Acrobat X1 Pro Subscription Edition (one-year)

I took out a 12 month subscription 25 February 2013 and have been using X1 Pro successfully, up until today when suddenly can no longer open X1 Pro but get screen msg stating "Your trial has expired". I never had this software on trial but elected to pay monthly subscritions which are current and up to date (always have been). Most frustrating, any ideas as to what might be going on, or how I can progress towards a satisfactory solution? Any help/suggestions appreciated. I'm a retiree, doing volunteer computer work at home for my golf club and rely on Acrobat X1 Pro for preparing our club programme.

    Are you facing any issues with your Acrobat pro software? If that's the issue then i would try my best to get your issue resolved.

    I purchased Photoshop CS6 Subscription Edition one-year  and received the email telling me where to download the software with a 'link' but there is no Photoshop CS6 Subscription Edition one-year  listed.  What am I supposed to be looking for and really, must this be so difficult?

    You simply download AAM as instructed in the link. Once you sifgn in with AAM, everything will be handled from there.

    I receivedan email with the abovementioned subject.
    I am on a one year subscription.
    I have logged on to my account and checked billing info etc. I can see no reason for the warning as the billing info is unchanged and appears to have been processed without issue previously.
    I am unable to see the status of a payment/invoice, only that the invoice has been issued and can't find an email address or someone in the accounts department to send this through to.
    Can you point me in the right direction?

    I have the same problem.  It says trial is expired, so I select the "sign in now" button.  After sign in, it comes up with a place to enter a serial number.  The only two other options are "back" and "next".

    Check for the latest updates. Installing latest updates should resolve this problem.
    Also, try to ran disk repair using safe mode in Mac, for instructions please visit: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH14204
    Try enabling root user profile on mac and try to check. OS X Mavericks: Enable and disable the root user

    I have a saved pdf contract that I'm trying to edit. I previously had the trial version of Acrobat XI Pro. After the trial ran out, yesterday I did the subscription for $20 per month.     I do not understand your issue, ETLA is just a educational form of CC, you have redeemed CC using redemption code on Jan 20, 2015, it valid for an year.
    Are you talking about how to use it offline as desktop app, then you can use the CC without internet for up-to 90 days, you need to log in once in 90 days to keep the CC active.

    Is this in the signature appearance? If so you can customize signature appearance so that it contains only items that you want. In Acrobat X you do that in Edit->Preferences->Security, "New" in the "Appearances" section.
