Acrobat Pro - what serial no. did I enter?

We recently obtained four licences for installation of Acrobat Pro 9.0 on four computers, and I guess when we installed the program we lost track of which serial number was installed on which machine. I say this because yesterday I got a message from Acrobat saying I attempted to use a serial number that was already activated on two machines. (I had just re-installed it on a computer that I upgraded from XP to Win 7.)
I need to go through all our computers and perhaps deactivate one or two of them if they have duplicate serials, but I can't tell which computers are using which serials. Is there any way to tell?
Or is my best bet just to deauthorize all the computers in the office and then re-enter the serial numbers one by one?

Error 1328 when updating Acrobat Pro XI. Already did what Adobe recommended and uninstalled and reinstalled from my DVD. Still get Error 1382.

I have Windows 7 Pro with Acrobat Pro XI. I keep getting Error 1328 when trying to update Pro XI. Doesn't matter if I try from the Help menu in Acrobat or when I get a notice in my SysTray that an Adobe update is available. I already tried what Adobe recommended to uninstall and reinstall from my DVD. I still get the 1328 error and will not update my Adobe. Any suggestions?

Acrobat Pro XI Serial Number Issues

I just bought and downloaded Acrobat Pro XI. However, when I try to launch the product I get an error that says "Serial Number you provided is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer". What the heck is this and how do I fix this? Of course, you can't actually get in touch with Adobe to get this resolved. This has been the most frustrating and idiotic download I have ever encountered.

The messaging is indicating that you purchased an upgrade version of Acrobat and it is trying to find the earlier version that qualifies you to install and activate the upgrade. You should have the option of entering the serial number for the previous version instead of actually having it installed.
You should be able to tell if you purchased an upgrade based on the price you paid... check the product page. If you did not intend to purchase an upgrade version then you should get that resolved thru Adobe Support directly by chat or phone.

Adobe Acrobat Pro X - Serial No. no longer valid

Have been using the Adobe Acrobat X Pro that came bundled with Creative Suite 6 for some time.
The Acrobat couldn't start and did a re-install. Now would accept the serial no. and report as invalid serial no.
Now, only option is to use as Trial Version and days left are reducing.
How to get the system to accept my serial no. again?

Acrobat Pro X serial number "invalid" on reinstalling

For reasons unconnected with Adobe products, I've needed to repartition my hard disc and reinstall the operating system. To reinstate Acrobat Pro X, which I'd purchased previously, I downloaded it again from the Adobe site, and retrieved my serial number via my Adobe account. However, when I installed it, the software alleged that my serial number was invalid. Why? I paid a lot of money for Acrobat Pro. What do I do?

I have just experienced the same problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. I hope there is an easy solution.

Acrobat Pro X serial not working with Acrobat Pro XI

I have a serial for Acrobat Pro X which I've been using for quite some time. After formatting my PC, I'm now trying to install Acrobat Pro on my new system but it seems that my serial "is not valid for Acrobat Pro XI".
I'd be happy if I could install Pro X, but it's nowhere to be found on the internet.
Let me get this straight: I can't reinstall a program I ALREADY BOUGHT when I remove it from my system. Nice.

CS5 Master Collection Box Set - Where is Acrobat Pro 9 serial number?

Hi there-
I recently purchased the CS5 Master Collection Box Set - Student and Teacher edition. I have already properly registered myself as a Student with Adobe, and gotten a serial number which activated the Master Collection, but not apparently Acrobat Pro which is on a separate disc. I have searched through all the papers that came with the box, but so far no luck.
Anyone know where to track this down?

Yes, 24 digits for Acrobat on mine.
I have a sixth sticker on the box it has an eight digit number on it followed by the text: DVS/A.STAM.5.0.WIN,GEN,WWE,ACT. I think this is only the product code for the CS5 Master Collection for Windows.
The five serial numbers in the same order as above are 24, 34, 34, 24 and 24 digits.

Error installing Acrobat.pro (Invalid serial number??)

I have a DVD set Adobe creative Suite 5 design standard which consist with 2 DVD for Design Standard and one (1) DVD for Adobe Acrobat 9 PRO (all Windows version)
I was try to install all DVD's on my win8.1 machine, but I coudn't install Acrobat 9 PRO.
When I was write down serial number which I found on Adobe Certifikate printed from "Obtain License Certificates" site

Sistem give me an error "Invalid serial number" as you can see on the picture, below.
I was ask for the solution MEDIJA d.o.o. from which I was buy this set, but they haven't give me a solution.
Can someone please help me? (please don't ask me if I was write down serial number correctly, Answer is YES - few times! :-) )

I have checked the serial number you have provided and it looks like a Volume Serial number to me. There are mainly two reasons why this error might pop up :
1) You are using the installer for a Retail product and using the volume serial number as that combination do not work.
2) You have a stand alone installer for Acrobat and not a suite installer.
I would request you to kindly navigate back to the licensing website and go to Licenses>Downloads and search for the download link for the Creative Suite 5 and then download Acrobat again. This should resolve the concern that you have.

Retrieving Acrobat Pro 9 Serial Number before installing Windows 7

Hi everyone,
I need to format the hard drive to install Windows 7 on a computer running Windows XP x64 and the user is not able to find it nor to tell me if it is a boxed version or a downloaded version possibly bought from the University Campus bookstore.
Is the following procedure reliable or not (Could an Adobe Support Consultant confirm) :
1. Open the registry editor
2. If 32 bit OS : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\9.0\Registration\SERIAL
If 64 bit OS : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\9.0\Registration\SERIAL
3. Write down the number
4. The only way to do this convertion you have to install same version of adobe on the computer with a valid serial number. Do no activate it
5. After that go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\9.0\Registration\SERIAL
6. Replace with the number you get from step 3
7. Open Adobe Acrobat
8. Help > Activation > By Phone
10. The software will now show your own retail serial from your old installation

Acrobat Pro ignoring Serial number in .MST

Has anyone ever seen this = I created a .mst using the Adobe customization tool. When I run the acropro.msi with the TRANSFORMS=ACROPRO.MST it ignores my serial number. I get the company name and organization name but the serial number is blank. The installations are failing as soon as I click next with a blank serial number.
