Accounts suspended/blocked!
Hello Community!
I had opened a support ticket (23/05/13 - 2154193-3474353) to remove some Skype names from the Skype directory.
By the Saturday (25/05/13), Skype send me an e-mail asking for some information, like e-mails, Skype names, Country and some dates. Then, I explained that I have about 35 Skype names to delete, because some users were not working in my company anymore.
Example: user n°1 has three different Skype names for the same e-mail, and I want to delete the other two (Skype names not used anymore, and want to keep only one active, the current).
I replied Skype (04/06) with the following: Skype names I want to delete, e-mail registered, the probably date that this Skype name was created and the Country for each one.
At 05/06 - 54193-3474353, some Skype Customer Service, answer my e-mail saying that my Skype Account were canceled, and I must wait two weeks for the Skype names completely disappear form the Skype Directory.
Until this point, I think it is OK.
Now starts the problem. Right after this last e-mail entered my Outlook, some users started to complain about their Skype logins. They were disconnect and could not login anymore after this day (05/06).
Some of this users, had his e-mail account in the e-mail I sent to Skype to delete some older Skype names, but most of the users that cannot login anymore, were not even mentioned at the e-mail I sent to Skype at 04/06.
These users tried to contact Skype via chat and they got the same answer: the accounts were suspended/blocked or violated the terms of use. Skype probably did something wrong! How can I resolve this situation, these users must use Skype…

Were these accounts set up using Skype Manager? If yes, please do contact Skype Customer Service again from the link in your Skype Manager dashboard to seek further assistance.

I suggest corresponding with Skype Customer Service again , this time by choosing the e-mail option; I have had good experiences with reporting and receiving information this way. Skype does block or suspend accounts for several legitimate reasons, many of which are outlined in these FAQ articles, below. Credit card companies will block Skype purchases if they are suspected as being fraudulent; in this case, you need to contact your payment method issuer to approve the purchase.
Public WiFi networks are notoriously insecure, and if Skype has experienced fraudulent activity on a particular network, then Skype will block account access from that network, as irritating as it is to people who still use that network.

So, there is at least one reason why an account is blocked or suspended.

F150-dunning -----Customer account was blocked by dunning run

Cusomer account was blocked by dunning run, where i can unblock please reply as early as possible. while doing individual notice it showing the below error msg.
Error msg: Account D 000006000001 was blocked by dunning run 20006722 DUN1

If the invoices are bloced for the particualar invoices then go to Tcode MRBR and enter the invoices number and release it and then Run the Dunning.....

The GL account does not contain any entry for that company code. What can be the reason of this error?

It might sound bit different to you...................even then hava look at the following settings
Transaction Code VKOA - Check the GL Account , the system is determining on the basis of Access Sequence.
Transaction Code FS00 - Check whether the GL Account is blocked for posting or not.

I saw a post with subject "Blocked account posted by BlackForest".
My case is similar to that one..
My skype account is blocked, although I still can use skype to skype call and IM feature is all ok. However, I cannot make outside call and if I want to recharge or buy skype number or any activities that are involving payment, it said my account is blocked.
I submitted the verification forms more than 3 times and they always come back to me saying that (in the end) they are unable to verify my account.
I do understand the security procedure skype is using but I need my account reactivated ASAP as I'm working with skype and thus this issue is a big problem for me.
I am the owner of my own skype, I myself enter any details needed, but perhaps there are some details changed and i dont remember as i've been using skype since 2010.
Can u pls help reactivate my account soon, by (perhaps) doing your preciously suggested on similar case, by changing the password and confirming again here, to regain my own ownership of my own skype account?

Your case is not totally straightforward. You will need to talk to Customer Service and verify the CC which was used for a chargeback as it's a different CC than the one used before on the account. please contact Skype customer service

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Account suspended unable to release?
Yesterday I turned the auto recharge off and then on again and today I found my Skype account suspended.
I talked on live chat and I had to provide details etc.
I still do not have my account release and this is an outragious practice. Did you do it for refusing to pay you 10 Euro just for a minute?

VAT account is blocked for posting.
Hi,
Sap debtor invoices and credit notes raised today are all blocked with the eerror sayin account xxxxx blocked for posting.
this account is a 17.5% vat code but a lot of the invoices are zero rate.
The code has now been opened so the invoces can be released but the vat accountant would likes this code closed as it is no longer used. Why it is affecting the invoices which are not vatable?

You are getting the error even in case of non-vatable (zero vat invoices), because the system calculates the vat amount based on the percentage configured in the tax code. Even in case it is zero percent, the value calculated in zero (we do not see in the accounting document as zero value line items are not there in the accounting doc). However, still a tax line is created, which you can see in the table BSET. Now to create this line, the system checks if the account is open to be posted.
The other reason why it looks for teh GL account is because of the various tax reports (like ECSL), where even the zero tax rate items are reported, based on Gl account and tax codes
