Accounts in COA location in drawer is always resetting

*Hi Experts,*
*Our chart of account is very long and it will take time to arrange it.  Accounts are arranged such that each child account is attached to their respective mother account.  Unexpectedly, without knowing what we did and we did not even edit it, all title accounts (blue colored) are arranged above and all the active accounts are placed below the 2nd half of the Chart of accounts.  What could be the reason for this ?  How could we turn it back to our original arrangement ?*

Hi Allan,
You could use DTW to move the active accounts under the right title account; I'm not sure if you can force the order of the active accounts so I suggest having them in the import file in the order you want them. If you have segmented accounts, all you should need in your import file is the AccountCode (_SYS # - run a query on OACT to get this) and the FatherAccount (title) code.
I suggest you update the CoA once you have figured out what caused this as Jitin's indicated above. If you do have any add-ons, what you may want to try is to turn them all off, manually move a couple of active GLs to where you want them then start the add-ons one by one to see if one of them affects the GL update.

    I noticed that when I visitied my site, it would have this in the address http://www.mydomain.com/www.mydomain.com/Welcome.html even though I had entered www.mydomain.com. 
    I had the domain in MobileMe originally.  Then I registered it in www.fastdomain.com via IPage back in August 2011.  It was at this point I would publish using the FTP option but I didn't change anything on MobileMe.  Today, I thought I would clean things up. 
    I went into MobileMe and removed it from the Personal Domain.  I tried to remove the back up from IDISK but it wouldn't let me.  I did a publish and wen to visit the site.  I now get prompted to enter my mobileme info.  When I do, I get Account Error: Missing Locator.  How do I clean this up??? 

    Now you need to remove the CNAME entry as well where you host your domainname.
    MobileMe has no entry for your domainname anymore, hence the login window.

  • Copying G/L accounts from COA to Company code

    Hello Experts,
    Can anyone tell me how to Copy (Extend) G/L accounts from Chart of Accounts to Company code. I am aware of creating the G/L accounts using FSP0, FSS0 and FS00. But I want to know how to copy large number of G/L accounts from COA to Co.cd in one shot.

  • Copy .vhd from secondary storage account to another storage account in primary location (RA-GRS) enabled using power shell scripts

    All,
    Hope you are doing great. I have a storage account which is RA-GRS enabled. Which has couple of (IaaS based vms) .vhd. I have taken few snapshots on the VMs too.
    Queries:
    1. How do I copy the .vhds from secondary storage account to different account in primary location?
    2. If I copy the .vhds. Does it copy all the snapshots which was taken?

    Hope you are doing great. I am facing a problem.
    1. Imagine I have a storage account with RA-GRS enabled. US East (Primary) and US West (Secondary)
    2. I have created a VM in US East and taken couple of snapshots. Which means the .vhd and its snapshot will be replicated in the Secondary location.
    3. Assume that Primary site is down. Not I want to read the .vhd and its snapshot from secondary and create VM in Primary location.
    4. I tried the below code but it is throwing exception 404 Not found.
    Please advice.

    Welcome to the Support Communities!
    The first thing I would suggest is to quit the Mac App Store application.  Then go to the Apple - My Apple ID website and click on "Manage your Apple ID" to confirm your settings.   If you can't remember your password, you can reset it from this website.
    The next thing I would try is to open your iTunes application, and on the menu bar, click on Store > View Account. Make sure your billing information and shipping details are correct.  (You may be requested to re-enter your credit card security code, then be sure to click Done).
    Finally, restart your computer and launch the Mac App Store and try your purchase again.

    when i plug out my mouse (razer deathadder) then use the trackpad only and plug the mouse in again the tracking speed ist always reseted to the 4th bar.
    why is that happening and how can i make the os the save my setting?

    ps: apple i hate you for removing the possibility to shut down the trackpad while mouse-use. it is so annyoing while typing. saussage fingers helps a bit but i want the old option back!!

    they didn't remove it. they just moved it. this option is available in system preferences->universal access->mouse&trackpad.

  • Mouse tracking always reset to a specific area point

    Hi,
    My iMac mouse always reset to a specific area of my screen every time I move it.
    I thought that it was the magic mouse tracking that was bugging but it's not : the same problem occurs when I'm using the ScreenSharing app with my computer on sharing mode.
    I tried to restart the computer, empty the PRAM after unplugging the computer but nothing worked..
    Here's the specs of my iMac :
    iMac 27-inch, Late 2012
    3,4 GHz Intel Core i7
    32 Gb of ram
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2048 Mb
    OS X Yosemite 10.10.1
    Someone could help me please?

    Hi and Welcome to the Community!
    I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:
    KB17877 How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode
    It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, see what happens.
    If the behavior ceases, then think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.
    But if the behavior continues in Safe Mode, then you may need to consider more drastic actions -- WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload, and the "Bare Bones" OS Reload Process. To prepare, you should be sure that you have a full backup to your PC...please review the Backup link in my auto-sig on this post for instructions.
    You may also need the use of these tricks:

    You cannot bypass this security measure. You need to recover your AppleID from appleID.apple.com
    If you can't send the password recovery to a secondary email, contact Apple Support.
