I have the following scenario -
idoc text file from subsystem --> XI --> Idoc xml --> BPM --> Idoc adapter --> R3
To convert the idoc text file into an idoc xml - we are running RSEINB00 program on the Integration server . The receiver of this idoc-xml is a BPM
In SXMB_MONI , I see that this row showing the BPM as the receiver and the subsystem as the sender - is showing an ack status of "No errors in acknowledgement" - but the details of this row are showing the following error

Now, I have entries for the sending subsystem in table idxnoale for the sending port+client entry as its maintained in idx1 in the integration server. Why are acks being requested still ? Any pointers as to how I will switch off acks apart from having entries on idxnoale table in XI in this scenario ?

We are running program rseinb00 in XI integration server - to convert idoc text files to xmls - the convertion to xml is working fine - except that the idoc-xml message sent by the above program is requesting an acknowledgement - which we do not want it to -
I tried running report IDX_NOALE on the XI integration server - setting the flag to 'Do not request acknowledgement' for the sender port and client I setup on IDX1 to receive the incoming idocs.
But when the idoc-xml on the integration server is seen on sxmb_moni- I still see - acknowledgement requests on this message
Is there any other program/configuration option - wherein the acknowledgement request can be switched off - when running the program rseinb00

Can anyone please help? Every time I start up my imac OSX 10.6 desktop my Aperture 3 programme opens up without being requested. Is it possible to stop this from happening and only open by using the desktop icon? Thank you for any assistance.

because there is absolutely no mention in my System Preferences of either Users & Groups nor Start Up Items.

William's solution was much easier - just for completeness sake: The preferences panes to edit your startup items moved between the Mac OS X updates: I forgot that the "Users&Groups" preference pane used to be called "Users" in Mac OS X 10.6; it is the panel that you use to create new User accounts; and earlier systems had a separate preferences panel "Login" to enable and to disable the applications that are launched at login. Both are now combined in "Users&Groups". Sorry for sending you on a wild goose chase with the wrong Preferences panel.

In all practical senses, no.
While it is possible to fake security using JavaScript (for example by showing or hiding an overlay on each page) it is trivial to defeat, and will not work in third-party PDF viewers such as OS X Preview, Chrome or Firefox. Embedded scripts cannot change the protection on a file to enable or disable the copying of content.
The only way to 'expire' a document is to use digital rights management through the Adobe LiveCycle Rights Management server product.

I've been told that a Windows Outlook user sends read confirmations to me to check if I read the emails. It happens in the background so I'm not alerted to this function. I think this is ridiculous, how can I stop people doing this?

Look at their documentation, and if you can't find anything about it, it means they don't do it. AOL, for instance, can tell you when an email sent FROM an AOL email address is read by the recipient (technically, not read but loaded into their system via IMAP or displayed on their screen at the AOL website), but only if that recipient is an AOL email address, too.
If you're still not sure, contact your email service provider.

Additional VI files being requested when trying to open a VI file.

I am trying to load a VI file with a student edition of LabVIEW (Express) but I am being told to find certain additional VI's in a window panel. Does anyone know how to do this and how to acquire the VI's if they are not already available?

It would help if you mentioned the names of the VIs it is looking for. My guess is that you didn't install one of the hardware drivers like DAQmx or traditional DAQ.

My itunes was being updated then it stopped and showed an error message

I download the newest version of Itunes on my PC windows 7 and then half way it stops and shows a message that says something about me to "manualy update the itunes" The only reawl resason i wanted to download a new version was to download the new software for my iPod touch,

I have the same problem on my windows xp, it gets to the end of the instalation process then tells me that older versions of apple updates couldn't be removed. ive tried using the control pannel to remove the apple software, ive manualy deleted it restarted my computer, but still itunes wont update. I'm stuck with no itunes, i cant update my touch, no access to my podcasts or music, if i had knowen this would happen i never would have tried to update. does anyone have any ideas as to what i can do to reinstall itunes.

Duplicate emails being sent, how to stop?

I am running Mac OS X Server 10.3.9. We have been using mail and the mailman mailing lists for some time. All of a sudden, a user posted a message to one of the mailman groups (with about 140 members) and many of them have received 10-20 copies of the message. (not every user has recieved multiple copies)
How can I track down what is stuck and get rid of it. I'm not sure where to find the message queues, or what steps to take.

IPod Wont Charge or Even Acknowledge Being Docked

I am having trouble with charging my iPod, and even getting it to register when being plugged in. Every time I plug it in, it gives me a warning saying that "USB Devices Disabled". And the warning message it gives as its reasoning, is because of "Unplug the device using too much power to re-enable USB devices." It won't charge, it won't do anything. I don't know what it's problem is, nor can I even begin to tell you why it has started doing this all of the sudden. Can anybody help me figure this out please?

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Update password request won't stop

Every time I log into any web site I use regularly and which requires a password, Firefox pops up the "would you like to update the saved password" box, even though the password is already saved. Is there any way I can stop this, without disabling password saving altogether?

1.Clean any saved password you have for the affected website.
2.Install the "Saved Password Editor 2.7.1" addon.
3.Have Firefox save the wrong password once.
3.Go into the addon's personalized password manager.
4.Edit the password and save the popup as an image for future reference.
5.Clean any saved password you have for the affected website (again).
6.Go to the website, log in and this time, refuse to save the password. This will put the website on the exception list.
7.Go into the addon's personalized password manager.
8.Create a new saved password and enter the informations as stated in the printscreen from previous step, but input the right password.
