Activating a sceensaver permanently (?)

hello evryone,
as i was looking a little deeper in that software called Onyx, i found in the parameter onglet the possibility to launch from a list of available screen savers one that would work all the time until reboot or if the osx's saver has been launched.
And gess what ?
the flurry was available
my question (in fact i have 2) :
is it possible to tell osx to have that screen saver all the time somehow ?
I'm not very aware of how can a pc handle multi task fonctions so :
By adding such a nice option, will i highly incease in anyways the risqs of misscalculations in my main apps ? or slowdown the hole system somehow ?
i mostly use a MP 2,66/GForce 7300GT/13Gram
using pro tools in sync w/Reason,
quite a lot audio recorded - mostly above nonet + VI used in real time
High sampling rate & bit resolution
iTunes launched all the time (quite big library all audio formats on a FW400HDD).
all FW/USB ports connected to periphs or HDD
OSX on a Raptor 150 + 3x500G WD
there is also a sonnet tango FW800/USB pci card (all ports connected)
expantion Magma chassis
using tiger for the moment ... evryone seem to be in the move : Apple with 10.4 to 10.5 & Logic - Digi with PT 7 to 8 ... i'd also say that "waiting a bit might be a good thing"

i have tried already : it seems to be working fine so far. exept on heavy sessions, i could see a loss of reactivity on the bargraphs.
i was also thinking, mabe it's the graphic card that might be light to handle graphics of all softwares. And mabe the calculations needed for my apps will not be altered ?
the protools processing is mostly handled by pci cards - Reason is never pushed over limits like with 15 combi, 20 Dr Rex, 5 Malstrom ect ... (lol)

Recently purchased a Lenevo X301 laptop and installed with Windows XP. Unfortunately while changing the BIOS setiings, i have selected permanently disable option for computrance anti theft agent under Security settings.
Now I have settings are as follows..

Remote Diaable module activation

I tried to change it enabled state in several ways, but i am not successful, Could you please help me how to activate computrance agent.
Also one more question, do i need to purchase the Computrace LoJack to activate Anri Theft agent in my laptop.

Regarding your keyboard problem, it seems to be a very low-level problem. The driver cannot access the Control Registers on the Keyboard. By going down from your error message to the lowest level, one can see that it's probably a simple "outb" operation (write data on a specified address, shouldn't fail if the address is correct...) that doesn't succeed.
So I think you defintely need to look in your BIOS if you didn't deactivate something when upgrading, or messed with some address space, or many things I cannot think of right now.

Photoshop CS activation help needed

My desktop computer died and had to be replaced. I installed Photoshop CS and have had the world's worst nightmare trying to get it activated.
1. Attempts at on-line activation produce repeated messages that the on-line activation service is not available and suggests phone activaiton.
2. The automated phone activaiton system tells me it is unable to complete the activation and tells me to press a number to get phone help. Pressing that number gives you a recorded message saying that phone line help is no longer avaiable and sends you to www.adobe.com/go/activation.
3. www.adobe.com/go/activaiton automatically switches you to http://www.adobe.com/products/activation/, which then gives you a page not found message and leaves you on a page with no useful help.
How can I get a phone number that lets me reach a real live person who can help or a real email address that allows asking a quesiton from a real live person?

You now need to download a fresh, non-activation version of CS2 from Adobe and use the new serial number provided to license it without requiring activation. Your existing serial number will no longer work.

HELP! Photoshop CS5 to CS5 Extended Install PROBLEM!

I had photoshop CS2 and Illustrator CS2 since they came out. I just recently (November of 2011)upgraded to Photoshop CS5 and Illustrator CS5, those installs went OK, I did forget my login info but a call to Adobe got that all figured out.
Now I only "Play" in photoshop and illustrator at home for my own entertainment, and really barely used the CS2, so I am still just a newbie playing around in photoshop and illustrator.
Anyways, after watching a bunch of Photoshop CS5 Videos, I realized that Photoshop had an "Extended" version with 3D I was unaware of. So I wanted the Extended version, I called Adobe and he said I was 37 days out on my Photoshop CS5, so all I could do now was Buy the Extended version or buy the Upgrade Extended version, since my CS2 was already used for the initial photoshop CS5 upgrade. But since I upgraded my Illustrator CS2 to CS5 a week later he said I could Return that if I wanted.
He brought that up in the convo, not I.
So I Bit the Bullet, AGAIN, and bought the Photoshop CS5 Extended Upgrade to Upgrade the Photoshop CS5 I had just upgraded too.
Let me say this, ALL are Legal Copies ALL Legit. (Before someone says anything about that.) CS5 Photoshop and CS5 Illustrator were bought from Amazon, by Amazon Not one of there outside sellers, and so was the Photoshop CS5 Extended Upgrade.
My Problem is, I cannot Install the Photoshop CS5 Extended? As I am installing it asks for the code, I type it in, then if has two photoshop things listed, one 64 bit and one 32 I believe. But also above them says "Already Installed" with a >! in a white dot. Hovering my mouse over it it says "If you select any of the below to install again it will be installed it the current file location."
I go through the Install and I still have the Regular Photoshop CS5 NOT the Extended Version???
Box and top of the DVD says Photoshop CS5 Extended on them. But the offered install files that are offered on it that say "Already Installed" above them in the installer , Neither one says anything about Extended just ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS5.1 ??
I went to Adobe and talked to a live chat guy but after he took my email and ALL of my serial #'s for ALL of my Photoshop products, had me try installing it again, and then just said I had to Call Adobe Tech. (That was Useless, they should just CLOSE the live chat thing if they can't do anything.)
Anyways, with NO Photoshop CS5 Extended getting installed on my PC Win7 64 bit I3 cpu with 8 gigs of ram, my Adobe Account on my "View Product Registration" Page it now Lists the serial # and info as of 1-1-2012 as having Registered my Photoshop Extended Version 12.0 with all my other registered Adobe software.
So HOW can I get the Extended to actually Install? I Opened the files on the DVD and really don't see anything that even says Extended on any?
I had Amazon OVERNIGHT this Photoshop CS5 Extended Upgrade to me so I could as Bert Monroy says, "Play, just Play it's the best way to Learn Photoshop." over the new years weekend, now I sit here frustrated instead.
Maybe I will email him, maybe he knows what to do, he has always replied to my emails and has Signed my Photoshop books authored by him. (Nice guy very helpful.)

How to bring the Tcode FI12 in Production System in EDITABLE mode

Dear Sir/Madam,
The T code - FI12 is not in editable mode in Production System. Is it by default remains in NON Editable mode ? Our FI consultant is saying that the users needed it in Editable mode for maintaining BSR Code.
To bring it to Editable Mode, I have to open the Production Client. Is there any alternate exists to bring this Tcode ( FI12 ) in Edtable mode other than Opening the Client ?

Is this a one time activity or a permanent?
You can transport the changes from DEV to PRO without opeing a client.
OR
You can create a cusomize tcode with same functionality with secondary index to use the same entities in editable mode.
Just work with your ABAPer and get it done.

If you purchased a serial number, then click on "License this Product". You will be asked to sign in with your Adobe ID/password and you will be asked for a serial number, or you might click on "I have a serial number". Once you enter the serial number, it should be properly activated as a permanent license.

Moving CS5 to new computer?

My desktop is starting to have problems so I bought a new one and need to move CS5 from the old to theDeactivate, I get the option of "Suspend Activation" or "Deactivate Permanently" I'm guessing I want to suspend, but would like to be sure. Anything else I need to know? Any pitfalls to avoid?

If you want to temporarily deactivate -- say while you install on an interim 3rd machine, use Suspend option.   If you want to donate your old computer to charity, use Permanently Deactivate.

I have installed the Log Viewer from the ftp site. When I save log file the WRT610N V1 sends the log files to notepad on the XP machine. How do you get the files to show in the log viewer?

Does your Computer have any static IP ?

Open the product you want to deactivate and choose Help > Deactivate.
Depending on the product, when prompted, click Deactivate, Suspend Activation or Deactivate Permanently.
Deactivate, Suspend Activation: Deactivates the software but retains the licensing information. You can use this option if this is a temporary deactivation, and you're planning to activate on this computer again.
Deactivate permanently: Deactivates the software and removes the licensing information from your computer. You'll need to enter the serial number again if you want to use the software on this computer.

Help Needed: sjsas9 download location and install problem

Running XP SP2
Downloading file: sjsas-pe-9_0_01_p01-windows.exe (40818KB)
and then trying to install, the installation fails and the error logs show App Server 8.1 not 9.1???
sjsas-pe-9_0_01_p01-nb-5_5-windows.exe (96575KB) show the same thing: Sun Appserver 8.1 not 9.1
Both files were downloaded from the Sun Download site on different days.
I thinking If i got the right "package" (.exe file) Sun Java System Application Server 9.0 update 1 PE, the app server might actually install w/o error (exit code 151)..

You might want to make a full clone backup of your boot drive before you start disabling processes unless you know what software those processes support since you may break software you need. For example, Creative Cloud is Adobe software; do you use any Adobe software which might depend on Creative Cloud running?

Thanks to everyone who responded and related subject helped. Holding the home button and power button simultaneously for 10-15 seconds does unlock the screen. I can now use my ipad again. However, a futher problem has arisen since updating to IOS6 and activating icloud at same time, Although not sure if its related. The problem is that when connected to my PC the itunes message appears 'Cannot read ipad'. It instructs you to restore but keeps timing out after about 1 hour. This maybe internet issue but can't understand why itunes cannot read my ipad. May need to completely erase all content & reset. Or any other suggestions why this has happened?
