Can you please help me on this issue ? please provide your valuable inputs ?
when user is trying to create an expense report from travel plan, getting error message , Accounting status not ' documents posted ' trip can't be changed.

Once posting is done you can't edit expense as per standard. If they want to edit expense they should do enhancement.

Why do you need InDesign CS (that is version 3) or InDesign CS3 (that is Version 5) to install InDesign CS5.5 (it is version 7.5)?
If it is an upgrade and asks you to input your serial of an older version, you have to get an find it. No one will help you here. If you can't find it and if you have not registered it, you are out of luck. You will have to spend money for a new version.

Field Status in Document Posting

I need to make the Assignment field (BSEG-ZUONR) in the Details tab when posting a Customer (FB70) or Vendor (FB60) invoice a required field.

You could create a transaction variant in SHD0.

In the SAP Reference IMG, you can create transaction variants. Choose Basis Components -> Application Personalization -> Tailoring of Application Transactions -> Configure Transaction-Related Display Values for Fields (Transaction SHD0). Transaction variants allow you to preset values for fields in a transaction, set field attributes, or hide entire screens.
To execute a transaction variant, you define a variant transaction using the Transaction Maintenance transaction (SE93).
Once you have entered a transaction code and short description, choose transaction type Transaction with variant (Variant transaction).
To define a variant, enter the name of the transaction and the name of the variant. You can then use the new transaction code to start the special variant of the transaction.

Blackberry Curve 8520 - Can't set up email account (Have read previous posts and can't figure out problem. Please help.

I just bought myself a new Blackberry.
I've been trying to set up my email account through the wizard set up and have been largely unsuccessful. I read a couple of posts that have given a step-by-step process. My only problem is that I don't have an option that says 'Add account.' Here are the steps I've followed:
1) Go to Email Setup
2) Choose 'I want to create or add an email address.
3) Click next
4)Click next again
5)Then, I get a message which says 'Existing Users, to log in, please provide your username and password.'
I don't have an option to add an account.
When I put in my username and password into the fields, I get a message saying please enter a valid username.
(My service provider already set up my Gmail, and couldn't add the other one. I told him I'd figure it out)

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
The reason you can't log in is that, when you had your carrier set up your GMail, they created a BIS account for you. Further, they created BIS credentials on that account -- which are then needed to access the BIS configuration screens even on the BB. You need those credentials. Contact whoever it is that set it up for you and have them tell you those credentials.

Yesterday under sufference I moved across to I-Cloud from my Mobile me accounts.
I had a deadline of 30th June to merge my email accounts or they would of ceased.
In order to remain compatible I also bought the Lion OSX platfrom which was upgraded from Snow Leopard.
I have moved all my .mac and .me accounts across to I-Cloud and the Connection Doctor recognises them to allow email to be downloaded,
but its seems when the SMTP part of the loggin tries to connect its booted off the mail server.
Im know that I have probably not managed to merge across competely to I-Cloud successfully and wondered if any one can please tell me the
setting I need to change under the mail preference account profiles to ensure this will work correctly.

Hi Roger, Thanks for your suggestions. Do you think in fact that I could delete the SMTP part of the mailservers. It appears that they are dedundant as it now says it used Icloud only?

Document not Posted Trip cannot be changed Error

I have an issue where user is facing problem while creating Expense report for his expenses. when he tries to create he gets this Error message "Accounting Status not 'Document posted' Trip cannot be changed". But user was creating Expense report for that trip first time.So not sure why this error occurs. Any idea how to get this resolved? is there any relavant OSS Message for this? Please help.

Please use the report RPRDETEC to check the inconsistency. You can either delete this trips in the cluster table or manually repair it by writing your own z report.

Vendor Reconcilation account change during the document posting

Hello Experts,
I have one doubt about the Vendor Reconcilation account change during the document posting.
Is there any way/possibility to change the vendor reconcillation account during the document posting, for a particular vendor.
If is there any chance please let me know the way how to change it and also letme know the impact of this.

The System always takes the reconciliation account stored into the Vendor master data.
Technically it is possible to change reconciliation account in vendor master record as follows:
1) SPRO -> Financial Accounting -> AR and AP -> Vendor accounts -> Master Records -> Preparations for Creating Vendor Master Records -> Define Screen Layout per Activity (Vendors) -> Change Vendor (Accounting) -> Company Code Data ->
Account management -> field 'Reconciliation account' set to 'optional entry'
2) Then system will allow you to change reconciliation account in vendor master record.
In general you can only change recon account when balance is zero.
"By changing the reconciliation account in the open item master record the proportionate values from the items open at the time of change are not posted to the new reconciliation account.
Hope this claifies.

Is it possible to change the file Kind, e.g. mkv to video and not document?

Is it possible to change the file Kind, e.g. mkv to video and not document?
I can't find where I can change this in Finder or OSX. Is this really hardoded in the OS? Get Info gives me no options, but that is where I set the default apps for file kinds (types).
I hope this is possible because I have lot of document kinds and the arrange by kind view in Finder is thus not very useful.

It has to be hard-coded in the application that claims MKV files as a type.
