Acrobat XI Software License Agreement Not Showing Up

When I open Acrobat, downloaded through the APPS section of the Creative Cloud, the software license agreement box that pops up is blank and doesn't do anything when I press on Accept.

Known issue.

  • Ipod software license agreement not going away

every time itunes comes up it has this ipod software license agreement and i click yes i agree and them it wont go away but i can put music on my ipod
is there any thing i can do it to go away?

this doesen't totaly solve the problem, but I have the same problem. you can click and drag music from itunes where the music is in the '{Music folder on itunes}click and drag songs from there to where your ipod is listed on the left side of itunes. this will not work where your songs are listed under shared. so if you have music there find a way to get it on just the music folder in the itunes libary.

  • Application Manger Software License Agreement for Acrobat Pro won't let me choose "Accept."

Just purchased the 12 month subscription to Creative Cloud and got most all programs I wanted installed, including Acrobat Pro. However, when attempting to open a PDF file an Application Manager window pops up with "CS6 Creative Cloud Membership" in the title and "Adobe Software License Agreement" in the header.
There is no other text in said window besides the options "Quit" and "Accept" in the lower right corner; below the Adobe logo in the upper left corner there is a drop menu triangle that opens an empty drop box.
The system we are using is a refurbished iMac 27" running OS x 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. Please advise; this is very frustrating.

Fix described here: http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/known-issues-acrobat-xi-reader.html (see Blank EULA screen)
"Blank EULA screen. Problem: Mac OS only. On launch, a blank EULA screen appears, which cannot be accepted, and Acrobat does not run. This problem can appear if you have any products installed from CCM or from Creative Suite, and you tried installing Acrobat XI from a different source.
Workaround: Launch any other product which is part of the CCM or Creative suite. Then, deactivate it by choosing Help > Deactivate. Quit the application. Then, launch Acrobat and accept the EULA. Then, for the CCM subscription product, launch it and select License This Software to enable the CCM product again. If a CS application, launch it and reactivate it. [3338419]"

  • I have a valid copy of Premiere Elements 11 that does not open past the Elements 11 Organizer Adobe Software License Agreement

My copy of Premiere Elements 11 will not open. I'm on a PC with System 7. When I double-click on the PE11 desktop icon, the window opens that says Elements 11 Organizer Adobe Software License Agreement. I select English (North America) and "Accept". The window disappears but then reappears again and again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the disk and from the download. I have also tried a clean boot and have restarted numerous times. It accepts my Serial Number OK, but I can't seem to get beyond this step. Any help would be appreciated.

Consider uninstall, free ccleaner run through (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts), reinstall with antivirus and firewalls disabled.
CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download
Significantly different from what you did already?
Have you looked at the antivirus interference in this?
Even after the uninstall/reinstall, you might explore deleting the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file, and, if that does not work, then
the whole 11 Folder in which it exists.
    Local Disc C
    Users
    Owner
    AppData
    Roaming
    Adobe
    Premiere Elements
    11.0
and, in the 11.0 Folder, is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete. If that does not work, then you delete the whole 11.0
Folder in which it exists. Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see
    the complete path cited.
I have not seen that Organizer Adobe Software Licensing Agreement issue before and it does not quite fit in with the usual troubleshooting
drill. But the above is worth the try to rule in or out.
We will be watching for your progress.
    Thank you.

  • Software license agreement showing up only in Chinese

I'm trying to update my OS to Snow Leopard, but oddly the software license agreement that I have to accept is showing up in Chinese -- and there does not appear to be any way to change it to English. While I wasn't planning to read it with a fine tooth comb, I do want to at least be able to read what I'm agreeing to.
Any idea how to get the agreement to come up in English so that I can "accept" it with peace of mind?

Try to boot using the install DVD.
With the DVD inserted press C during startup.

  • Adobe Software License Agreement pops up over and over when I try to use Acrobat. Even after I "Acce

Adobe Software License Agreement pops up over and over when I try to use Acrobat. Even after I "Accept".

I have the same problem as Pam101. I am on OS X 10.9 and Safari 7 (actually on 2 iMacs). The one iMac is fine but the other with the same versions and settings Adobe Reader will not work. What happens is the Adobe Reader icon appears on the dock, bounces once and that's it. When trying to open a .pdf file from a website a new tab is opened on Safari, the background is black and there is a pop up message (black test on a white background) that reads: "Adobe PDF Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the End User License Agreement." This is all very well but if Adobe Reader will not launch how on earth is it possible to accept the End User License Agreement terms? Very, very annoying, especially since it all works just fine if I launch a .pdf file from a website using Chrome. What is going on here and who do I talk to in order to fix this problem - Apple or Adobe?

  • Why does Acrobat XI installed via CC ask me for Adobe Software License Agreement?

When I try to open a pdf with Acrobat XI Pro installed via Creative Cloud, after few second it starts Adobe Application Manager, it opens a completely blank window titled Adobe Software License Agreement asking to Accept. It's pointless to clic the Accept button: it doesn't do anything and Acrobat is unusable.

  • Recurring iPod Software License Agreement Form

Ok so it keeps popping up everytime I click the iPod icon under devices in iTunes. I also can't scroll to the edge of the page to read half of what it says on the license sheet. Also, none of the music options show up like in the tutorial, when I click the iPod icon under devices. This is really driving me nuts, because I want to delete some songs from my iPod, but I can't, because I can't even get to the music! It shows what is downloaded on iTunes, but not what's on the iPod. I currently have my sync settings on manual, but I can't find the option to change that either, if it would help anything. How do I get the software license agreement form to go away??!?!?! ACK!!!

I am having the same problem that you had and i can not figure out anyway to fix it...i need to restore my ipod and i can't because of that agreement thing....please help me...im begging you...haha...i am about to just give up and seel it and let someone else have the problem...i am using a windows xp...
    thank you so much...

  • Itunes 6.0 stuck at Software License Agreement

    Hello,
I am having a great deal of trouble with running the new itunes. I downloaded the itunes 6.0.4 and quicktime, but when I click to open it, the itunes software license agreement shows up for less than a second, then closes by itself. If I click on it again it does the same thing. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but the same thing happens. Also, when I try to open the quicktime it opens for less than a second and closes automatically.
Will someone please help me fix this problem because I just bought a video 30gb and I need to have this version of itunes to transfer my songs

    Hi there and welcome.
Tell me, what antivirus programs do you run on that PC? Many times, they interfere with the successful download and install of iTunes. Can you get Quicktime to open at all? Make sure Quicktime was installed because iTunes cannot work without Quicktime.
If it was not installed, try the standalone download of Quicktime. I have the link if you need it. Turn OFF antivirus and firewall programs prior to downloading iTunes. Instead of running it over the internet, save it to your desktop or Harddrive. Post back and let us know

  • Software License Agreement Pop Up

I have a Mac. I have had CS5 Design Premium Teacher and Student Edition for the last four years. A few weeks ago, I could no longer open up my product. Instead, a Software License Agreement popped up with the Adobe Application Manager. After I click "Accept", my program does not open. The Software License Agreement reappears. This continued to happen. I knew I had another download available, so I uninstalled Design Premium, and reinstalled it using my product key. However, even with the new install the problem persists. Adobe Online Support say they cannot help me with my issue and I should turn to the online forum. How can I fix this issue and open up my product? I need to use my programs!

    HI there!
    I'd suggest a clean uninstall:
KB02206 How to perform a clean uninstall of BlackBerry Desktop Software
Since not all steps of the install completed, there are likely many steps in the clean uninstall that won't pertain...but please go through them all nonetheless in case anything residual is there.
Then, try a new download and installation:

Also, be sure you are logged into the machine using an account with full admin rights. And, if on Vista, also use the "Run As Administrator" option.

  • IPod Software License Agreement?

For some reason when I plug my iPod video in, it won't come up with the contents of of my iPod or anything. When I click on my iPod in the device list it just shows the iPod Software License Agreement page. I've clicked the "I've read and agree to the terms" button and then clicked save, and it still does nothing. So I have no way of putting music or videos or anything on my iPod. Someone please help me.

Take a look at this web page and see if it helps:
