ACROBAT READER XI - ERROR CON EL ID

EN EL ACROBAT READER XI, CUANDO ME IDENTIFICO CON EL ID DE ADOBE, PARA PODER EXPORTAR UN PDF, ME PONE "SE HA PRODUCIDO UN ERROR DURANTE EL INICIO DE SESIÓN"

Without an actual PDF the demonstrates the problem, we can't comment...
I can say that previous issues were resolved by working around invalid PDF/JPEG2000 constructs found in documents produced by certain PDF production tools.  Updating those tools will also correct the problem.

  • Print Problem - PDF is OK on Windows 7, but OK on Windows XP with "Acrobat Reader An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem."

I have received a PDF which prints fine in Windows 7 but with Windows XP I get "Acrobat Reader An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem." and a blank piece of paper passes through the printer. I appreciate that Windows XP is no longer supported but I would like to think that the solution to this problem is not too difficult!
    I have tried Acrobat 9, 10 and 11.
Any advice (apart from use Windows 7! ) would be most welcome.
    Many thanks.

If you use the same Adobe Reader versions with the same PDF on Windows 7 and XP, then I would expect the outcome to be the same.
Is this a local or online PDF?
If local, is the file really exactly the same?
    If online, in what browser?

    adobe acrobat/reader activation error 93:-8

Douvaine, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader are 2 different applications. In which application are your getting this error 93:8?
93:8 denotes that your serial number is invalid. Please type the serial key again and check.
Else, give us more details about your issue like your OS, exact error message, application name and version, etc.

  • Acrobat read-only error message

    http://forums.adobe.com/message/4117896
Hello I am following on from a previously reported issue.
We have a client who are using Adobe Acrobat 9 and have .PDF's saved in a Share Folder. Is the creator of the document but is still faced with the read only prompt when trying to save the document after making an edit (e.g rotating). Upgrading to Adobe Acrobat 9 isn't an option.
Folder permissions in both Share and NTFS is okay.
User's profile has full control of the folder it is being saved in. I've also ensured the reading pane is Windows Explorer is off when they're opening it.
Have run a repair on Adobe Acrobat 9 and tried with other documents with the same result.
Saving locally does not have the same issue.
Please advise a solution for using .PDF for Adobe Acrobat 9 in a Share Folder environment.
Server is SBS2008 and user's PC is Windows 7 Professional.
    Eagerly await a fix.

I am having the same issue. Acrobat X was working fine for me for months, then out of the blue, it starts having this problem TODAY! (There must be something about the month of November when people have this problem with Acrobat! )
Each time I open a PDF file in Acrobat and make an edit, (such as highlighting text or adding a link to a web page), I cannot save the file by the same name. I get the "read only" error message:
"The document could not be saved. The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder."
I installed the latest updates for Acrobat after this problem occurred, but the "read only" error message persists. In a previous thread, one person suggested turning off Acrobat's Protected Mode by going to Edit/Preferences/General and unchecking the Enable Protected Mode At Startup. I do not see this option in Acrobat X.
The only work-around I've found is to save the PDF file with a temporary name, then after making the edits in Acrobat, save the file as the original name that you wanted the file to be in the first place.
I'd rather not have to mess with work-arounds. I just want to make this problem go away. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
    regards,
    ChristyGTWE

  • Acrobat Reader Internal Error OSX 10.9.4

I'm trying to install Acrobat Reader XI and Acrobat 9 Pro (From my version of CS5) and in both instances after the install and I open the application for the first time I get "An Internal Error Occurred" when I do this for Acrobat 9 Pro, I get a Problem Report. I've tried uninstalling the application, removing the folders from Library/Application Support/Adobe, and the adobe files listed in Library/Preferences, and Library/Internet Plug-Ins. I've been at this for an hour now and I'm hoping the forums can help.  I'm running a Mid-2009 MacBook Pro.

  • Acrobat/Reader X Error trying to open PDF in IE8

When I click on a link in IE8 to a PDF I get the following message:
"There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and  try again. (1:1)"
I have Windows 7 32-bit with IE8.  It worked fine when I had Acrobat 7 standard and Adobe Reader X installed.  Then I uninstalled Acrobat 7 standard and installed the trial version of Acrobat X (need to make sure it works before I purchase it for everyone in domain) and I can now create PDF's, but can't view them in IE8.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks!

I would need some more information to try to diagnose this.
    * can you launch Acrobat X by double-clicking it?  Do any dialogs (like the End-User License Agreement) show up that you have to click through?
    * in Acrobat X, open Edit -> Preferences and go to the Internet tab.  You should see a path to acrobat.exe, underneath the "Display Browser in PDF" checkbox.  Is the checkbox checked?  Is the path correct?
    * can you open a PDF from the internet in IE8?  Try http://acroeng.adobe.com/Test_Files/quickie/SONNETS.pdf (my particular favorite).

  • Acrobat Reader X : Error using javascript with ProtectedMode on

    Stumped with an issue.
I have a PDF with a mouseup event to trigger the PDF to SAVE to a network location and it works fine in v9 but with Reader X and enable Protected Mode turned on it throws the following error:
NotAllowedError: Security settings prevent access to this property or method.
    Doc.saveAs
I get the above error even though the NETWORK PATH has been added in Reader preferences as a trusted PATH and the web site is listed as a trusted site.
    What am I missing here?

According to the documentation, I am supposed to be able to setup a POLICY file "ProtectedModeWhitelistConfig.txt" and add parameters to it such as
    FILES_ALLOW_DIR_ANY = c:\tempfiles\*
    FILES_ALLOW_ANY = c:\tempfiles\*
I want the ability to save to a UNC network path...it worked fine in Acrobat 9 and now with sandbox security and protectedMode in "X" nothing works.
In Acrobat X, if "enable protected mode" is on, NOTHING works and an error is thrown.  If it is unchecked, the saveAs works fine.

  • Acrobat Reader Runtime Error

When I try to launch Adobe Acrobat 6.0, I get the following
    error:
Runtime Error! This application has requested the Runtime to
terminate it in an unusual way.
I've tried every fix I could fin on the Web including

Does anyone have a sure fire fix?

Yep, can confirm this issue. Did not want to fork up the money to Adobe support, but they better fix this.

I am unable to open a PDF file in Firefox 3.6.8. Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.3.3 is installed. I get the error message "The Adobe Acrobat/Reader that is running can not be used to view PDF files in a web browser."

You can get that error if there is still an old Adobe Reader plugin in the plugins folder in the Firefox program folder.

  • Error message when copying from Acrobat Reader

Error message when copying from Acrobat Reader - any file,  any time (Win 7, Adobe many versions until recent).
Copy works, but causes a needless and useless error message that has to be clicked away every time.
This problem is published on the web for a million times without a working solution. And even in the Adobe forum no qualified answer (http://forums.adobe.com/thread/441370)
When can I expect a solution?
