Acrobat X crashes every time when I open a signed document.

Question

I'm running Acrobat 10.1.13.16.
Acrobat receives a Visual C++ run time error when opening signed documents.  I can open standard PDF files without errors.

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
It's always on MVC90.DLL.  I removed it from one installation and installed other Visual C++, but that didn't make any difference.
I've also tried re-installing Acrobat, Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.30729 and 9.0.30729.6161.
