AcroRd32.exe wrong version after update.

Does anybody know why the AcroRd32.exe has the woring version number under properties when update AdbeRdrUpd934_all_incr.msp is applied? When checking the version under poperties för the AcroRd32.exe after update it still says that its version 9.3.3.117, but when I start the program and look at about reader its says that the version is 9.3.4.218. A reboot dosent help.

I dont think that AcroRd32.exe was updated for Adobe Reader 9.3.4, hence, the version for the same is the same as it was for v9.3.3. If the Abou Adobe Reader 9 splash screen is displaying the version as 9.3.4, then I guess all's well at your end.

Wrong language after update!!!

You don't understand, after I updated itunes the language was changed to either dutch or finnish (not english, as is listed between dutch and finnish during the setup in the installation). This does not effect the itunes store, just the language of the header bar where file and edit are supposed to be, so changing the little flag on the bottom of the itunes store doesn't do squat. also, after much translation, I have tried to reset the language to english using the dutch file language. This also didn't work. Apple, something is wrong with the update. This might not be coincidence with the Netherlands trying to shut down itunes. Please look into it!! we have paid for these songs and I would like to continue the use of my expensive media equipment. Anyone else reading this with similar problems BACK ME UP

In: edit > preferences
At the bottom there is an option to change the language of iTunes.
I have a Swedish version of my iTunes, but I discovered that it would be better if I had the English language enabled. It's easier to explain and help.

really helpful. Cannot understand why Microsoft were pushing me to update from poorly performing windows 8 to complete nuisance windows 8.1. My hardly earned money were spent on a product that causes me massive headache.

Revert to previous version after update

How do I revert iTunes to a previous version after an update; I don't like the fact that they changed it to strictly a player-only and one cannot access things like the Radio stations, etc. any more.

I'm looking for a way to go back as well. With each new rev, iTunes becomes ever more nebulous.
I still burn CDs...but the new version makes this difficult.
In past versions of iTunes, the total time of a playlist was shown in the Status Bar and could be toggled from a rounded total (e.g."1.2 Hours") to an exact total (e.g. "1:20:23")
In 'the new itunes', the total time length of playlists seems permanently fixed ion the broad value only. (e.g. 1.2 hours).
This is terribly inconvenient if one is going to be burning a Playlist to a CD or DVD-A. Where 79 minutes would fit on a CD, 81 minutes will not.....yet 'the new itunes' will show both only as "1.2 Hours". Very inconvenient if one is now to be forced to manually add track times together in order to decide if a playlist will fit or not.
How do I get 'the new itunes' to show me a more useful total? Or has Apple now decided that we aren't going to burn CDs any longer? (Surely, by now you can figure out on your own what my opinion of that might be.)

Airport network says 'wrong password' after updates.

Please help. I was connected to the internet via Airport and a wireless network, a Belkin Wireless Router. After I installed a couple updates (Mac OSX and Firmware) about 2 weeks ago, which I used my wireless connection to do, the Airport will no longer connect to the network. It says the password is invalid. We reset the network and password and it still wont accept it.
Has anyone else had a similar problem after updates and how can I fix it? Thanks Heaps!

Was looking at upgrading to Leopard, if there's been an error caused by Mac OS update or Firmware is it possible this could fix the problem??

Wrong locale after update.

I-ve fully updated my system and suddenly my locale is wrong. In rc.conf it is set as
LOCALE="es_ES.UTF-8"
KEYMAP="es"
I-ve already checked locale.gen, it is fine, i-ve regenerated locale etc. It-s getting on my nerves.
By locale wrong I mean that I-m writing right now and as you might have guessed the apostrophe is not where it-s supposed to be. In the tty-s it is fine.

Can you go back a version after updating?

With all the complaints here I wonder if there is an issue with the latest update.
I have not updated yet and looks like I will wait. Besides Wi-Fi music downloads I don't see a benifit to latest update.
But I am curious as to possibilities of go back to last version. Apple is taking of the use of history on the new OS which will let you recover and seems to let you go back versions.

You cannot go back to 1.0.2 without voiding your warranty. Apple does not have a downgrade path available to consumers. The downgrade path on the mod forums is a hack that partially downgrades. Your warranty and support will be unavailable from Apple if ou do this. 1.1.1 is not a big problem if you don't hack your iPhone.

Client version after update to R2 CU1

Hi guys,
I just updated SCCM from R2 to R2 CU1. I have distributed the four packets of CU1 to the distribution point and I checked with regedit and the console that the version is CU1 and .1203. But when I see properties for automatic upgrade of client, it shows
.1000 version. When I see the properties of install client through software updates I see the same version (.1000).
Must I do more to automatically update the clients?

2938441 is not included in the WSUS catalog so you can't directly deploy it using Software Updates.
You have two recommended options:
- Software Distribution. When you installed CU1 on the site server it prompted you to create client update packages. Use these to deploy the update. You don't specifically need to create new collections though, but that does work.
- SCUP

Remove old version after update?

I just installed the Windows Lightroom 4 (upgrade) to replace Lightroom 3.6.
Can I now remove version 3.6 without jeopardizing operation of version 4 or the ability to further update when a successor becomes available?

Yes, you can.
Although in this particular case with all the bugs in LR4.0 I would keep LR3.6 sitting around.
Should you be among the ones hurt by performance problems you might need an easy way to go back.
Or you might need to compare images. Go for 4.1RC2 to benefit from some bug fixes.
Have you already converted your LR3-catalog ?
This might also take several trials...
No need for a hurry to ditch LR3.6, you can so in some months as well.

I have Mac. After new version install why do all old versions still show up in applications file? Will it cause problems if old versions are deleted or do they need to sit there taking up space?

We don't overwrite your apps so you can keep previous workflows.
Delete apps you don't want when you are ready.

Why doesn't my screen scroll up when typing after updating to 8.3?

What am I doing wrong?
After updating my iOS to 8.3 on an iPad I have been unable to see my curser once it progrsses down the screen behind the keyboard. The screen doesn't scroll upward to show the cursor.
This is very annoying since Id like to know where I'm typing and if I collapse the keyboard and touch the screen to move the cursor, the keyboard pops back up and hides the cursor. This typing feature works fine on my iPhone 6s with the upgrade but not on my iPad.
Any help would be appreciated on this matter
