I don't reach to use my new Acrobat XI Pro. Because I can't confirm my serial number. The product isn't on the list!!???

What exactly did you buy? In any case, call sales support or serial number support for such issues.

I need assistance installing/activating the copy of Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro that came with my copy of Creative Suite 5 Web Premium. I tried to use the key for CS5 and my volume license key for Acrobat 9 Pro to no avail. I have a couple license keys written down, but neither works. I had this issue the last time I tried to install this, and now I'm preparing a replacement laptop for this end user an I'm encountering the same issue.

Acrobat X Pro converting some Access 2010 reports to black and white

Hi! My workstation is running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit SP1, Office 2010 Professional 32-bit and Adobe Acrobat X Pro (10.1.13).
My problem is with MS Access 2010 -- I have a query that pumps out reports from a Oracle Database.
The result of this query is 5 Reports - A, B, C, D, and E. All Five Reports, when viewed in Access are in color (also verified this with Print Preview).
When I convert these 5 reports to PDF with the Acrobat Toolbar "Convert Multiple Reports" button within Access, Reports D and E turn to monochrome/grayscale.
Reports A, B, and C are still in color.
If I use the Export function in Access "PDF or XPS" these reports save to color.
If I use the Create PDF button on the Acrobat Toolbar, these reports save to color.
I have a workaround but would like to utilize the Convert Multiple Reports button, rather than convert these reports one by one.
And unfortunately, Acrobat XI Pro isn't supported in Access 2010 -- the Acrobat Toolbar will not appear in Access.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Acrobat XI Pro Subscription

I have a saved pdf contract that I'm trying to edit. I previously had the trial version of Acrobat XI Pro. After the trial ran out, yesterday I did the subscription for $20 per month. Now when I try to "open with" Acrobat XI Pro, it keeps telling me that my trial is over and takes me to the website to purchase again. I'm not sure what is going on, can some1 help????

Did you also download Acrobat 9 from the Licensing Website? If you have a volume license for Acrobat 9 Professional, then the installation files are only available at https://licensing.adobe.com/. If you downloaded the installation files for the retail version of Acrobat 9 Professional, that may be why the installer won't accept your serial number.

Acrobat X Pro suddenly no Adobe PDF printer available within applications

I have been using X Pro for 2 months following installation of CS5.5 Premium. I used to be able to print-to-file using the Adobe PDF printer in the print dialog box from within apps such as Word and Finale. Suddenly that option is absent from my print dialog box in all apps.

Great. We often hear of folks having uninstalled and reinstalled and problems not going away. The repair is the first line of defense if you have not been able to track down a problem. The last line is a reinstall. One of the problems with reinstalls is that folks do not clean up the system before the install. That clean up should include removal of all latent folder parts left by Acrobat and also running a registry cleaner (MS used to have one, but it is not longer available -- making CCleaner the typical cleanup). So if you have problems in the future, try to trouble shoot it and come to the forum if you need help. Sometimes, the repair is a quick fix, and lastly with no other answers do the reinstall--BUT with the cleanup along the way. Again, glad it worked for you.

Cannot Install Acrobat 9 Pro Extended - More Functional Product Available

I am trying to install Acrobat 9 Pro Extended on my new PC. I get an error that a more functional product is avilable on my PC and the install closes. I installed Framemaker 10 before attempting Acrobat 9 Pro Extended. I notice a folder in my files that is Acrobat 10 (but there is no icon or program option in the menus). Is this the problem? Do I need to uninstall Framemaker, then install Acrobat 9, and then reinstall Framemaker? Any help is appreciated.

install 9 Pro and update it as well.
It really is just odd that Lion is singled out here. I also checked this

Sorry, but just trying to really find a workaround for this issue right
now. We though of using X Pro instead but, again, if I rely on the system

Thanks for your reply, I am currently running Acrobat Pro 9.0.0 when I try to download from FTP site the AcroProExUpd910_all_incr.msp to upgrade to 9.1.0-- I got the following error
The Upgarde patch canot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgrade may be missing or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch
Can you tell me please what am I doing wrong? Is that the correct patch I should use? to upgrade Acrobat pro 9.0.0

I'm trying to install a TEST VERSION (free for 30 days or something) of Acrobate XI Pro. I like to do this BEFORE I decide to buy. It is when I try to istall this test version that I get the message: "Download of this program is no longer available". I wonder why?
Is it because I've tried out Photoshop before I bought it? Maybe I'm only allowed to try 1 product for free?

If you ask nicely at an Apple Store... and take your Mac with you.... they will download and install LPX for you..... along with all it's content...
As for why they don't offer it on a flash drive?
Who knows.....
It's Apple.... Its the App Store system... Its all about the Apple ID.. it's where things are leading, away from the physical to the non physical medium... and so on..They do things their way.. whether we like it or not... and if you don't like it?
Then choose a different DAW (or move to a different OS via bootcamp) .. It's no skin off their nose... so to speak... but it will cost you more...(in most cases a lot more) for a boxed / non downloadable edition.. For example... Cubase 8 = $550... Live 9 Suite (Boxed) = $800.... Motu DP = $500.. Bitwig = $300... and so on...
$199 for LPX..and all its content... It's a steal, box or no box...
My only issue is.. it would be good to be able to easily download and store a copy of everything myself.. without having to resort to somewhat tricky methods to do so.. so I could easily install everything on a non internet connected Mac...

Is automatic insertion of hyperlinks available in Acrobat 9 Pro?

My former version of Acrobat automatically inserted links into the PDFs it created when links were present in the source document. My current version - Acrobat 9 Pro - does not. Is there a setting I need to change for this or am I doomed to manually creating all the links contained within each document?

Links are only preserved when you create the file using the PDF Maker
plugin, or if they are plain-text URLs.
When you use the PDF printer you get a "flattened" copy of the original
file, without any of the special objects like links, bookmarks, etc.
