Activation error no internet. Still!

Okay, one day left to activate CS6.  I have tried chat support,sent to phone support experts,  been disconnected from phone support, went to expert forum help, sent back to chat help, they took control of my computer uninstalled cs5.5 and cs6, did new host file, ran cscleaner, I have bypassed router, I have uninstalled bitdefender firewall completely, I have taken everything off computer that remotely related to adobe, restarted, uninstalled, copied, pasted, moved to desktop until I'm blue in the face. Took laptop to work, loaded, installed and activated cs5.5 and cs6 with no problems.......  But who wants to use adobe on a little monitor all the time.  I have reinstalled both cs5.5 and cs6 and virus protection along with all other adobe products, because got same cs6 activation error with or without them.  I don't want a refund and really enjoy using cs5.5 on my large monitor, so the final question could be; Has anyone had and actually resolved the cs6 activation issue, "Time clock settings wrong or no internet connection"?  If so, what where the issues causing the problem?  Also, what is the file that tries to activate cs6 and where is it found, perhaps I can get someone to come in house and troubleshoot the connnection problem... If anyone out there can give some positive input, please reply.. @Jeff Wright, you sent me the chat support, and still have the same issue, so if anyone else has further ideas, thankyou.

Yes, I have checked steps of KB: several times and have had tech support take control of my machine and tried numerous other ideas.  As for offline activation, I have read the instructions they give, but guess I'm simply just too stupid to comprehend the location to generate a machine specific request code: The instructions say:
1. Click on "I cannot connect to the Internet" in the product screen on your computer to generate a "Request Code". This machine-specific code will be valid for 72 hours.
I might be a #*^%&$$#$#, but I'm unable to FIND anywhere on any program or product screen that say's the phrase ;"I cannot connect to the Internet"!   So, as for generating a  machine specific Request Code     guess I'm %*!# out of luck.  
When I loaded the product it validated my serial number as good and asked me to sign-in.  Could not sign in to register the product, so I picked the option to sign-in later and proceeded to load creative suite and web premium cs6.  Everything works, I can update and use all programs, but it's just the final sign-in to register that does not work.  I have figured out the solution to this problem though; I will take my huge water cooled gaming computer off of its stand and place it in my car and drive 20 miles to work, of course with all the necessary cables and attachments and use their Internet connection, after all it worked there for my laptop.

just running low on ideas right now.  I have ordered the disk and they charged me a whopping $27.00 for that, but it beats downloading of hours each time a new idea come along.  Yes, I will be packing up the computer and traveling to a new Internet connection..  ha ha
