Action repeats on End Transaction

Hi,
I have an Action which is designed to send mails. The Processing Time of the Action is "Processing while saving the document". The problem is that it is getting triggered even when END button is clicked in IC. i.e mails are being sent twice- once during saving of the document and second time when END transaction is clicked.
Is it the case with all Actions which are intended to be processed during save? because END button by default saves all the unsaved data?

Hi Uma,
Pressing 'End' in IC will save all business transaction you have created during the interaction, even the ones that were already saved before. This is a given.
In action profile customizing you can make sure that an action is only executed once. This should allow you to prevent that the email is send out twice.

Mi estimado, ese es un bug segun nota 1401013 de SAP, ocurre cuando dos usuarios estan trabajando simultaneamente.

You work in localization where folio numbers for documents are used.
Two users are working simultaneously on SAP Business One (either via SAP Business One application or via an Add-on).
Both users are creating Invoice (or performing any action when max folio number is retrieved from the numbering table NNM1).
It may happen that one of the users will encounter deadlocks while working, usually with one of the following error messages:
'-2038 Internal error'
'Error (-1200) DBMCconnBase:: EndTransaction - Error -1 detected. auto rollback flag is off. throwing exception'
'Internal error NNM1 2038'
The deadlock can appear on NNM1 table and OINV table.

HT2513 iCal string of events repeat and end on a given date?

Is there a way to have any given string of events repeat and end on a given date?
Example, I have a different training regiment for each day leading up to an event/date and then will have the same training regiment again leading up to another event. I want each day's training regiment to show up as an event per day... but don't want to have to post each days repeat string of training prior to each event... and they don't nessecarily repeat monlthy or regularly... I want to set an end date and all the training fill in from that date backwards. Is this possible??

Does this work any better? New-jobtrigger requires a datetime object.

Creating action in CRM sales transaction to trigger RFC in R/3?

Hello gurus
We wish to replicate our contracts from CRM to R/3 but since SAP is not supporting it, I heard that one option that we have is to enable actions in our CRM sales transactions, which when executed will trigger an RFC call to R/3 system and then create same transactioon there as well...
Could anyone please shed some light as to how this can be done?
Please advise.

I should prefer using the ORDER_SAVE Badi, using a queued RFC to create the dat in the R/3 system.

Is it possible to get an event, if user end transaction with /n?

i have written an own control component(combination from enjoy controls(Toolbar, Tree and Splitter) in ABAP. If the User end the transaction with the gui status BACK END or CANCEL, I got a PAI and can say save_layout( ) set screen 0 leave screen, that next time the control has the same layout. If the user leaves the transaction with /n, I get no PAI to save the layout. If there are any event that I can catch to save the layout of my control. I find the class cl_system_transaction_state with event transaction_finished, but this event is only raised by commit work or rollback work.

There is no event triggered on a "/n".
Users should know that "/n" leave the transaction brutaly without any confirmation

Actions and EEWB (Business Transactions)

Hi,
I've extended a business transaction (service ticket) with 5 new fields using EEWB.
I'm creating a new action to print out a letter. I want it to print only if one of the new fields is filled in.
- The action works fine if I trigger it on a standard field being filled in
- But when I create a new condition using the new field it doesn't work
Details
I've created a new condition - it just says that the field must be greater than "1"
This is based on a new container. The container is based on the database table and filed (structure CRMD_CUSTOMER_H - which is the databse table holding the new data and new field ZZ_PROS_REQ_ED)

Is OEM capable enough to handle end to end(e2e) transaction where e2e is defined as a transaction right from the time an end user requests using web client and that passes through AS module (cache, http server, SSO, Oracle ID , DB and back). Is this possible ? Where are the corresponding data stored ?

My plan is to back them up straight to VTL (disk based). Do you think using RMAN here helps (because of incremental) ?

Action repeating image on all sides

I am trying to create an action that takes one image and repeats it on all four sides to make a square (we are picture framers and am trying to create image files of our frames from one picture of a piece of frame). I have managed to create the action to do this, but some of the frames are different widths and if I set the action to go on a smaller frame it doesnt push the image up to the edge of the canvas. It leaves a white space between the edge of the image and the edge of the canvas.
I tried to set the point of origin with co-ordinates in the transform mode when creating the action, to make sure that every image went where I wanted it to, but this hasnt worked.
Do you know of any way that I can paste an image into a new canvas and pin point where I want that image to go?

I been using DSP3 for years and haven't encountered this rather odd problem before.
I have a basic DVD with menu and 3 tracks. Each track is about 30 mins. I've placed a chapter marker at 5 min intervals throughout each track and one chapter marker 1 second before the end of each track.
From the menu you can jump to any track by selectiing it's button.
The end jump for each track is to jump to the next track in turn, with the 3rd jumping back to the menu. In simulation everything works fine.
After the build which completes successfully I find that track 1 and track 2 are fine, however at the end of track 3, 5 mins from between two of track 3s chapter markers, is repeated.
I deleted all the chapter markers in track 3 and re-created them as before to no avail, same result.
Has anyone any idea what's happening?
Why would 5 mins of video be repeated at the end of the track?

I may have explained it poorly, but the original m2v file didn't have any footage repeated at the end after encoding the MOV footage. What you describe is obviously possible, but it isn't what was happening here.
The repeated footage only appeared after the project build. It as though something in the build process decided to go back and repeat some footage at the end of that track. Weird.
Anyway I eventually re-encoded all the m2v from the project, (after deleting all the original), using the same settings as before, same bit rate etc, and tried again. This time the build didn't repeat any footage atthe end of the track.
So all is fine now, but as to what caused the problem, I have no idea.

Repeat with End Button?

Is there some way that I can have a script repeat itself over and over, but have a dialog displayed to ask the user WHILE IT IS STILL RUNNING if they would like to end the script? Right now I have to force quit the applescript application (or click stop if I am in Script Editor.
I have been playing with this:

OK. I am making an AppleScript Application with Xcode (I am 99% sure this is the thing you were talking about) and this is my first time.
I used this guide: http://cocoadevcentral.com/articles/000073.php as a complete noob guide. I got the interface and I got all my code. But my "never ending" repeat won't seem to end.
This is basically what I have in the applescript file. I also have two buttons and a status field. Where you see the "beep" is just for my sample script here.

My buttons seem to work fine and everything, because when I press start is starts my script along with the right status text. When I click Stop is puts the appropriate status text, *but it doesn't stop*. In the demo of the "beep" it goes on, over and over, but when you press Stop is just stops it once. If you hold stop, it will stop (or I guess pause) for as long as you hold it.
Am I doing something wrong of why the "repeat while repeatStatus is "Start"" doesn't seem to get the correct status?

Actually my requirement is to allow users to select multiple values from an LOV i.e. 7,8,11 (comma seperated). As it is not possible with the standard list of values to select multiple values so I'm using the above document from the Metalink to create an LOV with the same look and feel as the standard LOV of forms. I've tried all the steps but unfortunately no luck.
Elements in List => put one item with space <--- i'm confused on this one, may be i'm not setting this properly.

PS/IM Year End Transactions

What is the role of PS transactions CJCO (Budget Carryforward) and CJCF (Commitment Carryforward) in Year End Processsing? Is it neccesary to carry these steps out first, or can PS/IM processing be completed by only using the IM transactions IM27, IM27_Repeat, and IM27_Close? The IM transactions have commitment and budget carryforward as well, is it therefore neccesary to carry out CJCO and CJCF beforehand? Please clarify

CJCO is Carryforward the still open budget to the new year.
CJCF is Carryforward the open Commitment to the new.
The dat from the commitment is based on the delivery date from the PO line. When this is the year 2006 and you run a report for 2007 you don't see this line but you can still get an invoice.
I think before running this to do a clean-up if you realy still receive the goods and when not to close the PO item.

ZSH "action keys" (Pos1, End, Enter) not working sometimes

Now to my shell issues: In zsh, when I for example Ctrl+C out of yaourt and then press Enter or Pos1 or End or basically anything else than letters/numbers and modkeys, I get the console text equivalent (for example ^M with Enter, don't know how to call it).
How do I fix this?

If the suggested battery pull reboot has no effect, It sounds like what I have seen multiple times on a device with moisture damage.
Even sitting on a bathroom counter during a hot steamy shower or bath can cause keyboard and trackball problems UNTIL properly dried out.
It really is more common than you think.
1. Remove the battery immediately!! Do not attempt to turn on your BlackBerry.
2. Let the device dry in a warm, dry place for 3 to 5 days* (see below)
3. DO NOT "check it each day" by placing the battery in. Leave it be to dry completely. This takes time. Replacing the battery to check it can only damage it more (moisture + electrical current = disaster).
3. If the device is warm after the drying period, allow it to cool to room temperature before placing the battery back in.
*Suggestions on drying your BlackBerry in a warm place (open, with the battery out):
Place the BB in a container of dry UNcooked rice, and then you might also place it in any of the locations mentioned below.
On top of any dry heat emitting electronic component: TV cabinet or CRT, LCD, cable TV/Satellite converter box or plasma monitor
