I don't know what you mean by "where and how"; Adobe Reader will automatically present the license agreement to accept the first time you use it.

The new update for Firefox 6.0 is not allowing me to add it, without adding two toolbars specifically IMVU and Norton, that I don't want to add and the update will not allow me to remove them

It is stuck on the terms and conditions. Uninstalled itunes on my computer and reinstalled accepting the terms and condition in my computer. Pluged in my ipod, but still nothing. Just stuck on the terms and conditions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Let the battery fully drain till the iPod turns off.
Then place it in Recovery Mode for a full restore. (Setup as new when done)

I have an outstanding event notification that will not allow me to accept, decline or maybe. Neither can I delete the event, despite it taking place over 6 months ago. Sent numerous reports to Apple. How can I get rid of this?

I have an outstanding notification on my calendar on iCloud. Despite the event taking place over six months ago, it is still showing as an outstanding event. I have tried to 'decline, maybe or accept' the event invitation and each time it tells me the calendar is not repsponding and send to Apple, which I do and yet I still cannot get rid of it. Any other event invitations that I accept etc will disappear, except this one. Help!

Reader 8 will not allow me to accept or decline license

I've downloaded Reader 8.0 four time in the last day from Adobe.com onto this laptop (Windows XP on a Gateway Pentium 4 notebook, 504 MB RAM) and run into the same problem every time. I get to the point where I must accept or decline the license agreement, and neither button works. The only thing I can do is close the window, so I no longer have a working copy of Reader on this machine.
I tried downloading 8.0 on a desktop machine on the same home network, and it loaded just fine. I turned off the Avast! antivirus program, I cleared the temp directory, I emptied the trash - what should I do next?

Hey getting the same problem but with dreamweaver and photoshop CS3.
Flash and fireworks are fine.
Using windows XP pro. clean install with updates turned on and it is the newest trial of the software.
Tried install/run as different users set up with admin rights. The same downloaded file runs fine on another XP machine, the only difference being the machine working is a laptop with XP home ed plus all the junk they love to put on laptops.
Was thinking of searching for the registry key for the license being accepted and manually putting that in to see if the software would run. Will look into that tomorrow. The fact that it is different adobe products is strange tho.

Software update will not allow me to download iTunes 12.0.1

The iTunes version that I already have shows me in "About iTunes" to be version 12.0.0.140, which I don't believe is the same as 12.0.1. Every time I try to download the updated version, all it does is bring out of the download and then runs the current iTunes version mentioned above. I would appreciate very much any help anyone can give me. Thanks for your time.
Oh, by the way, this happened after upgrading to Yosemite on my macbook air running the most updated version of OS X prior to Yosemite.

New Photos update will not allow me to insert pictures in to iDVD? Please help

When I open iDVD and look for photos it does not show anything even though I have photos in the new Photos program as well as the old version of iPhoto? Please help!!! I'm a photographer and videographer and am making a DVD of the video and photos and can't upload any of my photos to the DVD before burning.

Sorry - been having the same problem. Please may I ask to clarify ... In order to have the new "photos" app photos appear in my iDVD project, I have to export those photos (thousands of photos) to ANOTHER folder on my hard drive??? Is there not a way to tell iDVD to "see" / "recognize" / "point to" the app photos? That doesn't seem best as I will be duplicating thousands of photos and videos. There has got to be a away for one program to "see" the other.
Second - the response about saving an iDVD project as "save as disk image" I'm not sure I'm doing correctly. I've done it several times and all I get is an icon on my desk top that looks like an external HD. When I click on it, a folder opens w/ "AUDIO_TS" and "VIDEO_TS". What am I to do then? How do I get it to "launch in DVD"? How do I burn to a disk w/ disk utility?
I started this process because after creating a project and burning it to disk, the voice on my video was not in sync w/ the video. It worked fine IN iDVD. Burn it to a disk and when played on my DVD player, totally out of sync and the photos are fuzzy. It plays fine on my laptop, but not on my dvd player. So I kept seeing this solution and I am lost. I thought I was doing it correctly - took a good 4 and half hours to create the "save as disk image", but once done, all I seem to get is a folder w/ 2 additional folders. Not sure what to do next.

Latest iOS update will not allow Nano 4th Gen to con7. nect to iTunes only desktop

Just had the update to Yosemite loaded and overtime I plug my iPod Nano 5th Generation into the USB port iTunes fires up but the iPod is not recognised in iTunes. it does however appear and an icon on the desktop and you can access it using Finder.
Plugging into a pre update Mac it works perfectly well.
Have tried
1. Other USB port
2. Resetting iPod on prime computer and anoretic computer
3. Reformatting ipod
4. Using a different data cable
5. rebooting computer
6. reloading itunes
7. 5 R's
8. Standing on one leg
Anyone else got any ideas

Deauthorize your computer, play one of the songs, when prompted enter your Apple ID and password, then resync the songs/games to your iPod.

The solution to this error (in IOS7) is: You have to edit our name ID to "manage your apple ID" from the following link and put in it the old name or misnomer. This will allow us to access iCloud on our device without problem and once there we can delete the account, momentarily leaving the device without iCloud account. Remember to remove the iCloud account, before we turn off "find my ipad" (in IOS 7 asks for this password, now if we recognize for having changed the old ID). Then repeat the process to edit the name of our apple ID to put the name you want and activate iCloud on your device using the latter name.

During the past week I downloaded some microsoft updates and one of them appears to be stopping access to my hotmail account when using Firefox. Hotmail can still be accessed via Microsoft Explorer. Has this happened to anyone else?
