Action Toolbar available for CRM 7.0?

Hey guys, using 7.0 here.   In the interaction center, we create complaints.   We have some actions assigned.  We manually add them to the complaint.
In the GUI, we have the option to modify the manually added action (example, change the email address determined by the partner.  OSS Note #689972 calls this the Action Toolbar).   Is this not available for the IC Web?  I can't seem to find it anywhere....

There is one assignemnt block, usually called GSACTIONS, which holds actions defined in action profile.
Regards.

  • Solution Manager project - no roadmap available for CRM 7.0 EhP3

    Hi all,
    I'm setting up a new project in solution manager for an upgrade.
    However, in my roadmap selection tab, there's no roadmap for CRM 7.0 EhP3 (or even EhP2).
    Is this just not available or can/should I update this list?
    Many thanks and with kind regards,
    Yee-Tee

    Hello,
    There are two possibilities I see here.
    1-Your roadmap list is not up-to-date.
    2-There is no roadmaps for these specific product/version delivered for the solman.
    I would recommend you to first check the ST-ICO package SP level. The whole documentation content (Roadmaps, BPR, templates,...) are delivered by this component, so in order to have the complete and must up-to-date list, you'll need the latest SP-level.

    I hope this helps.

  • Why Isn't Google Toolbar available for Firefox 5.0 Very Disappointing

    I just installed Mozilla Firefox 5.0. My Google Toolbar and Gmail button has disappeared. When I try to download the Google Toolbar, I get a message saying it's not compatible. Google is the only search engine I like. If I can't use it how can I go back to my old firefox.

    ''Google Toolbar, and GMail button disappeared''
    These are two different problem, you have probably already solved the GMail one, but just in case you haven't. Mozilla change the Firefox home page to one of there own instead of a google.com page. Google pages, have links at the very top to other Google applications, for some you must be logged into Google. The applications get added as you use them. If you change your home page to
    :http://www.google.com whatever google page would be where you live, you will solve that problem
    '''The Google Toolbar is no longer supported by Google in Firefox 5 and up''', you may be able to get what you want from it for a limited time, the directions to install the Google Toolbar were posted before Google actually announced dropping support.
    *Enable Google Toolbar in Firefox 5<br>http://googlesystem.blogspot.com/2011/06/enable-google-toolbar-in-firefox-5.html
    *the-edmeister posted a brief evaluation of the situation<br>https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/841736
    In any case you can find several alternative solutions, and you can start working on them now, see
    * "'''Using Google Toolbar features without toolbars'''" <br>http://kb.mozillazine.org/Using_Google_Toolbar_features_without_toolbars
    If this solves your problem then mark as solved, if there is an aspect that is not covered directly or through searching extensions on that page, or other searching that you can try, please indicate what is not covered and describe what it does and we will try to help you with a Firefox solution. Don't expect to see anything that is an exact replacement of a Google Toolbar feature. Likewise if you have additional solutions not covered others would likely want to hear about them.
    You can make Firefox '''Firefox 5.0''' look like Firefox 3.6.19, see numbered items 1-10 in the following topic [http://dmcritchie.mvps.org/firefox/firefox-problems.htm#fx4interface Fix Firefox 4.0 toolbar user interface, problems (Make Firefox 5.0, or 4.0.1, look like 3.6)]. • MSE HH for CRM 5.0

    Hi,
    CRM Mobile Service for Handheld (MSE HH) was available with CRM 4.0 as the backend. But it is not available for CRM 5.0.
    Any idea about the reason?
    Do we have any alternatives to implement the same MSE HH functionality with CRM 5.0 as the back end?
    Regards
    Ajay

    Hi Dharam,
    We are looking at functionality which is exactly similar to MSE HH 4.0. We should be able to assign the service order to the service representative, who can accept/reject/update the status. He should also be able to enter the product (spare parts) details after the service. We need it for an occasionally connected scenario, based on MI.
    What technology you used for your clients? You modified the MSE HH 4.0 (MI based), or you did a fresh development from scratch?
    Regards
    Ajay

  • BRF Plus for CRM

    Hi! Can I find out whether the full functionality of BRF Plus is available for CRM 7.0 EnhP1?
    I have looked around SDN and search on other sites but could not find specific information relating to CRM. I can find lots of information about BRF+ itself though.
    Appreciate any clarification on the above.
    Cheers!
    SF

    One of my holy grails for BRF+ was to prewire the one order framework with BRF+ rules that would handle common requests.
    It really wouldn't be that hard except writing it generically.  Perhaps I will get around to that once I'm finished with EHP3 and other stuff.
    Oh BTW: if you look hard enough in CRM there are some BTE events that SAP developed that invoke BRF+ rules. I can't remember the function modules, but they do exist.
    Take care,
    Stephen

  • FAQ: User Interface Guidelines for CRM 2007 are now available

    The CRM UI Concept Team has made the UI Guidelines for CRM Web Client User Interface (CRM 2007 UI) available to the BPX community:
    This document provides an overview of the on-premise as well as the off-premise versions of the SAP CRM Web Client User Interface (UI). It contains the properties and principles of the SAP CRM Web Client UI that are already committed and available. For planned features, refer to the corresponding specification documents.
    The information in the guidelines starts with general topics, followed by details. The sections are organized with high-level topics like Page Types and Navigation Schema first, followed by the consecutive sections describing which building blocks and elements of the UI populate the various pages. A section typically starts with one or more screenshots of a central UI element with a generic explanation. The subsequent sections explain the detailed aspects of each element.
    We hope that you will find this information useful.

  • I have 9.0.1 on 2 pc's, both xp sp3. On 1 the 'open new tab' button is visible, on the other, the 'open new tab' button is not even available in the 'customize toolbar' menu for dragging and dropping. Why?

    I used the same installation file, but on 1 pc, the 'open new tab' button is available in the 'customize toolbar' menu and can be dragged and dropped onto the navigation bar. On the other pc, the 'open new tab' button/icon is not even available for dragging and dropping. I uninstalled firefox completely, including settings and preferences, then reinstalled, but that did not correct the missing button.

    Hi,
    Please try '''Restore Default Set''' in the '''Customize...''' window. If it's still not visible, one reason could be that the button is already placed on the toolbar but may be hidden behind another icon or toolbar.

  • Autofill in Google Toolbar does not appear to be working with Firefox 4 - Aways saying Autofill not available for this page even on pages I have used it before FF4 upgrade

    Autofill in Google Toolbar does not appear to be working with Firefox 4 - It aways gives the message "Autofill not available for this page". This is happening on pages I have used Autofill on before upgrading to FF4 from Firefox 3.5.x

    i did not see a solution posted - I tired what I read. Going back to an old version may solve the problem but it is a stupid solution so I have yet to do that.
    I am on version 4 and autofil this does not work :
    Popular answer Go to this answer
    Uninstall version 5, then Google "google toolbar version 4", follow the link to FileHippo.com, and download and install the last version 4. When you reinstall it, make sure you turn off the option to perform automatic updates.

  • Sharepoint 2010 - Hiding 'Site Permissions' on the Site Actions toolbar for an entire site collection

    Good morning,
    I have been tasked with creating a feature that will allow a customer to hide the 'Site Permissions' menu option on the Site Actions toolbar.
    I was thinking this could be done easly with a site scoped feature with a feature.xml as follows
    and a manifest file like this
    I think what I have listed is an incorrect HideActionID but I am not finding the correct ID listed anywhere in the documentation.
    The other two custom actions that are in the manifest work perfectly and hide 'delete web' in site settings and add a new item to the site actions toolbar.
    Can you point me to the correct HideActionId for site permissions or tell me where to look.

    I will agree with Paul, but just in case if you dont change approach, below client side code may help.
    <script type="text/javascript">
    var doc = document.getElementsByTagName('ie:menuitem');
    for (var i = 0; i < doc.length; i++){
    itm = doc[i];
    if (itm.id.match('MenuItem_SitePermissions') != null){
    itm.hidden=true;
    break;
    </script>
    jQuery:
    $('ie\\:menuitem[id*=MenuItem_SitePermissions]').attr("hidden","true")
