Activation of Photoshop Elements once installed

Hello. I've installed Premiere Elements 12 {organizer and video} but am unable to access Photoshop Elements. I am being asked to sign in, which I've done, then asked for a serial number which I've done - message comes up with 'serial number not recognised'.

Have tried your suggestions. Still no luck.
The full issue is this - I have 1 CD for Premiere Elements 12 which I've installed, the serial number was accepted and I can access the icon for Premiere Elements.
My problem is that when I open up the icon on my pc for Photoshop {which is the programme that I want for photography} I am asked to sign in which I do.
I'm then asked for a serial number, the only one I have is the one I used at the initial installation. When I attempt to put this serial number in I get the message not recognised.

Solved! Tried everything in the support documents and none of it worked. Massive frustration with Adobe Chat staff who know nothing and just kept telling me to look at the support documents over and over. They also gave me a contact number in Australia that has a recorde d message saying the product is not supported! What is that about?
Finally Anand from Adobe tech support called me (from when I reopened the original support case that gave me the serial number).
Just had to rename folder SLCache in c:\program files(x86) and reaccept the EULA and reactive. Now everything works fine. Way to hard.

A redemption code can only be redeemed once. It is used to acquire a serial number. The serial number is what you need to activate the installed software. If you did not keep the serial number when you first installed, you might still be able to find it in your Adobe account online if you registered the software.

The "restore disk" is built into the Mac. See About Recovery.
Need more specifics about what error messages you got while installing Adobe Flash.
However, you can almost avoid Flash altogether by setting YouTube to play the HTML5 version instead.
Click the Try something new! link at the bottom of the YouTube page.
I don't know about the sound issue. Might be hardware as you think. Try other headphones to check.

Brooks lansing if you create a new Administrator account does the same issue occur? If so then it is likely that there is a file permission failure and file permissions have been set for the existing Users instead of the groups they belong to.
Have you removed and reinstalled Photoshop Elements 11? This may reset the file permissions to the correct state to allow it to work under new accounts.

I have a problem with the activation of Photoshop Elements. After two reinstallations of my computer on the same day I can't activate now. It shows me everytime that I should buy a licences. But I have a licence for my Photoshop Elements 11.

Am installing Premier Elements 11. Have Photoshop Elements 11 installed.

I have Photoshop Elements 11 installed now installing Premier Elements 11. Install is asking to choose 32bit or 64bit install. The computer is 64 bit. If I choose that during the install of Premier will that cause any problems with Photoshop and especially organizer since that is shared between the two?

Photoshop Elements 12 installed in laptops?

I recently read a coment in Amazon in which the person said that Elements 12 have problems when installed in laptop. The program keep shooting down. Another person with the same problem said that the cause was a program "autoanalyzer" I think. It is true? What information do you have about this. How this can be solved or prevented? I have a Sony Vaio with windows 8. I do not have the program but I am thinking in buying it.
