Activate IS-AUTO including IPPE functionality
Hi,
I want to activate IS-AUTO functionality with IPPE.
After activation it should allow executing PPE transaction.
I referred [http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/44/48bea654b44901e10000000a1553f7/frameset.htm|http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/44/48bea654b44901e10000000a1553f7/frameset.htm] and activated EA-PLM entension. But this, did not help executing PPE transaction.
Can someone let me know where can I check appropriate extensions to be activated for IS-AUTO with IPPE?

There is no such standard BAPI we need to develop the ABAP program.
And the phase will be appended to the end of structure as there is constraint of Phase number

We are currently building a reskinning application for cProjects (and DMS) and one of the requirements is to choose a phase in a cProjects project and "Include" a set of tasks from a task template. Do you know if there is any BAPI to the same?
I have explored all possibilities and didnt find any standard BAPI to do it. Only solution seems to be getting the structure and details of the tasks we are supposed to be including and creating news tasks with those details in the current project. But that doesnt sound to be a good solution. Can someone help?
Again, upon clicking a button, i need to create a set of tasks in the current project based upon a template.

Auto Sync not functioning properly after Auto Tone
Auto Sync is functioning as expected, unless I choose Auto Tone first.
I have about 1000 Images that I wish to apply a Preset to. When I created the Preset using New Develop Preset, I left all of the options checked except Exposure.
I want to use Auto Tone to set the exposure for each image automatically, and then apply my preset to all images, leaving their exposures unchanged. If I apply the Preset to all of the images before selecting Auto Tone, everyting works as expected. If I choose Auto Tone first, a small portion of the selected images will be updated, but most will not. The preset will change all settings except those in the Basic Tone area. It's as if Auto Tone has somehow become "sticky" and will not allow itself to be overridden. Even if I choose a single image, apply my new settings to it, and then manually select Sync, it doesn't work for all images. It also won't work if I have have Auto Sync selected, and then make manual changes to individual sliders. It will work for some images near the ones I see in the filmstrip on the bottom, but not all of the images selected.
This is extremely frustrating. Again, everything works exactly as expected, unless I choose Auto Tone first.kbarre wrote:

Lightroom's handling of auto-tone leaves something to be desired - I have a lot of experience with it, trying to make reliable develop-setting plugins which include auto-toning. Those plugins have a bewildering amount of logic - something like this: initiate auto-toning, check back to see if it has properly settled, issue the auto-toning again if it never seems to be properly settling... - usually it works out after a while, but even sometimes it never does, and generates an error: can't get auto-toning to settle across all photos.
The point of all this is that there are bugs in Lr's handling of auto-toning, as you are growing aware.
Try this:
* do the auto-toning, then let it percolate for a while.
* then visit each photo at 1:1 (to force Lr to finalize settings...), and confirm auto-toning has settled...
Then try auto-syncing that preset (make sure process versions are all the same, and preset does NOT include auto-toning - I would leave process version OUT of your presets).

I don't expect this is a workflow you'll want to do all the time, but as a test it might help shed some light on the problem.

Dreamweaver CS4 auto close not functioning properly
Hey everyone,
A friend just gave me a trial version of Dreamweaver and I've been testing it out. However I found it odd that some tags auto-close and some don't. An example of this is when I put the <b> tag it auto-closes, but when I type in a <div> tag it doesn't. I already changed the preferences so tags are closed after the opening tags ">". Just wondering if there is another preference I need to change or a bug in the software.
Any help would be appreciated.

How to define a keyboard shortcut that includes a function key?
I was trying to set up a keyboard shortcut for a Service in Sys.Prefs -> Keyboard -> Keyboard Shortcuts and discovered that if I attempt to use a function key as a part of the shortcut that it disappears out of the key entry field as soon I click off the item. The keys I press (including an "F#" representing the function key that I've pressed) show up briefly in the field but then go away.
Entering keystrokes that do not include a function key seem to work fine.
Function keys are used as a part of many of the default keyboard shortcuts. So is there maybe a trick for entering a function key in the pref pane as part of a user defined shortcut that I just don't know about? Or is this maybe a bug in the pref pane? Or any other explanation for what I'm seeing?
This is on a Snow Leopard 10.6.3 machine.

IOW, a valid shortcut would be F4 or command + F4 but not F4 + any regular key.
It's good to know that regular keys are not allowed with function keys, but it doesn't explain the problem. I initially tried using command + various function keys and when that wouldn't "stick" I tried just various function keys which also wouldn't work.
And like I said... it looks like it's going to accept the key(s) I press by showing the textual representation of the key in the key field (such as "F4" or "F5") but as soon as I click outside the text field it vanishes.
The problem was mentioned to me by another person and I was able to duplicate it, so it's not just me or my machine. Just out of curiosity, does it work for you?

Talking about Auto Power Off function , is there anyone that can tell us , it could be used on long terms - many days for example - as long as no one push the shutter or any button to wake the "beast" ?
This function completly shut down the camera or it's a kind of sleep function and some parts remain power supplied ?

Go to Solution.It's not completly shutdown. However, it should not cost too much power if any at all. I have it on for a week. Unless you turn on the GPS. With GPS turned on, even if you turn off the camera, it is still active.

Simple Examples on ABAP Objects without using include or function modules

I am new to ABAP. I need simple example codes on ABAP Objects. It should not have Includes or Function Modules. Just simple codes, using local & global classes, interfaces etc. I searched the forum and even <<the site that shall not be mentioned>>, but did not find a solution. Kindly help please.

If you go to the Forum Search and choose the forum ABAP Objects then serach for ZUS_SDN and you will find many of my simple sample reports.
These reports usually do not contain any includes but they may call function modules which makes perfectly sense. For example, if you are still doing a direct table SELECT instead of using an available BAPI (or class) to get a business object then this is a clear sign of poor (=non-ABAP-OO) programming.

Need help on AutoCreate Document Program on PO.
The user creates PR in 2 currency i.e. one will be Base and other Foreign Currency. Now to create PO, we make use of Auto create document functionality in which there is an option to change the source type of currency i.e. 3 values namely Default, First Requisition Line and Specify.
Can you please let me know if we can make the option First Requisition Line to default as the value ?
Can we schedule the auto create doc request so that there is no manual intervention?

Yes but you need to make sure you have the ASL and SR setup correctly. If you want PO to be approved automatically, make sure you use the correct release method and that the approval hierarchy/limits are set correctly.

If you insist on re-inventing the wheel - use fail-over in the very-top query only. Define all your top-level queries to return an element that contains a "choice" (google on xml schema choice) of the expected result or your <errorElement>, then your top-level queries will look like ...

Notice that there is NO WAY to populate <errorElement> with the underlying exception that occurred in myBadFunction(). The client is going to get a message like "myBadFunction failed" - which is not really helpful at all. The client (or audit provider) could find the underlying failure - it is output in the audit stream if so configured). There is a try/catch in XQSE - but XQSE does not optimize at all.
In the end, all I can say is that you are pursuing a really difficult way to achieve something that you get automatically. Your client has to handle exceptions / SOAP faults anyway (if the ODSI server is down, for instance). Thus your client can keep calling getCause() to to get to the bottom exception. ODSI converts/replaces the actual exception class with it's own exception class - so that the client doesn't get a de-serialization error attempting to de-serialize a class that it does not have access to. -

No.. You can buy the Compressor (along with Mainstage) via the App Store as a separate download but STP and Waveburner are discontinued products. Some of STP's functionality can now be found in Final Cut Pro X...
Note: Mainstage, Compressor, Waveburner and STP were part of the full version of Logic Studio 2.0 (which also included Logic Pro 9 ) and sold for $999 compared to Logic Pro X which retails at $200...
The Apple loops/Jam packs that came as part of Logic Studio 2.0 now come free with Logic Pro X (and did so with the Appe store version of Logic Pro 9) .. as part of the additional downlaod -
