Acrobat pro XI download hangs
I have downloaded Acrobat Pro XI onto my new machine twice and it hangs saying time remaining 0 seconds - and stays like that for hours. I have tried it twice and get to the same point, Can anyone help?

in the operating system (Windows 8.1) - which is why nothing was working.
Overnight I got 7 updates - so I thought everything was fixed. They

you can't. you have to check "install" to install and run it.

After purchasing Adobe Acrobat Pro my download window is painfully slowly and seemingly stuck. If i try to pause or cancel the download it stops responding completely. I have tried to stop/start, redownload, and start fresh several times...all with the same result. Any advice?

Adobe Acrobat Pro X download for Mac
I need help finding out how to download Adobe Acrobat Pro X? I bought it on CD with my CS6 but I cannot find those disks. I bought a new computer and want to put it on there, but I cannot find it anywhere on line to download. I can find the Pro XI but I need just the Pro X. Where can I find it to download? I have my serial number and have been able to make the other versions of CS6 to work, but I cannot find Pro X.
The download page for CS6 is here, but Acrobat is missing as an individual download:, so you'll need to download whichever suite you purchased.

Alternatively, if you've lost the disk, then you could try to contact Adobe to see if they'll send you a replacement set.
No doubt Adobe will want to sell (sorry, rent) you the Creative Cloud version, which is download only. Of course, you may not want to get involved in that. -

I have installed Adobe Acrobat Pro 8. I have entered the serial number but when it tries to activate it cannot download the E-license. There is nothing in place in relation to Firewall/Proxy settings that is blocking access to the server. How can this be resolved?

I've recently purchase acrobat Pro XI before DC was released and used the link to download the software once but now the page only takes you to DC. When you click any of the links provided for the XI download it takes you to a page where this isn't actually anything to download. Need a link to the actual download.

I run Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 on a Mac with OS 10. When auto updates arrive, my attempts to install them are denied; a pop-up message says that the contents of the original software will not permit the update, and reinstallation is necessary. if you have a problem (error message, unavailable page or you are offered a current adobe version), you did NOT follow the directions.
the most common problem is failing to meticulously follow directions 1,2 and/or 3 which are needed to add an adobe.com cookie to your computer that allows you to download directly without using the akamai download manager.
again, follow the directions and you'll have no problem. -
