Acrobat Pro XI closing unexpectedly

Computer Information = PC, Windows 7 (64 bit) OS
I recently installed the Adobe eLearning suite 6.1 (from a CD with a license), which contains Acrobat XI, Captivate 6, Dreamweaver CS6, Photoshop CS6, etc., and all of the software in the eLearning suite opens and functions properly EXCEPT Acrobat XI.  When I open a pdf document or when I open Acrobat XI, the application closes without warning within 10-15 seconds. 
I have tried the following and still cannot resolve the issue:
Deactivated the eLearning suite
Uninstalled the entire eLearning suite
Cleaned all of Adobe files from C drive (as much as possible)
Reinstalled the eLearning suite
Installed Adobe Reader X (was reader 9 on my PC)
Checked for updates to all of the products in the suite including Acrobat XI
Installed Acrobat XI version 11.0.01 (as instructed on the Adobe Community)
Can someone provide some help regarding this?  I need Acrobat - it is affecting my production.

Hi,
What was the version of Acrobat XI whan you faced the problem first ? Did you faced this problem only after updating the Acrobat to 11.0.1?
Try this :
Deactivate the eLearning Suite ( as you did earlier).
Now you do not need to uninstall anything but instead reactivate the eLearning suite.
