Activate Creative Cloud App

Hi, I'm going to subscribe to the subscribe plan of a month for a single app (Dreamweaver CC) and I have some doubts to be resolved.
When you subscribe to a plan of a month I get a serial number dreamweaver which is valid only one month?
Or is it still valid and will automatically be revoked only if I delete my subscription?

The Cloud does not use serial numbers... programs are activated by your paid Cloud subscription... stop paying and the programs stop working

  • I continously have to activate my adobe creative cloud apps

    On my primary computer it seems like everyday I have to activitate my installed creative cloud apps.  Is there something that needs to be updated, or checked on this computer, so that it will be recognized?  I primarily use Premiere, Photoshop, and Encore.

    So it would appear that you have the current version of the Adobe Application Manager.  This does typically resolve this difficulty.  What have you tried so far to resolve your difficulties?  Have you been in contact with our support team?  If so do you have a case number I could review?

  • Creative Cloud app has been purchased, but will not activate

    I was using the trial version of Photoshop CC. My trial period expired, so I purchased a month subscription. This lead me to the download page. Hitting the download buton just brings up Creative Cloud. When I try to open Photoshop CC it still says my trial period is over. There is a button to license this software, but it asks for a serial number. I have no numbers. I have not even received a confirmation email. But the download page still says, "
    Thank you!Your payment was processed. You can now download Photoshop by clicking the "Download" button."
    Any ideas?

    When you have the Creative Cloud app open click on the gear icon and from the context menu choose Preferences.
    With the Preferences dialog open click on the General tab and then choose Account. Click the Sign Out from Creative Cloud button.

  • Creative Cloud Apps

    I want to use Creative Cloud Apps on two computer's, but it is not allowing me activate on the second computer. I have taken out a student/teacher subscription on special offer for Creative Cloud. I recently purchased CS6 student edition which is still installed on the second computer, but want to use the new CC sofware.

  • Installing Adobe Lightroom from Creative Cloud app

    Hello,
    I have a subscription for Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Lightroom. I've just successfuly installed Photoshop from Creative cloud app, though I can't find there the Lightroom. I installed a trial version of Lightroom from Adobe.com, use it in a trial mode because there is no way to activate it.
    How can I deal with that?

    open lightroom > click help > activate

    If I install a Creative Cloud app on Computer A and Computer B, and then I uninstall the app from Computer B, can I then install the app on Computer C?

    Hoping you could offer some clarification on this.  The current version of the CC FAQ doesn't seem to have same language as before; here's what it says now:
    Can I use the software I download from Creative Cloud on more than one machine?
      Yes. Creative Cloud desktop applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers, regardless of operating system. However, activation is limited to two machines per individual associated with the membership. See the terms of use for more information. Learn how to deactivate a Creative Cloud license on a machine.
    ...what's more, the Creative Cloud EULA was updated on June 18, 2014, completely replacing the prior one from October 16, 2012.  The new Adobe General Terms of Use reads:
    "You may activate the Software on up to 2 devices (or virtual machines) at a time, if these activations are associated with the same Adobe ID for the same individual, unless stated at http://www.adobe.com/go/activation.  However, you may not use the Software on these devices simultaneously."  [emphasis added]
    So, is using the CC apps on two systems at the same time actually allowed?  Would it be possible to get a definitive answer or clarification on the previous reply here?

    "License this software". Please click on it and enter your Adobe Id and
    Password to activate your products.

  • Windows 7 reinstall and Creative Cloud app downloads

    I recent had a custom computer built for Photoshop and Premiere Pro.  I purchased Creative Cloud and had downloaded Photoshop CS6, Lightroom 4, Premiere Pro CS6 and AfterEffects.  Over this weekend, Windows 7 Professional began to fail and now it has to be reinstalled on the Boot Drive - erasing all programs already on that drive, including the four Creative Cloud apps I downloaded. 
    My question is:  When the new Windows reinstall reformats the C: Drive and wipes it clean, can I re-download the Creative Cloud apps to the same computer without it registering as another download destination?  Creative Cloud lets be put the apps on two computers, but this will be the same as the original.  How do I get it to register so that I don't use up the second destination?

    Yeah, that should work okay. If for some reason you attempt to activate on too many computers it gives you an option to "De-activate All". That may not even be required here.

    My Creative Cloud App shows that I have Acrobat XI installed on my system but it's not on my system. I have had to uninstall it 3 times in the last 4 days as it keeps asking me to continue with a Free Trial or buy the program. I am already a subscriber and don't need to purchase it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this is pretty frustrating. Thanks.

    Are we getting the same error message for all the product or is this message limited to only Acrobat ?
    Can you please try and launch any other product installed along with Acrobat ( CC Version only ) , navigate to Help and click on sign out . This should deactivate all the products for you . Post this , please try and activate the product again and do let us know if that worked or not for you .

  • Trouble launching creative cloud apps. Subscription is activated but it shows trial expired screen.

    I am trying to launch creative cloud apps on 10.7.3 lion imac, but it keeps asking me to license the software, which I have already done. It even shows that subscription is active, but for some reason it keeps taking me back to the trial expired screen. I have already tried uninstallling everything and reinstalling, but that has not solved the issue. Creative Cloud seem to work just fine on my 10.6.8 macbook, but would not work on 10.7.3 iMac. Please help!!! I am so frustrated. I am paying for this and can't even launch an app. I am in the second month of this subscription. First month, everything appeared to be a trial and now it has expired. Now, when I try to license the software, it activates it for me, but it never launces the app. It takes me back to the trial screen. What should I do???

    I hit this same problem. The problem wasn't on my machine: No amount of tweaking locally would fix it, no amount of removing the apps, cleaning, and reinstalling fresh. The problem was on Adobe's servers, where my account had been tagged as being a trial rather than a paying subscription.
    The experience was tremdously frustrating, as most of the techs were worthless and wouldn't read the notes on what came before but simply threw out a random, inapplicable bugfix to try before handing it off to the next tech who would repeat the process. And there was no channel to get past them. Each time they'd tell me they were escalating the case, which became obvious as being a lie after a few weeks. No company has that many tiers of tech support. I was locked out of Illustrator for more than a month, waiting for late replies and meaningless "fixes".
    Eventually my case landed at the desk of an agent who actually cared and kept looking until she found the answer. Thank you, Sarika Behal.

    I quote: You may install software on up to two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or one each.
    If you install on a third computer, it will request you to de-activate on the other two computers. You can then reactivate one of the previous two computers, and use Creative Cloud apps on it.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Apps "Download Error"

    I wonder if anyone can help?
    I recently migrated my iMac, which had Creative Cloud setup all fine, to a new iMac. Both run OSX Mavericks.
    The new one was having initial problems opening any creative cloud apps that had been migrated over, including CC Manager itself.
    I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but no change. I resorted to manually binning all Adobe files and starting again.
    This appeared to initially work and I downloaded CC manager, got that running without errors and also downloaded Photoshop without a problem.
    However, there was a Photoshop 'Update' available almost immediately which I downloaded and since doing this, I now get an error on the CC Manager's 'Apps' tab.
    I have tried the 'Reload Applications' button but that has no effect.
    My Photoshop still appears to be working fine but I yet need to download Indesign and Flash and others from CC Manager.
    Any ideas?

  • Adobe 2014.1 Not Showing in Adobe Creative Cloud App

    Hi Folks,
    I previously opened a similar discussion. Re: 2014.1 App Updates Not Showing Up in Creative Cloud. The solution in the aforementioned discussion does not work in this new context.
    1. Reimage laptop with clean Mavericks 10.9 install, with Adobe CC preinstalled using CCP 1.4 and pre serialized.
    2. Enter my Adobe ID into Adobe Creative Cloud App. My Adobe ID has a valid CC subscription.
    3. Adobe 2014.1 app updates do not show up, except for Muse 2014.
    4. The Adobe Creative Cloud App did not think that Photoshop or any of the other Adobe CC Apps were installed, because I was given the option to "Install Photoshop"
    5. So, I "installed" Photoshop from the Adobe CC app. Still no updates
    6. Uninstall, reinstall. No updates.
    7. Checked for the existence of AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat in
    Location: <Startup Disk>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0/AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat
    This file does not exist on my system: it's just not there. So that fix will not work.
    8. And yes, I logged in and out of Creative Cloud, and Quit the Adobe CC app and restarted. No luck.

    What version of PS do you actually have installed? 
    PS CC 2014.2.1 is the current version.
