Acrobat 9 will support Firefox 6 or above in the future?

Hi,
another question
Acrobat 9 does support Firefox 4, will Acrobat in the future support newer build of Firefox too? or one had to upgrade to Acrobat X (not free )
thanks

There are no announced plans to update Acrobat version 9 to keep track of the rapid release schedule in Firefox, though Adobe is trying to keep Acrobat X and Adobe Reader X updated, and today's 10.1.1 patch brings in compatibility with Firefox 6.0. You can always install Reader X alongside Acrobat 9, and use Reader as the default for in-browser use.
The matrix of supported configurations is available here.

  • Can support 3G or 4G in the future?

Can the phone support 3G or 4G in the future?

The New York Times had a story that dealt with the question of why the iPhone uses the EDGE network rather than 3G. Here is a quote from Steve Jobs:
Mr. Jobs also said Apple’s hardware design team had decided against using the more advanced 3G chip sets because they were relatively power-hungry. As a result, Apple improved the battery life of the iPhone.
“We felt it wasn’t the right trade-off now,” he said. “I’m sure that will all change in the future.”

Will AIR has any problems in the future with Android?
If we are experienced in flash, is it better to do the mobile work with AIR or HTML5?
But we are doing flash only so that we may face problems if we faced any bugs, is it expected to have any bugs or complexities, we can do flash with AS3 and we will depend on flash in publishing

Do you mean you dropped the iPad Air?  Is it working properly?  Is the screen damaged?
If it is working properly and has no signs of damage, it is probably ok.

  • Why will my firefox not open all the time on my windows xp pro and gives me an error message instead?

I some times get this message "The instructions at "ox879ab0e3 referenced memory at "ox879ab0e3" . The memory could not be "read". Check ok to terminate the program.
And sometimes the session will simply not update since the firefox has shutdown but the then present sites are open but won't update.
If shut down my computer and restart, I have better than an 80% chance that fire fox will not open---probably less than 29% chance that it will open. I have to just repeat the shut down over and over until fire fox will open.

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
*Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

  • Will Lightroom be sold separately in the future?

I have the complete Adobe CC plan and a separete "old school" Lightroom 5 license.
Will Lightroom still be available as a stand alone license when future versions of Lightroom arrive? Or will Lightroom only be available as a part of the new subscription solution?

"Wait and see" is a risky strategy for professional photogs with growing archives. I would really welcome a clear statement from Adobe. Otherwise I have to consider change to a non subscribing solution like Aperture.
A clear statement isn't going to happen, for the reasons already explained.
If you're a pro, I'm not sure why Lr's pricing/licence strategy would be of concern to you - if you need Lr in a commercial context, one licence structure seems to be as good as another.
It is really vague wheather Lightroom will support perpetual licences or not.
    I don't think there's anything vague about:
Future versions of Lightroom will be made available via traditional perpetual licenses indefinitely.

  • MHL/DLNA support for Lumia 920 in the future?

Anyone know if there are any plans to support MHL and/or DLNA on the Lumia 920 in the future either as a HW specific feature from Nokia or as a platform feature from MS?
    Thanks.

On page 3 of the 920 service schematics are two lines labeled VDD_HDMI. I would (naively) guess this has something to do with HDMI video output (and thus MHL). Do you know what it's for?

  • HT203088 Will Aperture get new camera support for RAW files in the future?

    need answers

RAW support is part of the OS for Apple;  it is not part of Aperture.
Apple has stated that they will continue to support Aperture _on Yosemite_ but not on any future OS's.
Therefore it appears _reasonable_ to conclude that all RAW support updates for Yosemite will work with Aperture.
Apple provides no guarantee (or has, afaik, any contractual obligation) to stick to the above.
Apple makes no statements regarding updates to the RAW compatibility.

Seems to be a widespread human condition.

  • Will sun still be giving support to java reflexions in the future?

I have listen that in some versions of java they remove the reflexions support (i don't know wich.. 1.3, 1.4...?). And in the next they give it back.
If its true, do you think it's secure to use reflexions (e.g. for tests), knowing they could remove it again...?

  • My macbook pro is just over 3 years old now and off and on during this time the screen will just go all black.  Lately this blackout is lasting longer and I was wondering what is causing this.  I am afraid that this will not come back on in the future.

My MacBook pro is just over 3 years old now and the screen has totally blacked out for a few seconds at a time.  It will come back on in a few seconds with the exception this past month it has stayed black for a longer period of time like one minute.  It scares me to think that one of these times it won't come back on.  I have noticed it happens more often when I am using just the battery power.  Does anyone have any idea what causes this?  just to mention my battery was not low when this happens.

    jmckl,
if your MacBook Pro is a 15-inch Mid 2010 model (“MacBookPro6,2”), then it might be exhibiting the defect that is documented on this Apple Support page. If your black screen is due to this defect, then that page states that Apple will service this problem on this specific model of MacBook Pro gratis, for three years from the date of purchase. However, some commenters here have noted that sometimes the servicing is done gratis without having proof of the date of purchase. If you have an Apple Store near you, you might consider bringing your MacBook Pro there to have them check for the presence of this defect.
It is only the 15-inch Mid 2010 model that has this problem; no other model suffers from it.

  • Garmin GPS not compatible with Firefox - any hope in the future?

Hi there, I've just bought a new Garmin GPS for car. To start it up you need to register the unit. To register the unit you have to download their plug in. When I try to I get a message to say that it isn't compatible with Firefox 5. I'd rather not change from Firefox, so I'm just wondering if it will be compatible in the near future? It appears to have been compatible with Firefox 3.6+ - so perhaps you could tell me how to revert to that if possible for now? Thank you, Eva

Compatibility of the Garmin Communicator Plugin is up to Garmin. Look for an updated version of that Plugin at the Garmin web site.
