Also could you give me SAP table which gives details of routines.

Goto table TFRM,
You will get all the details of routine, check field ACTIVE there you will find the status of whether routine is active or not.

Photoshop CS2 Upgrade Installation Problems w/ Vista Problems

I recently purchased a new laptop w/ Windows Vista which I'm trying to install my copy of Photoshop CS2 onto. My Photoshop license is an upgrade license ... originally upgraded from Photoshop v4.0.
When installing an upgrade copy of PS CS2, it requires proof of your previous version in order to verify you're a legitimate upgrader. This works fine if you're upgrading from a version of Photoshop after 5.x ...you simply insert your CD and the installation continues. The installation process is less straight-forward for users like myself ... installing from an upgraded version prior to 5. I'm required to call Adobe ... and conduct a phone verification procedure where I give them a code displayed on the screen during installation and they give me a response code to type into the installation form.
I deauthorized my old laptop ... start the installation routine on my new laptop ... call Adobe w/ my verification code ... enter the response code (which is accepted) and complete the installation without any problems. My problem occurs when I go to run the software. The startup screen indicates that the software is still in "Tryout Mode", and the first window I'm presented with is the "Adobe Activation" window requesting my serial number. If I try to enter my CS2 serial number it is rejected with the message:
"You must enter a valid serial number before activating online or viewing activation options. Please check your serial number and re-enter it, or click the Purchase button to buy a copy of this product"
The thing is ... this IS a valid serial number. I've confirmed this with Adobe. (It's probably an upgrade serial number, which is why the software is rejecting it). I called Adobe and they're now telling me that I must enter a paid-support agreement in order to receive help installing my software. They claim their software is working correctly, and it must be a problem with my computer.
Has anybody experienced a problem like this? I refuse to pay more for something that worked fine on XP just to use it on Vista due to bugs in their installation and activation routine.

I know this is an old problem, but surely there is an answer to fix the problem by now...
What problems? I used Photoshop CS2 with Vista with no problems (I still have it installed on a Vista system if you'd like me to check anything in particular). CS3 and CS4 worked well as well. Haven't tried CS5 on Vista as I have moved up to Windows 7, but I suspect it works just fine.

Re-assigning a retail license for Office 2010 Home and Student - any charge for support?

I want to re-assign one of three licenses for Office, but I went to the Support website, which prompted for the product ID and indicated that the "free support"period had expired, presumably because it is 12 months since I first installed it.
Can the reassignment be organised at the time of activating on the new computer by phone? Would a person be speaking with a human if doing a phone activation? Will there be a charge and what's it likely to cost?
I also have a suggestion for Microsoft: a de-activation routine that would enable the license transfer process without the need for human support.

Normally Office for a retail version can only be activated once at a time in one computer, Office 2010 Home &Student can be installed on three machines.

Reusing a license of Office 2010 Home and Student edition

I installed all three licenses of Office 2010 Home and Student edition on my wife's and daughters laptops. Last weekend, we had to buy my daughter a new laptop for college. How do I uninstall the license from her current laptop and install

DDIC_ACTIVATION error while applying SAPKE60029

Dear all,
i am applying support patch of HR.
having ecc 6.0 with oracle and windows 2003
beforing applying HR patch i had upgrade spam/saint level 35
also upgrade latest kernel and all basis, aba, ap, bw patches had been upgrade.
now when i am importing SAPKE60029 to SAPKE60034 in queue
then facing a problem with DDIC_ACTIVATION phase
i restart the spam and again try to import but fid that there are some objects which had been activated with warrning and some not activated .
INCLUDE TABLE PS9999 is not active
ROUTINE EXPAND (TABLE PB9999 could not be activated)
after seeing log i check the status in se11 then i found
table PS9999 not exsist while PB9999 partialy activated.
also see notes for knowing error and others ..
but not able to get what should i have to do...

every dependency is ok...
i resolve the problem with the help of HR....
just include PS9999 after creating it...then try to activate PB9999
after that activation phase has been complete sucessfully.

When you get the MBP, the first time you turn it on, the Setup Assistant will offer to migrate your data from an old computer to the new one. Take advantage of the offer, and elect to migrate your applications too. If your MS Office apps won't open after being moved over, it will likely be because Microsoft's registration and activation routines have locked the software to the first computer it was installed on. You'll need to consult Microsoft for advice on freeing it up for use on the new computer, which will probably entail deactivationg it on the old one first.

Cannot activate my old copy of CS2 after upgrading to Windows 7

I've just updated to Windows 7 and was forced to reinstall my copy of Creative Suite 2 Standard. On trying to use the software I went through the activation routine and it would not activate online, or via the phone.
How do I activate my copy of this software. I still use this and want to keep this as an option before I move on to Creative Cloud.

Lightroom 2 won't load on second computer

I recently installed lightroom 2 on my mac and am now attempting to install it on my PC. When I put the disc into the drive absolutely nothing happens. I am so not technologically there and have no idea what to do....any help would be greatly appreciated!

Lightroom doesn't have an activation routine. You can run Lightroom on 2 machines, either Mac or PS. It's a cross platform license.
For PS, you need to deactivate the serial number before attempting to use a new installation on another machine. You'll get a warning dialog box on the new machine if you don't. Once deactivated, you can then use the serial on a new machine. The license is not cross platform.

These was the Nakisa´s instructions:
Installation instructions -
There should be a PDF inside the package, but the important steps to follow are the following:
1.       You need to download the OrgChart 6.1 version from SAP Service MarketPlace
2.       You will only install the build, BUT NOT the add-on or the transport package that comes with the 6.1 version, as those are the Ehp4 ones
3.       You will then install the SAP47Addon_transport_pckg.zip, which applies to ECC 6 (EhP 0, 1, 2 or 3), as downloaded above from the Nakisa FTP site.
We follow the instructions
Could happen that the OrgChart 6.1 has not the objects.

Got new logic board, now software is making me go through authorization?

i just got a new logic board installed on my 2007 MacBook Pro. now any time i open any of my software it makes me go through the authorization process (asking for serial #) - its as though with the new logic board the software actually thinks that its been installed on a whole different computer. just wondering if this is normal or if there is any way to get around it. I do audio production on my mac so I have literally hundreds of different plugins installed many of which have complex product authorization schemes. Thanks in advance for the help.

That's exactly what's happening. Most modern authorization/activation routines look at the hardware giving specific values to various components. When something like the logic board is replaced, the application pretty much sees that as a different machine.
I believe Apple does have the ability to set the serial number in a new logic board... although it has to be done by Apple. This alone may not bypass the need to reactive some of your applications. It depends on the specific activation scheme the application is using. You're probably best off just re-activating your applications. I've never had problems getting software re-activated when dealing with the software vendors due to this situation. Fortunately, OS X itself doesn't require activation. As something of a techy... I've replaced motherboards on desktop systems regularly and even Microsoft has never given me a problem with reactivating Windows.
It might be a pain... but hopefully you'll just have to go through it once.

Restoring photos to iPhone5?

I did a really stupid thing last night - I picked up my wife's iPhone5 thinking it was mine. After I entered the wrong passcode (mine) several times, the phone rebooted and began the setup/activation routine.
My second mistake (maybe) was choosing not to reboot from scratch, but rather from an iCloud backup from July.(It was the most recent backup choice I was given.)
So the phone boots up with the July data set -- which actually is the data from her iPhone4, since she just got her 5 in July. My wife picks it up and says "where's the application I loaded this weekend"? Right, that's gone, but that's easy to reload. Then she says, "Where are my photos?" Uh-oh.
I thought maybe I'd find her photos on iCloud, since I (believe I) enabled iCloud on her device, but iCloud doesn't store photos in a way that you can access them. Then I thought I'd find them in the photostream on her MacBook Air (which is also relatively new), but I looked in Finder and I don't see a photostream.
Any suggestions how I might recover her photos and therefore get out of the dog house? And why did it reboot on multiple wrong password entries, instead of just locking (which would have prevented all these problems)?

No data in Active table of DSO for fields populated by End Routine

Hi,
I have a Standard DSO where we are populating few fields by using End Routine.
Last week we added 5 more fields to DSO and wrote a logic in End ROutine to populate the DSO. These new fields dont have any mapping and these are just populated by end routine only.
When I loaded the data from Data Source TO DSO, Data is loaded correctly into NEW DATA Table of DSO for all the fields. I could see correct data as per the logic in NEW Table including old and new fields.
However, when I activate the DSO, I could not find the data for new fields which I added last week. Remaining fields are getting data as per the logic. Only these five fields are not having any data.
Can you please let me know if any one had similar issue. I was under impression that all the data in the new table will go to Active table when we activate the DSO.

What version of BW are you using? When editing your end-routine, a pop-up should display saying which fields you want populated/transferred from the end routine. This pop-up will not display if you are using a lower version of BW 7.x. To get around this, make sure that your newly added fields have a transformation rule type set to constant. This will make sure that the fields get populated when transferring from new to active tables.

End routine not workind when DSO Activated

I have code in End routine of the transformation to populate a date field (from sales header to sales line item to have the assocaited date to populate for each line item ) to the DSO.
The code works and displays data being populated in new data table before DSO actiavtion but when DSO is activated, the particular field is blank.
Please suggest.

this is happening because of the "Update behaviuor in end routine".
It has two options - only fields with active rule(Default) & All fields. Since the default setting is that the end routine is active for fields which have and active rule for it and not for other so for the field for which u have written the code is not having any active transformation thats why its not giving any value after activation.
Please change the properties, for how to set this option chcek the link.
