Activating and deactivating expose switches the window
Hi,
I found that expose in Lion behaves weirdly.
The steps to repro:
Open 2-3 windows of Safari.
Move one window to another desktop (so there are windows of the same app on multiple desktops).
Activate Expose (with gesture).
Deactivate Expose (with gesture).
What I expected to see after these steps: the same desktop, application and window as it was originally at the step 1.
What I actually see: the screen slides to another desktop and activates the window on it. Doing it again does it again in the opposite direction.
Nobody at the Apple store could explain why it happens or provide any logical explantion.
So what's a deal with it?

U need to assign an OK-CODE to print icon in the toolbar, but if it's a standard one, it means to change a standard object.
Then u should considere after activing it u need to implement the abap code to manage it

Data Slice dynamic activation and deactivation for a set of users
Hi Experts,
We have requirement to manually enter the data into RTC using IP.
There are 2 sets of users --> Power Users and Normal Users.
We need to allow the normal users to enter the data only from 1st to 5 th working day of every month.
Power Users should have authorization to edit and enter the data at any time.
Can any one suggest how to set the dataslice using code.

Please note that update of RSPLS_DS table do not affects at RUNTIME.
If you want to create dataslice that activated and deactivated within sequence run you should do the next:
1. Create exit variable that return you all working days EXCEPT 1 to 5 of each month.
2. Create dataslice in modeler on this characteristic with restriction by this exit variable.
3. This dataslice should be based on ABAP class as described [here|https://www.box.net/shared/zhirrvk859].
4. In mydataslice method enter following code (I assume you have any DSO with definition whether user is power user or not. Lets say DSO has next structure:
USER | Z_IS_POWER |
aaaa | NO
bbbb | YES
Enter the next code in mydataslice method:
SELECT Z_IS_POWER FROM YOURDSO INTO lv_POWER WHERE USER=sy-uname.
IF sy-subrc = 0. *This is SUPER USER. Allow locked data edition
e_noinput = rs_c_false.
ELSE. *This is regular user. Do not allo locked data edition
e_noinput = rs_c_true.
5. Create in modeler 2 planning sequences for activating and deactivation dataslice as described in document.
6. Each time you want to do something with locked data run first sequence for deactivation of dataslice. If super user will run it so dataslice will be deactivated, but if regular user - dataslice will lock the data.

Hi thanks for reading. Now I may well have my terminology incorrect here so I will try to explain as best I can and apologies from the start.
It’s a bit of both Hyper-v and Server 2012R2.
I am setting up a lab with Server 2012 R2. I have several physical network cards that I have teamed called “HostSwitchTeam” from those I have made several Virtual Network Adaptors such as below
examples.
New-VMSwitch "MgmtSwitch" -MinimumBandwidthMode weight -NetAdaptername "HostSwitchTeam" -AllowManagement $false
Add-VMNetworkAdapter -ManagementOS -Name "Vswitch" -SwitchName "MgmtSwitch"
Add-VMNetworkAdapter -ManagementOS -Name "Cluster" -SwitchName "MgmtSwitch"
When I install Hyper-V and it comes to adding a virtual switch during installation it only shows the individual physical network cards and the
HostSwitchTeam for selection. When installed it shows the Microsoft Network Multiplexor Driver as the only option.
Is this correct or how does one use the Vswitch made above and incorporate into the Hyper-V so a weight can be put against it.
Still trying to get my head around Vswitches,VMNetworkadapters etc so somewhat confused as to the way forward at this time so I may have missed the plot altogether!
Any help would be much appreciated.

Based on my understanding of the description , "HostMgmtSwitchTeam and
HostVMSwitch " are teamed NIC .
You can think of them as two physical NICs (do not use NIC 1,2,3,4,5 any more , there are just two NICs "HostMgmtSwitchTeam and
HostVMSwitch").
V-Curric,
V-Livemigration , V-iSCSI ,
V-HeartBeat are just VNICs of host (you can change their name then check if the virtual switch name will be changed )

When you choose <b>Mass Activator</b> a list of all objects in the system appears with their status. You can select the objects to be activated from this list and then activate them at one time.

Those are the instructions for your computer's iTunes (i.e. using the Store menu at the top of your computer's iTunes and selecting 'View My Account' on it). If you are doing it on your iPad then are you following the instructions for iOS devices :
To unhide your purchases

I ran the first aid in the Keychain both for verification and for repair and both immediately returned with "no problems found".
As for the certificate, according the web administrator nothing had changed for the certificates.
even on the windows laptop I also get the certificate as being expired, but by simply accepting that I still have access.
I had a pop up every time that alerted me to the certificate issue, but whether I "continued" or not that still did not matter.
Yesterday, in an effort to find a solution, I went into the "details" and entered to trust this website.
Now that certificate issue does not pop up anymore. But I do not know how to reverse that either.
I have the feeling indeed it has something to do with a certificate, but how is the question. -
i was installing windows 8 on mac by boot camp and after i put the windows code and choose the partition i formatted the boot camp sector it said windows can not install on this sector because it is gpt
Reinstalling Mavericks depends on several factors:
if you erased your recovery partition
what OS originally came on your Mac.
I'll assume you don't have a backup available that you made before your mishap, because you didn't mention it.
That's really the take home message here: have a backup!
If you still have your recovery partition:
boot into the recovery partition (command R at restart)
use the recovery partition to reinstall Mavericks. see: OS X: About OS X Recovery
if you do not still have your recovery partition, then it depends on whether your Mac originally came with installer disks or not.
If it originally came with installer disks, you would boot from the installer disks, erase your HD, and then reinstall the OS that is on the installer disks, and then upgrade as necessary until you get to Mavericks.
If your mac did not originally come with installer disks, but you managed to erase your recovery partition, then you can try to boot into internet recovery (option-command-R at restart), and use internet recovery to erase your HD and reinstall the OS that originally came with your computer, and then upgrade to Mavericks if you need to. (the reference refers to ML but it applies just as well to Mavericks). -

Yes, when you run Win via BootCamp, the computer is a "real" Windows computer and just as vulnerable as any other Windows machine. It its the operating system, not the hardware, that creates vulnerability.
However, it also means you basicaly have two independent computers that happen to share the same physical space. The Mac side, as others have said, is not vulnerable to assaults that are made on the Windows side, so do not go installing a pile of anti-virus garage on the Mac side. It is unneeded at this time and will basically ruin your Mac's performance. The Windows side WILL need some form of protection. -
How to relocate the Minimize, Maximize and Close buttons on the window
I am a right-hand user, and would prefer if all my Minimize, Maximize and Close buttons on the window are relocated to the right hand side of the window. Anyone got any suggestion to do it ?
This is just something you end up getting used to, at least it was the case for me.
It is not possible to move this, without the help of third-party software.
ShapeShifter is offers customisation of the look of the Windows, but I don't know if it can move the buttons.

Why I cannot watch movies from Love film on my apple tv? The app is on my iPad and when I switch the movie from iPad to AppleTv only sound is on my TV screen and no picture.
Many online media providers block this - Sky and Amazon Prime do too I believe.
I would have to assume that the app providers cannot offer video Airplay for contractual reasons with the movie studios though it may just be they don;t want to enable their apps to do so.
It's not Apple preventing this, while you could see it would be in Apple's interest to push people to the iTunes store for media it could also drive people away.

Help needed in activating and deactivating a window
In my GUI, I have created a window, that is having one textfield, one label and 2 buttons named "Enabled" & "Disabled" .
MY requirement is: After execution of the window when I will click "Disabled" button, the window should be deactivated, even I can't type in the textfield and then clicking the " Enabled" button the window should be activated, then I can access the textfield.
Here bellow,I have written the code for visibility of the window, but I haven't written code for the action to be performed by the 2 buttons.
Can anyof you please write me the updated code satisfying my requirement, sothat I'll proceed further.

I have a MacBook Pro opperating on Mavericks, Apple is all new to me having switched over from Windows, my question is, I have been unable to download my two COLLINS talking English and French, both worked well on Windows but will not download on my MacBook, is there a method or way to download, help please
I don't know these programs myself, but I suspect they are not written for Mac (if they are, it will say so on the packaging somewhere). If they are Windows only, then your only alternatives are as follows:
You can use Boot Camp which comes with your Mac to install a copy of Windows on your Mac so that you can boot into windows and run this software via Windows. This, of course, requires you to have a copy of Windows that you can install on the Mac. Copies of versions of Windows can be purchased via e-bay etc.
Alternatively, see if you can find similar software that is Mac compatible (this may be a cheaper option) on Amazon or other sites. -
