Activated iphone with the wrong number

I bought 2 new iphones for my sons. I activated the first phone correctly and his phone is working great. I activated the 2nd phone for the other son but used the phone number I had put into the first phone. Is there anyway to deactivate the phone with the wrong number and start over? Any other ideas?

that happened to me the first time. I had to buy another SIM card and reactivate again. An extra $25 for another SIM.

Hi to all. while ago i had bought an used iphone 4 without the bill and i have some questions not resolve with the seller. Mine question is can he block my iphone with the serial number or IMEI? The iphone as IOS 7 and is register to me with the option "find iphone" on.
He bought the code to unlock the network and I do not have any invoice(bill) to prove it.
I have questions not resolve with the seller because he has another iphone 3GS for 2 years to repair and until now nothing is resolve.

Dual NAM is a different animal - that means having tow phone numbers on the same phone. That's not allowed any longer, true.
The OP is asking about having the same number on two devices - and Elector gave a solution. Just move the SIM from phone to phone, depending on which one you want to use at any given time. You cannot use the same number on two devices simultaneously.

You can only locate, lock or erase your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.

I guess no but they can't use it because most likely they restored it and the name of your find my iphone will disappear on your computer even if it is on because it does not have your name anymore.

When I try to call a specifik mobilenumber the iPhone calls another number. So I have one contact/numer that I can´t call at all. What is this? And what can I do?

had to change my phone number due to a hacker, now my summary page for my iPhone in iTunes still shows the old number. I've updated my details in every page I can think of but I seem to be missing the one that displays the correct number? any idea's?

sorted it myself after some proper research.
Change the number in Settings on your phone and when you next sync it resets the number in iTunes to match.

I activated my new iPhone tonight on my home computer. I accidentally used my mother's cell number instead of my own (thought it was just asking for the primary account number. I know. Foolish mistake).
Anyways my mom now has an iPhone and another phone that is no longer active, while I still have an old phone.
What is the easiest way to switch my iPhone to another number. Or is there a way?

You will need to call AT&T so that they can help you out of this pickle. If your mother was on AT&T previously, it should be easy for them to fix. If your mother had another provider previously, her account was cancelled when you ported her number to the iPhone. It will take some conference calling with that other provider to get everything set up again.

I received an iPhone 5, when I turned it on it activated itself to the wrong number. Now the iPhone 5 I received two weeks ago has no service and I'm being told by Verizon that I can't deactivate this new phone for 24 hours. If you bought the phone on the Apple store app for the Ipad, it automatically fills in your Ipad's telephone number for Verizon. You can call Verizon to switch the telephone numbers but the upgrade your qualified for stays the Ipad and you are now in contract with it for the next 2 years. The good news you can still get an upgrade through phone. Well, at least in my case. I was told the same thing by Verizon that I would have to wait 24hrs to activate my phone however, the Apple retail store employees were able to give me a new sim card so I could activate my Iphone 5 that day. If you didn't set up Find My iPhone prior to losing it, then there is absolutely nothing that you can do with it now.
You could have a friend call or text it and try to reason with whoever has it.

Hi Sameer, indeed your issue seems to be linked to PDS creation. Your PDS CIF jobs must be failing if I am not wrong.
You would need to identify which PDS in APO (or which version in R/3) has issues.
Go to CQ transaction mentioned earlier, select teh row containing the issue, and then click on the display icon on the right side top. This will show you the entries in the internal tables taht were being passed on in the CIF.
From here, you need to identify the production version from R/3 that is having issue. I don't have a stuck queue at hand, so can't tell you which table would contain information. Somewhere you would find out the name of the product/location that is having issue, and then you need to check what is the issue with the version. Seems the same mode is being used multiple times in some activity, or in R/3 side, the same resource is being used multiple times in a single activity.
