Acrobat XI... Bought it, Can't Download It.

I had similar problems with Adobe's magnificently inefficient customer support system, eight years ago, which prompted me to trash the entire "Creative Suite" which I had purchased for megabucks. Lately I had a PDF project I needed Acrobat (unfortunately) to accomplish. I purchased it, got a plastic card with a number on it. Signed in, as directed, entered the info, Adobe emailed me the "redemption code" and instructions. I followed the instructions and got the message that the code was no good, and that I'd need to contact customer service (YIPPEE) or the vendor from which I purchased the "software" (Utah State University). I attempted to deal with this through the online "chat," was connected with a person who wasted 15 minutes of my time, before telling me he/she/it couldn't help me and that I would be transferred to another "chat" representative. I waited for 1 1/2 hours for the other "chat" representative to appear before finally giving up. I then attempted the telephone customer service. Of course, there would be a wait, but if I desire, I can enter a call back number... I did. I got the call back an hour later, I was told to hold for the representative, which I did for a half hour (I thought this was what the call-back thing was all about). Gave up. Tried again, this time, after over an hour of on hold, I got a representative who barely spoke English. Waisted another half hour trying to communicate with her before giving up again. I tried again, in the hope that I'd get connected to an English speaking representative... That was 1 1/2 hours ago, I'm still hearing the dreadful music they play, as you sit, waiting, on hold. What the hell does one have to do??? I paid for the damn program! I figure my time's worth around $30.00 an hour, so that's another $100.00+ (so far). How in the hell do these ridiculous ******** stay in business??? I'll go back to chiselling in stone before spending another dime on anything Adobe!

Finally. after the better part of a day, attempting to get hold of customer service, I succeeded and the representative was very helpful. Got me up and running. Should have been a hell of a lot easier. This whole thing has been absurd. But I'm up and running.

You do not need a Beta channel build of Firefox (which currently is 32.0b6) to use Flash as the issue was you needed Firefox 27.0 or newer to use the old Flash 11.1 plugin on Android '''4.4'''. after it came out on tablets/phones.
What Nexus 7 version do you have as there was a 2012 and a 2013 model. A easy way to tell if it is a 2013 is it has a camera on each '''back''' and front while 2012 only has one on front.
If it is the 2012 then it has a Nvidia Tegra 3 so the old Flash 11.1 Plugin is disabled.

Uninstalled acrobat and now I can't download it?

Uninstalled acrobat and now I can't download it?
I tired to use acrobat distiller from my downloaded creative cloud distiller application and a license agreement screen came up, but it was blank besides the bottom where it says to accept. So I accepted, but nothing happened --did this a few times until I thought I would uninstall, then reinstall from the application manager -- The manager won't let me download acrobat now since it has already been downloaded? What's up with that?

Do two things:
On Mac OS X make sure you ran the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro uninstaller from Application > Utilities > Adobe Installers. On Windows uninstall using the Control Panel.
Download and run the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove any traces of Acrobat http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html.
You should now be able to install from the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
For Acrobat, the blank EULA screen is a known issue:

Workaround: Launch any other product which is part of the CCM or Creative suite. Then, deactivate it by choosing Help > Deactivate. Quit the application. Then, launch Acrobat and accept the EULA. Well, you can download as often as you want. You can install as often as you want. You just won't be able to activate it and use it beyond the 30day trial period without a serial. Buy a separate license for your PC or swap your Mac license.

I bought several HD movies today (as when I watch them on apple tv i will watch HD), however, I am goign on a long plane trip and want to put them on my ipad. The HD is to large, can i download the SD version for the ipads? How do I do it?

Follow the instructions in this Apple KB article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519. To download the SD version from your purchase history look for the "download HD when available" check box in the lower right corner and unselect it. Then you'll be able to download SD.

Can't check bought items, can't download bought CD

During a download, an "error occured: Music store was unable to process your request. Please try again later."
Now, I can't finish this download, nor can I check bought items. It's that error message again and again.
I wrote to the support staff: First they said, the problem was on my side: some Firewall or Internet acceleration software installed. I answered, I had none of that kind. The next reply was - mark that: "After careful examination of your request we found that your problem was of technical kind" (!!!). I should go here.
WOW. What a profound analysis, what a generous attempt to support customers.
For a test, I bought another item yesterday. Everything went perfectly! It's just that one CD that got stuck. And Apple Support's brains.
Anyone got an idea what's going on there? Or a helpful hint?

PS: Yes, I have repaired my permissions; yes, I have restarted my machine, yes, I have logged in as root and tried to get the CD there, yes I have even tried from a different machine... - but Apple won't acknowledge THEY got a problem...

iTunes Store
Open iTunes and go to the iTunes Store.
Click Purchased in the Quick Links section.
Select the content type that you want to download (Music, Movies, TV Shows, Apps, or Books).
Select Not in My Library to view purchased content that isn't on your computer.
Find the item that you want to download. You can browse using the menu to the left. If you have more than 2,000 songs, you will see Recent Purchases instead of All Songs or Albums.
Click the Download icon next to the item you want to download.
If an item is already in your library, the Download icon won't appear.

Previusly bought music: can´t download to my new computer/itunes

I have a new imac. Thought I could download my previusly bougt itunes music to my new itunes. Acording to support it is possible through:
itunes store- home- Purchased.
Apps and Books apear. Not any music. I am puzzled.
The computer is athorized and I have logged in to mu account.

Not all iTS can d/l all previous content. In the US iTS there are options to d/l Music, TV Shows, Apps and Books - no option to d/l movies.
Each iTS has different options available.

Acrobat Standard Trial is not available. You can download the Acrobat XI Pro Trial.
Also, if you have got the serial number for your windows product, you can get it replaced by the scanner vendor..

How can I download a new install of Acrobat 7 to a new computer running Win7

I am running Acrobat 7 on my old desktop and now bought a new system. I do not have the original install disks, but this is a registered copy and shows up in My Adobe. Can I download a new install and then deactivate the old install and activate the new install on the new computer?

Acro 7 is not compatible with Win 7, anyway, so anything you do would be a waste of time. Upgrade to Acrobat X or for the time being use Reader and other PDF creation and editing tools.
