Accounting error in service entry sheet

Hi
         while posting service entry sheet i get error 147 Account determination for entry INT WRX not possible.
I have maintained valuation class of service master in OBYC setting also.Can anybody help me out.

GR/IR Clearing account is a balance sheet account which act an interim account where the Invoice value is stored but we have not actually receive the Invoice. You should have separate Account Group, separate Field status group. Create
G/L account GR/IR clearing & keep it post automatically and select as Balance sheet account.
WRX Transaction key is used for GR/IR clearing in OBYC in account determination and you can have *separate GR/IR clearing- material, GR/IR clearing-asset and GR/IR clearing-service.

    In that case 4th period (January - check To period in OB52 for your company code) be opened for account types S (GL), M (material) k (Vendor) in FI point of veiw in integration to MM. And also check OMSY what is the MM posting period in open - is it 4th period. If January is not yet opened then open in MMPV. If everything is correct then post in 4th period. I dont think you are using back posting to previous period. If back posting is allowed then check in OMSY for mm posting period 3 is open or not and also OB52 (from period) 3rd period is open or not. If open post in 3rd period.

  • Run time error in Service entry sheet

    Hi Experts
    When I create a Service Purchase Order & when I enter a Service Entry sheet using ML81N, When I save it I am getting a run time error (Short dump has not been completely stored (too big) ).Could you please tell me how to overcome to this problem.

    Check ST22 for abap dump. It looks program try to insert duplicate record. If there is an enhancement in standard tcode debug it. If not ask it to SAP via OSS.

  • Multiple account assignment in service entry sheet (ML81N)

    Hi all,
    Is there any difference (other than the number of service entry sheet lines) if I create one service line in ML81N using the multiple account assignment screen with 2 different order numbers or 2 SES lines with single account assignment? There is a difference when purchasing materials but I am not sure about services since you accept (post) the entire service entry sheet and not a line item.

    If you created an unplanned service PO, did you designate an account assignment on the PO or did you mark with an unknown account assignment?  The other question I would have is whether you marked your PO as service based invoice verification?  The answer to these questions may help me provide a more accurate response.
    From my perspective, the process within the service entry sheet would not matter if you do the one line item versus the two line items.  Ultimately the question would be how the AP processor would see the information when they process the invoice through MIRO (e.g. will they see one line or two).  If you are not using service based invoice verification, then the two options you should provide the same result (e.g. one line item on the MIRO screen).

    yes u have to make the serv entry sheet with rspt to Serv. P.O just go to ML81N here click on create icon, a small box opens here give the p.o no & click on continue.here give all necessary details like desc, valid dates , serv, location, etc then click on serv. sel tab which is at below then all line item which r in Serv. p.o will be picked up.

    For SES, Use t.code: OBYC, enter Chart of account and click WRX,
    In next screen Click “Rules”
    Select the check box of Debit/Credit in accounts are determine based on TAB and save.
    Now again
    Use t.code: OBYC, enter Chart of account and click WRX,
    here only u have to enter  G/L accounts for Dr and Cr  & Save.
    Now try your transaction.

    We have created a maintenance order for service. But when the PR get generated there comes an error "Customizing Incorrectly Maintained" and this error keeps on coming till service enrty sheet.
    Message No. SE729
    At times error is IW215, which doesnt come every time. Pls suggest.

  • Error posting Service Entry Sheet

    Hi,
    While posting the second SES by saving the final release approval, error message "M7022 - Ordered quantity exceeded by 1AU: Plant KKPD" appears. The release order is with "GR based IV" and the SES value is till within the limits.
    Can someone help me out.

    Pl check the number of SES you have made against the PO . You can check the same in PO history tab . May possible the number no SES qty is exceeding with PO qty . PL note that system also takes into consideration of non released SES also . So you need to reverse the unpaid SES .

  • Service entry sheet error.with new material group for services

    Dear Experts
    We need to create material group for  roll shop spare parts service,we created a new material group.
    when we are creating PR/PO with item category as D and a/c assignment K( entered cost center here).its giving error message
    as RC= 3M8 47 Account determination for entry JSL KBS J001 not possible(while making service entry sheet)
    after that i changed PR/PO and gave cost center and G/l account.now the service entry sheet is accepted.
    is it necessary give G/L account manually,if user chose wrong G/L account how to avoid this problem.
    please clarify me,
    do we need to assign valuation class for material group for services?(where to assign)
    or
    should assign G/L account manually to cost center while creating PR/PO

    Option-1:-- >
    Without creating material group and you can use your other service material group(existing service material group) and  create a service master  in AC03 as spareservice. Create a Service PO with text as roll shop spare parts service with other details as required like quantity of service, cost center & G/L account etc. After service being completed you can do SES in t.code: ML81N
    Option-2:-- >
    If you want report at the end based on different material/service group level, you can create a material/service group in OMSF for roll shop spare parts service and then you can assign to valuation class to material group in OMQW t.code. Then carry out regular process service order, SES etc.
    Based on requirement, you can enter G/L account manually or can set default G/L account in purchasing document with help of t.codes: OMSK, OMQW, OME9, OMGO & OBYC
    For error u201CAccount determination for entry JSL KBS J001 not possibleu201D, you cannot assign KBS transaction/event key to an account in OBYC t.code. Only you can assign G/L account to cost center with your CompanyCode in OKB9 t.code. Check the SAP note: 364570 & 106981

  • Changing GR/IR clearing account in Service Entry Sheet process

    Hi,
    We are using one Gr/ir clearing account for both Material and Service Entry sheet process.
    Now for clear process we want to create new account for the Service entry sheet.
    We have given blank valuation class for Service entry sheet and it has been assigned to the g/l account.
    After analysing the scenario we had two options.1.  Whether we can change the valuation class
    or 2. we can create new G/l account.
    But i had a doubt will it impact anywhere if i change the valuation class.
    Can anybody advice me??

    Thanks for your answers. Yes we have sort key set on both the accounts and also we have tried to display all the PO relevent fields but unable get through.
    Please note we need PO no line wise on the ledger of adjustment accounts NOT on the GR/IR account.
    1) Goods Delivered but not yet invoiced
    2) Goods Invoiced but not yet Delivered

    I want shor text (ESSR - TXZ01) of service entry sheet to get populated in the text field(BSEG - SGTXT) of corresponding accounting document of service entry sheet created against GR document.
    Please suggest how  can I achieve the same.Is there any SAP note for the same?

    Hi Satish,
    BSEG - SGTXT gets the values from MSEG-SGTXT (material document after SES acceptance).
                                                                                    The service entry sheet header text is only copied into MSEG-SGTXT if            
    you do NOT use Srv-Based Invoice Verification:  the field EKPO-LEBRE          
    in the PO item is NOT checked.
    Otherwise the text from the service lines will be overtaken into   MSEG-SGTXT.  
    Please make tests.

  • Error in Posting Service Entry Sheet - FI 311 No Commitment Item in Item 1

    Dear All,
    We need a suggestion/solution for the following problem :-
    Our customer had raised purchase orders for services in may 2010. The following critical entries were made in the purchase order.
    Account Assignment Category was P-Project
    The WBS element was entered as the Accounts Assigment Category was P.
    The user was entering uncoded services. Hence the material group for that service which had G/L a/c tagged to it was entered. But the G/l code was not populated in the purchase order by the system at that time of creation of purchase order and subsequently the user was able to save and release purchase order.
    The user was able to post Service Entry Sheet and generate accounting entries in june 2010.
    Additional service entry sheets are required to be posted for the remaining quantites. The client has urcated the SES process into two parts.
    1. Through T-code ZML81N the end user is able to create and save the SES.
    2. Through T-code ML81N the Head of Department is able to approve and post the SES which results in generating of accounting entries.
    Presently the user is able to create SES with tcode ZML81N. But when the HOD tries to approve and post the ses we get the error.
    FI 311 - No commitement item maintained in Item 0001 in P220 (company code).
    Fund Management is active in this company code and all settings related to Funds Management and FI have been checked by respective consultants.
    The end user is not having any problems in processing SES for current Pos. But he is not able to create SES for the POs created in May, 2010 for which the user has already created and posted more than one SES against the same POs.
    We have already escalated it to SAP.

    Use T.code:FS00 and check G/L account 280000 is there in your company code or not.
    If yes, check its nature(type/description,control data , cretae bank/intererst tabs)of G/L
    NOTE: Also check and compare the field selection between Movement type 101 & your G/L account 280000 in SE38 t.code with  Program RM07CUFA

    Enter Chart of Account,Now you will have new screen,
    Click WRX, sys will take to new screen
    Click Rules,select check box of debit and credit only and save.
    Now enter you G/L accounts(GR/IR) in debit and credit field and save.
    Now try your transaction.

    The cause for "SE508" can be also if there is an inconsistency in the tables ESLL and ESKL: the  field 'LOEKZ' has been set in the table ESKL for the PO service accounting information, but it does not reflect in the table ESLL for the same service lines. I would recommend you to check the deletion flag in both tables for the services in the PO item.
    If the problem still exists, please open a SAP ticket.
