Activate in my mac...and apply updates to Lr & PS... is it needed anything since these two machines

I buy PS CC + lightroom priced at 9.99, well I had all products cloud but gave up, now i run PS CC in win7, how activate in my mac...and apply updates to Lr & PS... is it needed anything since these two machines are the ones i had cloud membership full? other cloud programs no access now that gave up cloud must deleted except PS & Lr?

Any way, I seemed to have solved my issue for the moment. I manually downloaded the updates for iTunes, iPhoto, and the Camera Raw update. I then retried the "updates" from the App Store and it worked.
Go figure.

There really isn't any workaround to the cost. You can't get the parts needed to fix it yourself. Only Apple has those parts and they do not sell them to end users.
Sure you could take it apart and clean everything and the screen might start working again but then it might not. Depending on what cause it to stop working in the first place. Like something got shorted out.

This is too generic of a statement. They are working on support for the 2012 MacBook Pros and because of the better architecture in the 2012 machines a 2.3GHz machine may perform well.

Not that I know. S&T pricing only applies to verified institutions. Could well be that you may need to fill out a paper with whatever governmental authority is responsible on the planet you live, but otherwise you're just a private business like any other and would most likely deduct the expenses from your tax bill...

The first one happened a couple of days ago, a few times and not on any specific website.
The second one only happens on the site below.

Can't download and apply updates

All,
I have various updates that need to be applied to my Mac Pro running OS X 10.8.2. When I attempt to download and install updates, one of two things will happen:
Half way through - the download will stop with an error message like "Can't complete the download"
(And this is the current situation) The App store will say I have no updates available - even though I know several are available
I have tried a few of the tips I have already found in this forum:
I have been into the Spotlight settings and attempted to reindex many of my files
Tried to delete /Library/Caches, ~/Library/Caches, ~/Library/Cookies, /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist and ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.storeagent.plist. Doesn't work. Actually, some of these files aren't on my Mac
Checked my iTunes account - it's fine
I can buy new apps just fine - just can't apply updates to existing ones
I did go to the iTunes download page and successfully installed iTunes v11. Just can't get it to work throught the App store
Not sure what else to try. Here's a screen showing that my Mac believes there are updates available but the App Store says no.
Any other thoughts?

Safari for Mac and Flash Update

OS: Mac 10.6.8
Browser: Safari 1.5.8
I was prompted to update my Flash Player to 11.6.602.180 so I did so. There was no issue with the installation. All went smoothly as usual.
I am finding that sites that I have used before without a problem are not loading the Flash content. Where the Flash video would be show "Blocked Plug-in" and I am prompted to update my Flash player. The sites work fine with Firefox. My system (under the preference pane) indicates that the newest version of the Flash Player is installed.
So, the issue seems to be with Safari, but I'm not too sure what. Any suggestions or assistance would be nice.

You can check here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/ to see which version you should install for your Mac and OS.
You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications (including Safari) first before installing. You must also carry out a permission repair after installing anything from Adobe.
After installing, reboot your Mac and relaunch Safari, then in Safari Preferences/Security enable ‘Allow Plugins’.
However, you may find that the Old Tiger OS, and the old version of Safari that you can use with it, is not compatible with Facebook Games.

It's usually not a good idea to use a Time Machine drive for anything else. It's too easy to make mistakes, or not do regular backups, or run out of space. See Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions #1 and 3.
But you can create a second partition on the drive, for use with Windoze.
See #5 in the FAQ for formatting instructions. You'll need to select 2 partitions. It's usually best to put the Time Machine partition first, and it should have the Mac OS Extended (Journaled) Format. Make the second one MS-DOS (FAT), although you might prefer ExFAT.
Be sure to specify the GUID Partition table.

There is now only a grey screen that simply displays "iPhone" and then leads me to Location services to either enable or disable or to choosing a WiFi network. I have a MIFI, but cannot rememer the password. How do I get back to my phone (I can only make an emergency call), my apps, and all else? Please help!

Sounds like you restored your phone as new. If you follow all the steps, there a section that allows you to restore from a backup either through icloud or itunes.
You do have a backup of your phone right? If you don't then all is gone, but you can sync back your apps and music.

I have an ipad mini and the updates tab on appstore is not showing anything once i open it. It shows that there are three updates available but when i open it there is nothing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There are a number of other threads from people reporting a problem with a blank Updates tab in the App Store app - it looks like there is a problem at Apple's end which they need to fix.
Some posts are suggesting that you if you go into the Purchased tab in the App Store app you might be able to update the apps from there, though you will need to scroll through the list to find those with updates and individually update them.

My Extensions tab shows 1Password for FireFox3 & FireFox4& Add-on Compatibility Reporter, but no 1Password for FireFox5.
(I can email a screenshot of this if you like, let me know.)

I'd really rather use FireFox than Safari, but if it's a no go, (no compatibility, no rool-back) I'll be forced to dump FireFOx and use Safari (only my choice of last resort.)

Overseas bought a mac and cant update purchased songs to ipod

Hello, I have a big problem. I recieved and ipod for my birthday last year and at the time my ipod was synced to my home PC. I am currently serving overseas and as a going away gift I was given a mac book pro. So I am trying to add songs to my ipod but can't without erasing all my songs on my ipod is there anyway i can keep my songs and add purchased songs from itunes to my ipod as i don't have access to my home PC itunes library.

Yes it works again now after; I uninstalled Raport by Rapport utility, cleaned Rapport folders in system, re-installed the latest Rapport, activated at system preference, re-stated computer and then re-launched Firefox 9.0.1!
