

Two different accounts to be posted for the same valuation class on PGI
Hi Experts,
Please note that we want to post two different accounts for the stock offset entry( based on the nature of customer ) in the transaction of PGI in SO. However the valuation class is the same as the nature of the material is same (only the nature of customers is different). We have put one of the two accounts in OBYC GBB - VAX and GBB - VAY.
Is it possible to have two offset accounts on PGI for the same valuation class.If yes, how will the system identify which one to be posted to.

why not create two asset class to easily to separate two situations for two company codes? just a suggestion
or
maintain one depreciation key for asset class as a default, if for another company code, just change the depreciation key manual when creating asset master. it is not very complicate.
or
create two depreciation areas, one for each company code, then, you will have one useless depreciation for each company code -- not a resonable way
and, yes, that is the limitation of substituion in AA.

I can able to create a purchase request for the material with quantiy equal to or more than 16. If I create a purchase request for the same material with quantity less than 16., Follow-on Document not getting created. I checked the transaction BBP_PD, it does not show other status like Shopping card ordered , approved, Items in Transfer Process and Follow-on Document created. Any Reason for this.?

In my third-party web application of Office 365, I want to have access to the contacts, events and emails of all the users from the organizations who installed my app. The thing is I don't want that all these users have to grant me access, I just want one
admin of the org to grant access for my app and then be able to retrieve the data I need for all the users.
To test for one organization, I logged in as the admin and proceed to the Oauth2 authentication to retrieve the access token and in the first request (the GET one to retrieve an authorization code) i add the parameter
prompt=admin_consent.
With this access token, I can access the data (emails, contact, event) of the admin
for instance for the contacts

but not the data of the other users of this org with this uri

The only thing I can do is retrieve an access token for each user but it supposed that each user has to authorize the access to the app but it's very cumbersome. So, i don't see what enables the parameter prompt=admin_consent and how to use it. Does anybody
know what it does?
And my question is: how can I do to access the data of all the users of one organization when the access has been granted by one admin?

You are sending the OAuth request to a tenant specific endpoint of Azure AD. Note the {key_provided} part of your Url - that part represents the tenantid or a registered domain name of an Azure AD tenant. Azure AD throws this error is the user signing in
is not a user in that tenant.
Multi-tenant applications like yours have two options:
Perform home realm discovery yourself and send the SSO request to the correct tenant-specific endpoint of Azure AD: when a new Azure AD organization signs-up for your application, record its tenant ID, and registered domain names. On your login page, ask
the user for their email and try to discover what Org they belong to using the suffix the email.
Use the common endpoint of Azure AD. Instead of the {key_provided} part of the URL, use 'common'. In this case Azure AD will determine the user's tenant and sign-in the user. The token that your application will receive will still be from the user's tenant
(iss claim).
2 is more convenient for apps. However #1 has an advantage when the user's Organization has customized their sign-in page with the company logo etc - in the case of #1 the user will directly be taken to the customized and familiar sign-in page.
I recommend a combination of the two: try determining the user's organization and sending them to the tenant specific SSO endpoint. If you're not able to - send them to the common endpoint. -

bank charges dr 200
bank clearing a/c cr 1000
transaction II01 for checks issues for 800
Transaction II02 for bank charges for 200
above transactions should be considered but the user considered II01 for check issues for total amount 1000 and the document not posted and the remaining docs were posted.

I am trying to load hierarchies for 0costcenter and 0material. I am getting the error '51 Application document not posted'. The load is successful for master data as wellas text data loads. The connections are fine and parter profiles too. Please let me know the step by step by procedure to solve this error.
