Activar facetime macbook

Hola a todos,
Hace un par de días que llevo intentando entrar al facetime, pero cuando pongo mi contraseña y mi ID de apple, me sigue saliendo la misma pantalla y no me deja entrar. Alguien sabe algo?

    Same problem here with Facetime from my MacBook Pro
    All of a sudden started a few days ago.
    (Just when iOS 7.0.3 restored Facetime to my iPhone 4 after 4 months without it due to Apple software isues for most early iPhone 4 owners on their end)
    Seem slike Deja Vu all over again.
    What's going on here.
    I know my Apple ID and password.  FAcetime is working on my iPhone now.

    Go to the App store and do a search for "Facetime for Mac."  You should be able to download it there for 99 cents.

  • Facetime/Macbook Pro/single Apple ID

    My husband and I both have MacBook Pros and we would like to be able to use Facetime when one of us is gone. Everytime we try to use it, it says that one of us is busy and on my husbands mac, the accept/decline window pops up then disappears before he can choose it.  We share one Apple ID for iTunes and I assume this may be the problem. How can we get Facetime to work and both of us still use our iTunes library?

    I just spoke with Apple Care for my iMAC and you have nailed The Problem.  Only 2 separate Apple ID's (and with separate email addresses associated with each!) -- may connect with each other using FaceTime.
    In other words, you and your husband have to appear to FaceTime as two separate entities.  Then you can FaceTime with each other, just like you would FaceTime with any other FaceTime Contact.
    What a pain!  NOTE:  You also must be sure to be logged-in on your 2 Pros with those separate Apple ID's; one on each Pro (I have not looked to find out how to do that).  What a pain!
    So, I have an iMac, and an iPad 2 -- and only one Apple ID, and one email account.  FaceTime is great on both of them.  But, I want to FaceTime between those two devices.  I will have to "jump through hoops," as above.

  • Iphone 4 won't facetime macbook pro...

    How can I get my husbands iPhone 4 to call my mac book pro using face time? 
    I'm able to call him using the macbook and it connects and works perfectly. But when the iPhone calls the macbook it won't connect. It says "unavailable for FaceTime" but this isn't the case...help what are we doing wrong??

    Bueno, ha pasado tiempo y quiza ya no te sirva la respuesta, pero por si alguien esta desesperad@ y a punto de aventar el ipad por el balcon aqui esta lo que hice.
    Ajustes/Red/Wi-Fi (la que uses)/le das e la flechita y te abrira la direccion IP, ahi en DNS cambia los numeros por los siguientes: 8.8.8.8
    Te regresas a redes, reconocera la red y se conectara de nuevo. Cierras y abres facetime o imessage y pones tu correo y pass que uses para los serv de Apple. y listo, NO debes  tener problemas.
    Esto es para el nuevo iPad
    para el iPad 2 son otros numeros.
    (informacion para personas en Mexico, no se sea igual en otros lados)

    no logro activar el face time de mi iphone 5 tiene ios 6.0.2 con operador tigo en colombia, siempre indica error de activacion, que debo hacer? lo  otro consume mucha carga de bateria estando en reposo, definitivamente apple no estaba preparado para lanzar este iphone 5 deberia mejorar y reemplazar todos los equipos iphone 5 a los usuarios que lo adquiriaron.

    La culpa no es de Apple, ya que la activacion de FaceTime esta en manos de tu operador, en este caso Tigo. Asegurate que tu plan tenga SMS habilitado ya que FaceTime necesita enviar un SMS para activarse.

    Je suis nouvelle sur Moutain Lion (c'est vraiment trop bien !!!!!) C'est sur, j'étais sur Léopard hier et voilà que je saute 3 OS.
    Je découvre petit à petit toutes les nouveautés.
    J'ai reussi à paramètrer facebook, mais pas twitter, très bizarre...
    Et je n'arrive pas non plus à paramètrer facetime, je ne sais pas pourquoi.
    Voilà le message d'erreur "Une erreur de serveur s'est produite lors de l'enregistrement. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement."
    Pourtant je suis certaines de mes identifiants apple.
    J'aurai bien aimé les contacter mais je ne trouve pas leur adresse mail, et je ne peux pas les appeller car je suis en voyage à l'étranger.

    If you do not have any sound on your MacBook Air, then take a look at the article below. If you open up System Preferences, go to Sounds and look at the Output to see if the Internal Speakers are selected or a different output.

    Last week, I was having problems with my iTunes and iPhone 4s syncing apps. The tech had me reset time and date manually, then again reset it to automatically. She also had me redownload Itunes.   • Starting Facetime (MacBook Air) from Dock menu causes program error.

    When opening Facetime from the Dock menu, I get an error message. Something like: "there was a problem, please close the program". The only option is to close it, btw, and it does not help. But when I start the program from the launchpad menu, it works just fine. How can I make the Facetime icon in the Dock menu work?

    Exactly the same problem ! just cant launch Facetime from the dock. From Finder or launchpad works fine.
