ACS stops working following alerts

We have ACS 4 and we use a 4404 wireless lan controller. In the past month we've been experiencing outages for our wireless clients. We get alert messages from ACS like "Auth server down: Could not change Password" or "Test Timed out for service: CSRadius & Test Timed out for service: CSTacacs". Then users start calling in reporting that they are down.
I did a search and keep finding this "Error Message Auth server down: Could not change Password
Explanation CSMon could not change the password of the test account.
Recommended Action No action required."
Can anyone provide more information on what could be going on and why this alert which says no action required keeps showing up and then wireless goes down?

All authentication requests to the ACS from a client is performed by proxy from the controller. If the controller loses the ability to communicate with the ACS server you would see this error. Make sure you are not having ACS database/memory issues. If you can reboot the ACS and everything clears up the problem is on the ACS server. Either the above listed problem or a network connectivity issue would likely be the culprit. To verify that there are no problems on the WLC, run the AAA LWAPP debugs and trace the auth requests.

BBC iPlayer has stopped working following firmware...

Hi all I have recently upgraded the firmware on my N97 to 12.0.026
No noticeable difference that I've spotted yet but BBC iPlayer has stopped working.. I get a Script alert saying Type error: undefined value
Anyone got the same? .. any solutions .. I have removed the app and reinstalled it but no change

it has something to do with these updates are editing scripts for more performance however they are also messing with the custom scripts associated with some applications, upon updating i had to delete and re install almost all my user created apps. best bet to do is always backup to memory card even if is just settings, then when something goes wrong you just restore and it will return the scripts to normal.

CS3 in MAC OSX7 gives licensing stopped working following replacement of logic board and hard drive.

Flash player stopped working, followed threads, has not helped, any suggestions??

Im using vista home basic,on a note book i got last year. the flash player was working fine until last week, at that time i updated to ie 8 and flash 10.
The player hasnt worked since. The playback is very choppy, just a series of fotos realy. The settings dont respond. Also it freezes the page into wich it is embedded.and the rest of the system to a lesser extent. ihave followed the instructions about reinstalling and using the uninstaller, ensuring that i reboot inbetween. no difference. its a 32bitoperating system with 1gb of ram. I understand that flash wont work in 64bit ie, ive looked under the help on ie and as it doesnt mention that its 64 i understand that means it must be 32? ,,,,I realy hope you can help!!! going off on a bit of a tangent,,, but this 'failure' of flash is realy quite scary! it makes you realise just how entrenched it is in every day life! its like the end of civilisation! no facebook,,,no utube, no online news!!! helllllllllp!

I opened the manage add ons, there is no mention of flash at all.
I deleted all my add on tool bars.
I did install firefox, hence all this trouble. when i decided to go back to ie. and reinstalled it,,,thats when all problems started.

Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014.0 has stopped working & Adobe QT32 Server CC 2014.0 has stopped working

Hello,
I just installed Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 as trial to see if its working on my system but as soon as i launch it, it crashes with the following errors on splash screen: Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014.0 has stopped working followed by Adobe QT32 Server CC 2014.0 has stopped working.
System Info:
Windows x64 bit
16GB RAM
Intel Core i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.39GHz
NVIDIA GeForze GTX 660 (fully updated)
I turned off Windows 7 Sync Center (suggested in adobe forums) but it didn't help.
I tried running it as administrator, and playing with the permissions but nothing helped.
Please help me with my problem.

I have the same problem too.
I try format pc ans reinstall win7 64 bits totally clean, but nothing...
Drivers are update, intel i7,nvidia gtx 760,all works fine in all aplications and games.
When open media encoder or premiere or after effects crash is startup and show message adobeqt 32 stoped.
The sp1 are install too.
I think what adobe cc 2104 fails hards and adobe needs fix this.
The solutions how reinstall or update drivers not work, fix a problem please.

"Firefox has stopped working" message shortly after accessing gmail account--Help?

Use firefox to access gmail account. Worked great until tonight--Nov 6th. Firefox autoloaded an update, then within 10 seconds of loading gmail account, I get a message, "firefox has stopped working", followed shortly by "A problem has occurred with firefox. Windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available". Nothing happens. If I reattempt to get into email or firefox, I get a "this is embarrassing message" with two options: restore or start new session--neither of which work. Please help.

T510 Mouse and Keyboard stops working with Windows Update - unable to roll back, happened twice

My mouse has been working fine for a while but it stopped working followed by the keyboard, I put it down to a Windows update but because Windows 7 keeps bluescreening on a restore point I couldn't recover. I contacted Lenovo got the rebuild disc for my machine, completely rebuilt it, all working fine, then after 2 days same issue, mouse stopped, keyboard stopped, restore points make no difference. Does anyone know what windows update is causing this and if there is a fix aside from rebuilding, I can't keep doing this and I need to understand the cause really, not had it with a laptop before. Gone back to using my old laptop until I can get it sorted. Does anyone have any ideas?

I installed the latest drivers via windows update and got the touchpad back, rebooted, it went again. Netiher the trackpoint or touchpad work. I then thought rather than focus on drivers check the bios. I disabled the trackpoint in the bios, still neither works, however if I disable the touchpad in the bios and enable the trackpoint, the trackpoint does consistently work. I can't explain why the touchpad worked after a touchpad update but now fails, the ultranav driver is installed but if both are enabled in the bios it say it isn't installed, if the trackpoint is enabled it tells me I need to enable both so it clearly knows it's there. What's curious is that this doesn't happen on the complete clean IBM build. I can't not turn off windows updates, I'm a developer so Ioad the laptops up with a vast variety of software and I need many of the windows update fixes, either way I am surprised they are conflicting with the touchpad so dramatically. I can't see it being a virus I'm using two layers of protection and if I blow the machine away and installed the updates via an .iso image (so it's never connected to anything else), I can replicate the problem. It's feasible it's another piece of software causing the conflict. Any one have any idea what could be going on or seen it before?

Did you upgrade to R2 and are you seeing “Invalid HEX Character” errors in the Operations Manager event log on your workflow server?
If so, there is a bug in R2 that causes this. You need to request a brand new hotfix, KB2961848 to address this.

4g clickwheel stopped working

After several years my Nano 4g clickwheel has just stopped working, followed the apple guidance tried resetting lost all the music but still doesn't work does anybody have any ideas or is this just more of apples marketing ploy to build in failure so you have to replace?

iPod Repair Tutorials or take the iPod Nano to an Apple store or an AASP. Whichever is more convenient for you. Non working click wheel is a hardware problem.

Gfxui has stopped working

Whwn I start the my HP Touchsmart600 PC I keep receiving the message " Gfxui has stopped working" followed by HP Support Assistant has stopped working".
I tried everything I could find on blog sites. Hp only advised to reload HP support assistent, that didn't fix anything.
Could't find a new Gfxui driver.
Any ideas?

You might try the following:
Reminder - you need Framework 3.x for this to work:
Control Panel - Programs and Features - Windows Features to enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1.
If necessary: You can find, download and install .NET 3x Framework from Microsoft Downloads.
Select your system from HP TouchSmart 600-1100 Desktop PC series
When you find your system and open your computer's webpage, Enter the Operating System and Click Next
Check in Category "Driver - Network" for your computer's Intel drivers
Verify in your Control Panel > set icon view > Device Manager whether you actually HAVE any Intel drivers >>
If yes, your computer needs Intel drivers, you may reinstall the existing driver(s)
then:
Right click on the Driver > Properties > Uninstall >> do NOT delete > Restart / Reboot your computer and log in
or
You can download and install the proper drivers from your website > Restart / Reboot your computer and log in

I just updated my itunes after receiving an alert through my windows 8. My laptop automatically restarts after an update to secure the changes in setting and applications. But a minute after opening itunes and its loaded, a windows alert pops up stating that Itunes has stopped working. How can I fix the problem without losing the music in my Itunes?

Ring Tones/Alerts stopped working

My ring tones & alerts have stopped working. I only get the vibration. When I go to "Sounds" and try to reset ring tones, I get the following error message: "Invalid ring tone selected, please make another selection!" That happens no matter what ring tone or alert I try.
