Activation 30 Aug

Question

I have engineer visit and activation date set at 30 Aug. So, hopefully, there's nothing more to this message apart from my confirming infinity 2 specs on that day or next.
I guess there's no way to tell who's the engineer even on that day until (s)he turns up at the address. So the way to find out a missing in action is indeed MIA all day and then you ring or go online to fix up another appointment, 2 weeks later or so.

Type B is the most recent.
When it's all up and running, check which version of firmware you are on.  It will either be SP09 or SP12, hopefully the latter, as it makes the Home Hub work much better in most cases (look at this forum to see the issues some people had with the old version).  If it is the older version, just keep an eye on it, as it will be updated sonner or later (overnight).
To find this out (after activation), go into your hub at:
http://Bthomehub.home
The firmware version number is at the bottom of the screen.
