ACS view DB size has exceeded allowed quota

Hi:
We have an CSACS-1121-K9 with ACS version 5.4.0.46.3.
We see the following warning "ACS view DB size has exceeded allowed quota" . I can't find the meaning of this , how critical it is, or what should be done.
Anyone have an answer.
The ACS has in the last 2 days stopped showing log messages. I was wondering if this message could be related.

Hi Mickey,
The Monitoring and Report Viewer database handles large volumes of data. When the database size becomes too large, it slows down all the processes. You do not need all the data all the time. Therefore, to efficiently manage data and to make good use of the disk space, you must back up your data regularly and purge unwanted data that uses up necessary disk space. Purging data deletes it from the database.

e-mail until he has cleared his mailbox.Although this may sound like a simple enough request, the devil tends to be in the detail.
Let me start by saying that blocking a user from sending emails is difficult unless you have a strictly controlled environment namely, all users are forced to authenticate when sending emails (so you can identify them by username) OR they only have access to webmail/UWC to send emails. Otherwise if they use any email client they can just change their FROM address and you have no way of 'blocking' their emails since you can't identify that they are the ones sending it.
So does the above apply to your situation?
On the second front, allowing emails to be delivered to overquota accounts. This is possible by sending emails via the special tcp_tas channel which overrides quotas.
Do you want all emails to have the ability to send to overquota accounts or do you just want select users/lists/sending systems etc. to have this ability (so for example just users X,Y,Z and any emails from the system 1.2.3.4?

I am trying to complete my iTunes eMail Gift Card purchases but I am told my account has exceed the number of iTunes eMail gifts allowed. How do we reset this so I can complete my last three gift purchases today? I have already tried the "Live Chat" option but she had no answers!!!
Anyone have any ideas?

Me: Yes, it seems that Apple has restricted the number of eMail iTunes gift certificates (cards) someone can purchase on their Apple User ID. Me: You are NOT paying attention. my "issue" hasn't been resolved. The iTunes store still has a restriction on the number of eMail iTunes Gift Cards that an Apple user can purchase. Until this restriction is removed I consider there to still be a problem.

I am really stuck on this one did a snoop in the forum to find what the problem may be but have found nothing that can help me.
I get the following error on my pages.
I am using 11.5.10

I had originally created a page and a view object with the relevent app module... and it was givin me the error. so what i did was delete the project
created a page and just the app module with no view objects
there is nothing on the page.. just that the page is linked to the app module via app module instance option.
still givin the error
i change the profile option for personal view object retrieval to 10 and still no avail..

i have changed the max fetch size as well as the fetch size to limit the query..
i have changed the max fetch size via code and setmaxfetchsize(1) via code on iniziliation..

What do you mean by, when you claim that the page still runs without your VO (i.e. Just the PG & AM)? Does it means that your webBeans in the page that references the VO Attributes, still comesup with no issues like (VO not found)?
If yes, then your jdev. project is picking up the VO xml/class files else where from your classpath. Please check your classpath settings and library settings to see where the old file is still available.

to resolve this do this from central admin
Ensure to follow the below steps.
                                         i.    Open
the central administration
                                        ii.    Go
to General Application Settings
                                       iii.    InfoPath
Form Services
                                      iv.    Configure
InfoPath Form Services
                                       v.    Click
on Data Connection Response Size
                                      vi.    By
default it is 1500 kilobytes
                                     vii.    Change
the Response Size in kilobytes (Increase the number).

Calendar account exceeded iCloud quota

I'm exceeding my calendar entry limit. How do I backup old entries and then delete them?
I'm facing the following error message (iCloud on web):
Couldn't add "Test" to Calendar. This account has exceeded the iCould quota. Please contact customer support.
So, how do I fix this? Can I download and backup old entries and then delete them to make room?
I have an iPad and iPhone, but no Mac.

OK, update for my records and for others' future benefit! ;-)
Deleting a large range of events, such as all events before 2010, seems not possible. Even Apple Support couldn't find a way to do that. The best they could come up with was to buy or borrow a Mac, use that calendar app, and then delete all events in the monthly view.
Turns out, this is possible also in iCloud Calendar. Using the monthly view, you can select all shown events (CTRL-A) and the hit DEL to delete them. It's horribly slow (several minutes per month for me) but it seems to work.

Amount of data has exceeded maximum limit - Infopath form

Hello, I am having a problem on O365 concerning an Infopath form.
The warning goes like this : " The amount of data that was returned by a data connection has exceeded the maximum limit that was configured by the server administrator"
Solutions exist for other version of Sharepoint/Infopath. I see in SharePoint 2013, this value is 1500 kilobytes by default
and we can increase the maximum size of that. However, in SharePoint Online, it cannot be changed.
Can you guys please help?

How can I view the size of a particular event in iPhoto '11? The 'Get Info' option is not displaying the size of the event like it used to in iPhoto 8.

But the event does not really have a size - you can export the photos and make the size pretty much what you want - while it is in iPhoto it is an event
I guess that iPhoto could report the size of the original photos as imported - or the size of the modified photos if exported as JPEGs - or the size of the modified photos if exported with a maximum dimension of 1080 - but the event simply is photos and does not have a "size" until you export it
Obviously you want to know the size but the question was
what is your puprose for knowing the size?
WIth that information maybe there is a way to get you what you want
But the basic answer is simply that an event does not have a size - an event is a collection of photos and each photo has either two or three versions in the iPhoto library and each photo can be exported for outside use in several formats and at any size

How can I set a default finder list view column size?

I am having a bit of an issue here.
I like to use the list view in finder.
I want to set the name column to a certain size globally, so that all folders display the name at the same width.
However, currently I resize the column in the folder I'm working in, change folder and return to the original folder and the size has returned to the defaults.
Any suggestions would be very welcome.

Hold down the Option key and drag the vertical column right or left as needed.
Close that Finder window then open a new one. See if that worked.

I'm trying to create a new MVC website with azure cloud server. However, when creating my project/solution in visual studio I get the following error.

During the day I created several MVC projects, as a learning exercise, and it worked fine. Now it's failing every time I create a new MVC website with Azure.
Every time I created a website, I have always deleted any generated Azure sites and databases via the management portal. Currently I have no websites in Azure. Thus I don't see how I've reached a quota,
Any ideas what might be going wrong?
My subscription is pay as you go.

Hi,
It might be due to various other resources (sql DB, application insight, etc) that you may have created while deploying earlier websites, and filled up your Quota. Due to which, creating new resources would exceed the quota limit.
Check for the unused resources and clear them. It may clear the error and allow you to create new websites.
Otherwise, It should be an Account related issue than Technical issue. I suggest you contact Azure support, it is a best choice for you, Please contact support team by creating a support ticket at

Ironport size limit exceeded message

Wondering if anyone can help, we have a limit on the size of emails allowed to be sent out as per normal and when users exceed this limit they receive an email response which appears to be generated by one of our exchange servers, should they be receiving an email from the Ironport itself also? I'm asking because the response generated by the exchange server is self-explanatory to ourselves but not to the average user.

If the limit is set on Exchange as well as the Ironport, the user will get a message from whichever box encounters the message first... in this case Exchange, which will bounce it back to the user.. the Ironport never sees the message.
If you want it bounce at the ironport, you have to remove or increase the limit on Exchange...

Why is it not possible to use quotes in
ExecStart=
section of systemd service files?
For example, I can't use service file like this

because systemd will not run it because of presence of quotes:

I can remove quotes and then the service will run, but the URL parsed to the command will be cut in half, ie it will stop on the first "&" sign and only DE mirrors will be probed.
Is there some way around it other than creating a separate executable file and calling it from the service? I don't want to multiply unnecessary files if there's way around it.

Like frank604 says, quotes were never the issue (in fact, they are one of the few things with special meaning for both the shell and systemd), yet you still seem to think they were:

It is a shame you only quote the first part of my last reply and ignore the questions in the second part. You did almost the same thing with my reply before that and I suspect you also didn't read the man page I mentioned the first time. You can use semicolons (";") to separate commands instead (explained in the man page section on command lines) or multiple ExecStart lines like frank604 used (which is cleaner IMO).
