Acer v3-571 2012 new updated windows 10 checked all drivers on site wifi and bluetooth not working
i have all ways had a Acer since 2004 my Aspire v3-571 2012 worked well windows 8 8.1 now am at windows 10 pro but i cant find drivers to run WiFi and bluetooth.I checked all your drivers on site for my model is there from 2006 till 2014 and the only driver that is in the 16/06/2015 is Realtek High DEfinition Audio.can you send meto aplace were i can it please.never had this happen to meThank YouE.Taffa

Installed iOS7 update and now wifi and Bluetooth not working
My daughters 4s has never skipped a beat - perfectly reliable. Just updated iOS7 with update and now both wifi and Bluetooth not working. Wifi is greyed out and when you go into bluetooth the busy twirly symbol is constantly going round. Can someone please help me as I'm pulling my hair out! My other Daughters iphone 4s is fins BUT she has not downloaded latest update - and she won't until this is resolved. If needs be I will take to store and DEMAND for it to be sorted out - either by repair or replacement as it is wholly a seemingly software issue and nothing wrong with the phone.
Gutted really as I am a huge Apple fan and customer with ipods, phones, iMac & iPads all around. If this is not resolved I fear an Apple drought may begin!..... ty for the link, however this is the first result googling the issue..... of course it did not work....
it is really unbelivable that plenty 4s devices suffered the wifi troubleshooting just after upgrading to ios7, and finally.... i should burn wifi and bluthoot, and another hardware problems should cause % battery value is disappeared....
all this in one shot....
firmaware is not well working or is somebody bombing our devices to force us to switch to newest? -
I have installed windows 8 on my mac book pro with bootcamp 4 and the issue is whenever i open windows 8 , It hangs after 15 minutes and does not work . How to resolve this issue? Is it compatibility issue ?

IPhone 6 Wifi and Blutooth not working after update!
I updated my iPhone 6 this weekend and did not back it up before doing so. I now notice that my WiFi and Bluetooth are off and not working! I can't turn the back on. I reset the phone, I even reset all the network settings, but can not turn them on. I also noticed that I am not getting text an emails as quick. My iPad Air is fine, but my phone is really screwed up. Any suggestions?
Also - I have to say this, what's up with Apple lately? Why so many issues with updates lately? I (and everyone else) pay a lot of money for these devices and the service, how about putting out updates that don't screw everything up for a change.P90X Dad wrote:

And it was unwise to not make a backup prior to updating. That's contrary to what Apple recommends: [Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support] (Before you update Back up your device to iCloud or iTunes.)
And what issues with updates are you talking about? This is your first post on this forum. -
I thought this latest OS release had fixed my WiFi and Bluetooth problem, but I was excited for only a minute! I actually was able to connect to my WiFi at home and paired my Bluetooth to my car - but after a few minutes, the Bluetooth automatically turned off and the WiFi no longer worked. Is there a FIX to this??? I know it's the OS that disabled them and I'm not paying $500 for a new phone when my upgrade is not availbe for another six months!!!!
My iPhone 4S did once again did lose it's wifi connection after running perfectly for about 8 weeks.
I was streaming Pandora Radio via bluetooth connection at the time, ( not sure if that has anything to do with why the wifi dropped out again, but I thought I'd mention it anyway)
But!.... I was able to get everything up and running perfectly again by simply grabing my girlfriend's hair dyer heated it up again for about 5 - 7 minutes ( the over heated message even appeared this time) then powered it off, warped it in a plastic bag, stuck it back in the freezer for 15 minutes, took it out of the freezer, powered it back on, and Abracadabra it works perfectly again!!!
Phone has been running perfectly AGAIN for about a week now.
One strange thing this time after fixing it for a second time is that the the little WiFi symbol no longer shows at the top of the screen, but the wifi connection and everything IS RUNNING PERFECTLY!
If all I've got to do once in a while, is spend about 20 minutes with a hairdryer and a freezer to keep my iPhone 4S running perfectly.....well I'm as happy as a pig in s*** :-)
And please no comments about how I have now voided my apple support etc. I never had any to begin with (it's a 2nd hand phone and I really couldn't care less about warranty issues etc etc etc..... The phone works, and that's all that matters to me! -
Can anyone help? I updated my iPhone 4 with latest iOS 7 and now wi fi is greyed out, Bluetooth won't work and tbh am so angry! Phone now out of warranty so apple won't help without it costing me. Don't want to pay as its an apple problem not phone problem. It worked ok before. Tried everything, even clearing it down. Can't even back it up now unless I connect to a pc!
I have not had wifi since November when I upgraded to the newest IOS version. I called the Apple help line and they told me some things to do and I tried them all and they worked for a few hours and then wifi shut off again. I kept doing what they told me and it worked for a couple more days and then I could never turn it on again. My blue tooth doesn't work either. I had to actually increase my data usage with AT&T becuase of this. When I did that in December I went to the Apple store and was told that it is a hardware issue and since my phone is out of warranty I would have to pay for a new phone because they could not fix the issue. My upgrade isn't up until June 2014 so not only do I have to wait for the upgrade and I am not paying for a new phone but I have to pay $10 plus extra a month on my cell phone bill because I was going over on my Data!!! I have been beyond upset about this and Apple is not doing anything about this nor did they offer up some way to resolve the issue because obviously it is not just some rare incident if several people are having this issue. Who knows how many people out there have had this issue and have not said anything about it. Now there is a newer update that I can't do because it requires wifi in order to download.
June can not get here fast enough and I may not go back to Iphone after dealing with this for so long with no help from Apple. -

Keyboard and touchpad not working after Windows 10 update
after udating windows 10 on my probook 4440s keyboard and touchpad not working. if i press a key for 10seconds the key then shows up in the screen. and touchpad is worst. it freezes all the time barely moves. but with usb mouse it works fine
It's known that installing Windows from an external DVD drive on a Mid 2013 MacBook Air causes that the keyboard doesn't work after finishing the installation. The fix is to install Windows by using a USB drive. See > http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4599

IPad wifi and Bluetooth greyed out after iOS5 update
After updating to iOS5 on my iPad my WiFi and Bluetooth were greyed out like the update has caused a hardware failure on the radio side. My SIM and 3G still work (not that I use it) but I can not even choose wifi or bluetooth in settings app as they are greyed out.
In Wifi it says "No Wi-Fi" and Bluetooth it says "Unavailable"
I wasn't using it a lot so just forgot about it for a while as it sat gathering dust being an expensive paperweight thinking that the next software (5.0.1) update would sort it all out. It doesn't. I have a 64GB iPad 3G with no wifi and as I am living abroad the 3G is useless to me (though only use the ipad at home on my wirless network anyway, or not as the case is now!!)
I have restored, factory restored, cleaned installed new software, everything I can think of but still there is no wifi and no bluetooth.
Has anyone else had this issue? My (very expensive) iPad is now next to useless!!
ANY help is VERY much appreciated.thank you for fast response and sharing the link but i've tried everything including downgrade but it seems that theres a serious problem with MC497LL model and trying to reach to the support for any updates about it at least trying to inform them

Hello everyone, if anyone has had the horrible task of trying to get his or her bluetooth working after upgrading to windows 8.1, then look no further. It took me hours and hours of faffing and fist raging, but in the end, there can be only one. Anyway...Here is your solution.....Ps! I already upgraded to Windows 10, but went back to 8.1 as it trashed my PC and cost me 3.5 half days of painstaking re-install to get my laptop to work again. (WINDOWS 10...DONT BOTHER IN MY OPINION) I have : ACER V3-571 64 BIT WIN 8.1 AGAIN. . IF YOU UPGRADE THIS LAPTOP TO WINDOWS 10...YOUR DOLBY V4 WILL STOP WORKING...was the start of a new nightmare for me. MICROSOFT UPGRADE YOUR ACER WITH THEIR OWN DRIVERS WHEN YOU UPGRADE TO A NEW OPERATING SYSTEM, OFTEN THIS LEADS TO STUPID FIDDLY THINGS LIKE APPS AND APPLICATIONS NO LONGER WORKING.... SO here we go!!! I am not bothering with windows 10 my friend, it is too much of an newbe baby at the moment and there are just too many bug fixes need doing in my opinion. I did manage to get my dolby home theatre to work again in windows 10, but it was an awful dulled down version with only half the features of the original that came with the version that was on my pc. My plan is to stick to windows 8.1 until it's death. When they withdrawl all the security patches for windows 8.1 and it becomes obsolete, then I will be forced to trash my pc again and go to windows 10, was not much fun mind spending 3.5 days putting everything back to its former state. Hope they do make windows 10 more stable and fix a lot of the bugs. I tried opening videos and pictures in windows 10.... result = missing element errors.... and error, error, error,,, So I think I will wait until 28 July 16 to when the last day of my free upgrade and reservation to windows 10 becomes mandatory. I backed up my Iphone to itunes so i can do the new Update to IOs 7 and so now that i updated it i want to backup and restore and its not working, Please help!
An iPhone backup to a computer via iTunes stores the photos in a backup file that is only meant to be be used if needed to restore back to the phone. There is 3rd party "extractor" software available but otherwise the photos are not directly viewable.
The backup via iTunes was a good idea and your Camera Roll photos should be there and should be able to be restored to your new phone. However if it was me I wouldn't rely on that alone. I would also import the photos to a computer where you can see and verify that you have a copy. That is a good idea at any time (not just when you know you might need it). Any phone can be lost, broken, suffer hardware issues, etc at any time and lose all data on it. Ever since the new update in iMovie all my audio seems to be there ,but when I get in the middle of the video the audio is off. Help?
I think the problem is that the iPod got set to Manually manage music and videos. It needs to be set up for automatic syncing again. Just unchecking that Manually manage music and videos setting does not do it.
In iTunes 12, select the iPod in iTunes (using the device button), so that you see the iPod's "management" screen. In the sidebar (along left side of screen), there are two headings (Settings and On My Device). Under Settings, click on Music. To the right, you see the iPod's Music screen, where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.
Check the box at the top for Sync Music. That turns ON automatic syncing for music. Below that, choose the option to sync Entire music library (assuming your music library fits completely on your iPod). Otherwise, you can choose the option to sync Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres and make your selections below. Then click Apply. -

Have you tried the following troubleshooting document?

If you end up using the If the iTunes Store opens successfully section of the document, and the "Automatically detect settings" checkbox is already checked, try unchecking and rechecking it and clicking OK. -
FireFox auto updated to 6.0 this weekend and has not worked properly since. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Made sure all windows componets were up to date and still no joy. Any idea? Windows 7, 64 bit, normal configfuration. It is extreamly slow and never finishes loading ANY page.
I have had a similar problem with my system. I just recently (within a week of this post) built a brand new desktop. I installed Windows 7 64-bit Home and had a clean install, no problems. Using IE downloaded an anti-virus program, and then, because it was the latest version, downloaded and installed Firefox 4.0. As I began to search the internet for other programs to install after about maybe 10-15 minutes my computer crashes. Blank screen (yet monitor was still receiving a signal from computer) and completely frozen (couldn't even change the caps and num lock on keyboard). I thought I perhaps forgot to reboot after an update so I did a manual reboot and it started up fine.
When ever I got on the internet (still using firefox) it would crash after anywhere between 5-15 minutes. Since I've had good experience with FF in the past I thought it must be either the drivers or a hardware problem. So in-between crashes I updated all the drivers. Still had the same problem. Took the computer to a friend who knows more about computers than I do, made sure all the drivers were updated, same problem. We thought that it might be a hardware problem (bad video card, chipset, overheating issues, etc.), but after my friend played around with my computer for a day he found that when he didn't start FF at all it worked fine, even after watching a movie, or going through a playlist on Youtube.
At the time of this posting I'm going to try to uninstall FF 4.0 and download and install FF 3.6.16 which is currently on my laptop and works like a dream. Hopefully that will do the trick, because I love using FF and would hate to have to switch to another browser. Hopefully Mozilla will work out the kinks with FF 4 so I can continue to use it.
I apologize for the lengthy post. Any feedback would be appreciated, but is not necessary. I will try and post back after I try FF 3.16.6.
