Activation day today and Broadband isnt active :(
Hello,
Today (30/03/2011) is our Phone & Broadband activation date.
The phone is active and we can make outgoing calls and incoming calls- however I am going to phone in and change the number.
However... Our Broadband connection doesnt work
The Hub 3's Broadband light is flashing ''Orange & Purple'' unable to connect to the internet.
Have I waited long enough or should I wait longer???
Seems odd that the Phone works but the Broadband does not.

How do I get the keyboard in the notes section of the ipad to pop up? It was working all day today and then stopped.
I find it's touchy. Tap anywhere on the note to bring up the keyboard. If you tap and hold, you won't bring up the keyboard. Just tap momentarily.

Activation day today and internet not working
Hi We have Sky TV and have just transferred to sky unlimited broadband and land line today. I've plugged everything in OK and the landline is working.The internet light isn't on but my phone can pick up the hub on the wifi settings. Does it normally take a while for the broadband to kick in ? Thanks
Your connection could be down anywhere from 15 minutes to all day there is no set time frame unfortunately on activation day.

What are you trying to do in the PDF when this message appears?
Does this happen with all PDFs or a specific PDF only?

I looked at system.log in the system profiler today and see lots of activity at 2 a.m. when I was fast asleep, should I worry? It seems to reset hostname and mentions frequent transitions for interface, looks weird to me (I'm not a teckie!)

You don't need any kind of security software.
Just surf the web carefully, pay attention to where you're going and don't install anything that you don't recognize. If you are asked to enter an admin user name and password, DON'T. Unless you know for sure that you initiated the installation from a known and reliable source (like Apple).
Mac malware relies on social engineering. No amount of security/anti-virus, blah, blah, blah software is going to help. -
I've just activated my 30 day trial and installed Photoshop however PS closes with an error saying "Adobe Photoshop CC2014 has stopped working - a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". I'm using Windows 7 and have restarted my machine stince the install. Can anyone help please?

I bought the card at my school book store today and the code is not activating. Paid almost $250 for this I need this to activate. It is for Adobe Creative Cloud 12- month prepaid membership. The card says it is windows and mac compatible and I am using Windows. It is Student and Teacher Edition and I am a student. I also have light room 5 which was purchased the same way and it works.

We have noticed that some of our customer's tends to miss-type the code as there is a bit of confusion around the font of the redemption code.
Common miss-type issues found are mentioned below.
Zero(0) - letter "O" as in Oscar.
Five (5) - Letter "S" as in Sam.
Two (2) - Letter "Z" as in Zolo.
Kindly try replacing these characters and please revert to the PM.

I opened iPhoto today and found I had NO PHOTOS in the library. After a day of reading, I seem to have found them. However, panic does not begin to describe my emotions. They continued to come up on the screen saver, so I knew they were in the computer somewhere. What I don't understand is what happened?? I am now busy backing them up into my external hard drive, again, but just now including the ones from about August 2011 to now. I don't back up often enough, but thank gosh I haven't lost them all. My question is this: What is the best way to get them back into iPhoto? I have an old version of iPhoto and I was prompted to update to '08, which I thought I had and BOOM - all the photos were gone when I said "no". I have lost all my albums and wonder what it will look like if I put them back in? They were found in the iPhoto Data folder. I looked it up in iPhoto Help.

These are not your Photos. They are just the thumbnails that show in the iPhoto Window. They are tiny and not useful for anything. Look for your photos in the Originals Folder.
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library'. Are any Libraries listed? -
