Acknowledged a dozen times to upgrade to the same release
Everytime there is a new release of a Creative Cloud up such as Photoshop CC, I get a message to upgrade a dozen times, despite having upgraded after the first one. Everytime, after a few hours, the number '1' to the right of the Creative Cloud icon appears again, there is again the Upgrade button when I open Creative Cloud, and if I push it to download and install Photoshop CC once more, the whole thing starts all over again after another couple of hours.
Are these all actually patches of a buggy-at-first upgrade. I can't believe that... Anyway, it's starting to get on my nerves.

Recently I purchased Iphone 4-s and tried to connect it to my existing i-tunes but it didnt recognise the device. So I tried updating the I-tunes to see if it made a difference but it was no good.
Hence i followed the trouble shooting and uninstalled and re-installed i-tunes but it wont get installed properly now. Since then I have un-installed and re-installed the complete set of i-tune softwares a dozen times but it still gives me the same error- Apple Error: 2 and Windows Error :2 and report of being unable to install the Apple Application Support software. I have spent 2 1/2 hours talking to the Apple Technical Support Team regarding this but it still hasnt been resolved.( In addition, i have ensured the firewalls are disabled and also opened new user account (admin priviledges) to try and download it)
Now not only can i use my iphone but also my ipod is out of action in regards to music and downloads.
I would really really really appreciate anyone helping me in this matter as i am in dire straits now.

RegardsI also have this problem. I cannot open links from a discussion board I frequent nor can I open links from my email. Also after opening my email, I cannot go to any other sites except my home page. I can then go no where else.
When I close Firefox and try to reopen it, it does nothing! I have to bring up the Task Manager and end the Firefox process before I can get back in.
To the best of my knowledge, this problem started with the new update to Ver. 3.6.9. I am running Windows XP Media Center 2005 -

Dominiqueif your SAP_BW support package level is 16. then java level also should be level 16.
As you mentioned, you java stack level would be 14. so upgrade the level to level 16.
Before upgrading please take up this point in mind. Now the latest level of SAP_BW is level 19
so upgrade the BW system SAP_BW support package level to 19 and others SAP_BASIS and SAP_ABA would be 17.
then upgrade the java stack level to 19.

when my lightroom opens up I keep getting an error message that states, "Lightroom encountered an error whne reading from its preview cache and needs to quit" I have relaunched it a number of times and keep getting the same message. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
You need to delete your preview cache and have Lightroom rebuild it. Cache location can be found here.

My CS6 program that has never had a problem before, is not telling me that there is an error and that it "unexpectedly quit" when I simply try to launch the program. I have restarted my computer several times. It does the same thing each time. So then I tried uninstalling the program and re-installing. It said that it could not install due to an error. So I STILL can't launch my program. I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated. I have to edit photos for a photoshoot and return them tomorrow. :/

Every time I open a pdf file which includes a javascript, a dialogue box pops up. I have a question why 'Do not show this message again' is not working even I checked on the checkbox. It should block the dialogue next time when I open the same pdf file but not working. What is the matter and how can I deal with it?
I am trying it on Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.2.1. Tried to fix Hex code, and also tried 'edit-preference-trust manager'. I focusing on Adobe registries but still couldn't fix the problem.

We have 2 Galaxy 4 phones that are exactly alike. They are 2-3 minutes different in the time. We share the same network.
That's pretty strange, runjudy. Are you looking at the time on the weather application or on the top right corner of your phone? If you reboot the phones, do the times sync up? Has your phone been jailbroken? If so, you will likely never get it to work again.
You can try placing your phone in DFU mode (search google) and restoring. -
