Acrobat XI Fails to download. Any suggestions?

I have been using Creative Cloud since it came out and have never had a problem downloading and installing upgrades however I cannot get Acrobat XI to download successfully. It begins and the bar moves but it fails every time. I have tried numerous times over the past several days but it will not finish downloading. Everything else has upgraded successfully except Acrobat XI.

Try going to the "learn more" and download the full trial version. When opening use your
cloud account ID to activate.

    Yes you can!  But you can't use the iTunes program to do it.  iTunes is not capable of syncing music to an Android device.
    However, if you purchased the music from the iTunes Store, it is normal AAC audio, which the Android can play.  As K-T suggested, use an appropriate program to sync the music.

    I have a Mac OS X 10.8.4 and Safari 6.0.5 it has been working beautifully but suddenly freezes when I try to download anything. I am looking for fixes, any suggestions appreciated.

    From the Safari menu bar, select
    Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
    Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
    If you wish, you may be able to salvage the malfunctioning extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. That will revert its settings to the defaults.

    Oliver Alvarado do you receive any specific error message when installing the Creative Cloud Desktop application?  Have you utilized the steps listed in Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application?

    You should Reset your iPod, by
    1. Press Menu and Center button simultaneously for about 10 Secs till the Apple Logo comes ON.
    2. Disconnect the sync cable.
    3. Check the iPod Welcome screen, select language, go to menu (if you are lucky, your music are still on the iPod.)
    if your iPod doesn't show the Welcome screen, bring it to Apple Store.
    If the above is okay, (can see Menu but no Music)
    4. Close iTunes and Reboot your PC.
    5. Start iTunes
    6. Connect the iPod to the Sync cable.
    7. if iTunes ask to Restore, please do so.
    8. Sync your iPod. ( I would advise you to disconnect from Internet and stop the Antivirus program when doing this.)

    Try a hard reset. Hold down the power button and the sleep switch. But KEEP HOLDING the buttons down until the iPhone's screen goes black and it shuts off.
    If that doesn't work, you might want to restore the phone from a backup and see if that fixes the issue.

    The first thing to check would be your internet download speed, you can do this atwww.speedtest.net.
    1080p HD movies require a recommended speed of 8 Mbps, 720p HD movies require a recommended speed of 6 Mbps, while SD movies require a recommended speed of 2.5 Mbps.

    Clearly you can not update 10.9 if you do not have 10.9
    It is very easy to find, it is in the App Store as the picture I posted earlier displays. Follow the same instructions. If you can't then use THIS LINK which will take you there.
    The current version of 10.9 is 10.9.5 and that is what you will get.

    I am using Mac OS X 10.6.8 and I am trying to update it to Maverick and in the APP store it will not allow me to do so.  I have had no issues with my other computer the Mac Pro & no issues on this computer in the past until now.  Here is the mac having issues

    Contact your bank and make sure they havnt denied iTunes access to authorise the card. You could also contact AppleCare for assistance. Its going to be an issue with your bank or iTunes.

  • After being forced to restore my 5th gen iPod touch it keeps telling me that it's failed to restore, any suggestions, please?

    The past couple of times I've plugged my iPod into iTunes it has said it's failed to sync it to my iTunes and hasn't allowed me to put music onto my iPod so I plugged it in today and it told me I needed to restore my iPod to be able to sync my music, photos, etc, onto my iPod and wasn't letting me do anything else with my iPod on iTunes, so, I was forced to restore it if I wanted to actually put more music on to my iPod. Restoring is not a great issue with myself because I always make sure to have folders saved on my laptop with back ups of photos and music, but, when I did restore it and it finished it popped up with this message:
    So, I clicked okay and it told me for the recovery of my iPod I had to restore it again. I restored it. Again. It came up with this message. Again.
    Can someone please help me? I will be very grateful!
    I updated my iTunes about a week ago, I'm not sure if that could have anything to do with it?
