Activation iPhone problem

Hi, I have problem with activation of my iPhone 3gs 32Gb serial number 88******3NR, and IMEI *******.
When I try to activate my iPhone "Activating your iPhone" "It may take a few minutes to activate your iPhone." After that i get message "Could Not Activate iPhone", "Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporaily unvailable. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes. If this problem persists, contact Apple Support at apple.com/support."
I try many times again and again, but alway i got a same message.
So, somebody known where is a problem? thx

First, try rebooting your computer if you haven't done that yet.
After that check out these possible causes:
1. Your antivirus is blocking access to gs.apple.com.
2. Your phone is jailbroken.
3. Your computer has been used at some time in the past to jaibreak some iOS device (not necessarily the phone with the problem), and its network database was corrupted by the hacking software that was used.
4. Apple's activation servers are down (very rare, and never for more than an hour or so).
For 1. try disabling your antivirus.
For 2. & 3. you need to go somewhere other than an apple forum for help. Although you can try deleting lines containing gs.apple.com from your "hosts" file on your computer.

This is iCloud: Activation Lock and it prevents lost or stolen devices from being activated by anyone without the Apple ID and password used to originally activate the device. Just because you are using that Apple ID does not mean the device was originally activated with that Apple ID.

On January 13, 2014 - I recieved my Brand New IPhone 5S
Almost One Week Later I attempted to Swap Virgin Mobile Phones (Keeping my Cell Phone Number)
When I had attempted to do my Swap from a Kyocera Rise to IPhone 5S - It gave me a error message saying that my UCCID number doesn't match my Serial Number. I called Virgin Mobile Costumer Service to see if they can activate my phone.
How should I resolve my issue?

If you made these purchases through Virgin Mobile, you need to deal with them about this issue. It seems their network is not recognizing something about your account.

Activation lock problem!

I just got a new iPhone 4s from a friend and I can't get into it because of an activation lock problem. I've already tried to restore it in recovery mode but than I still have to log in to his account. Now i've logged in to his iCloud account and deleted the iPhone using the following instructions:
Sign in to their iCloud account at www.icloud.com/find.
Click All Devices to open a list of devices linked to their account, then select the device to be removed. It should show a gray dot or the word “Offline” next to the device name.
Click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from their account.
But it seems that I have should done the following instructions, because the iPhone wasn't completely erased yet:
Sign in to their iCloud account at www.icloud.com/find.
Click All Devices to open a list of devices linked to their account, then select the device to be removed.
Click the Erase button to erase all content and settings from the device. When prompted, don't enter a phone number or message. Click Next until the device is erased.
When the erase is complete, click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from the account.
The problem is that it's too late for that now, because I already deleted the iPhone from his iCloud... Please help me out here, what can I do to still erase it from iCloud?!

Without the original Apple ID and password, you cannot activate the iPhone it's to deter thief using it.
Activation Lock cannot be bypass and Apple won't help.

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

Major iPhone Problem

Hello,
I'm having a major iPhone problem!!!
My phone crashed yesterday and wont turn back on or charge since then. It will start up with the apple logo and then the screen goes dark, will only stay on for about 30 secs. It's an original not jailbroken or anything like that. iTunes won't recognize it at all, I tired resetting it, hard resetting it, a different cord, basically everything and NOTHING works!

try doing a hard restart - hold home + power until the phone shuts down... then connect it to your puter.
you may have too many things running in the background on the phone... i have heard fetch & push can drain your battery like you experienced... i don't use them, i get my mail when i open the application.
