Active Rule Bug

I have those 2 conditionnals rules.The first one is working great and for the second one, only the first action is executed. Also, after the partial execution of this second rule, my form is totally bugged and I can't submit it. Have you got any explanations?

Are you sure you want to do this onClick? Why not just onChange?
As for the "totally bugged" behavior, what browser are you using? This may require a TAC case.

Active rules in mailboxes

Hi, Community.. I just received some splendid answers to a question I had.
I found that i still have one question..
i have two mail accounts at mac.com.. they are together in my mail account , (separated into two as required in the 'accounts'' tab.)
i applied some rules to my mail ..to detect mail from certain e mail addresses and to direct them to the trash folder of mail.
The way I did this was to set a rule as
coming from ...and then typed in the e mail offending address
and then action taken: move to trash.
I got a pop up box which says
Applying rules to the selected mailboxes may change their contents. Active rules will always be applied to new messages.
i clicked on the "do not apply" button.. was this the right thing to do?..or should I have clicked on "apply"?
i told the last group of repondents

to my question that i am a bit dense when it comes to computers and language pertaining to..
what exactly does the line in BOLD TEXT mean above.?.. what does 'selected mailboxes' mean?
i have created the rule above, (about five rules pertaining to five incoming e mail addresses) and i fully expect it to be applied to all the incoming e mails, but i clicked on the "do not apply..button, because i thought that applying rules to selected mailboxes might change their contents>
so confused..as usual

What you did will make the rule apply to incoming messages. If you had clicked apply, it probably would have checked your mailboxes for those addresses and removed any it found that matched the rule.

Order Activity rules and status code protection

Hi
Just a quick question on status code protection settings with regards to order activity rules.
If order activity rules are configured so that certain statusses can be bypassed. ie. (Approval of purchase orders for instance).
Will status code protection when set active, prevent status codes from being bypassed in the order activity rules? In other words the Purchase order must follow the normal status codes as layed out in the order activity rules?
Any reponse will be appreciated.

In any case, you shouldn't be doing any includes in Application.cfc(side note: capital A). The application file is not meant for presenting CFM pages. Translate all such includes into logic involving, for example, cflocation.

Lorsque j'installe la première fois le WiFi me demande mon mot de passe. Par la suite, a chaque fois que j'ouvre un ordinateur, j'ai a chaque fois le message suivant "Votre ordinateur n'a pu accéder à votre réseau Wifi. Je ne m'en occupe pas, parce qu'il va trouver le réseau de toute façon au de quelques secondes. Un technlicien m'a expliqué qu'il y a un modlule qui veut aller plus vite que l'autre et me signale un messsage d'erreur. Puis il trouve le réseau et ne dit plus rien.

Ruler bug in Photoshop CS6

If you zoom the image using shortcuts (ctrl/cmd+ and ctrl/cmd-, the rulers resize with the image. But if you use scrubby zooming they stay with the window and it's only by hitting ctrl/cmd-R twice that they reset correctly.

This problem goes WAYYY back to when OpenGL started being used to aid in zooming. It was never integrated properly. You can also get a failure to update the ruler if you click the mouse button and hold it (with the Zoom Tool) so that the image starts a smooth zoom. Wherever you stop, the ruler will just remain as it was. If you click quickly, so that it zooms to the predefined "stops", then the ruler will update.
I don't mean to be overly critical of Adobe, but obvious bugs really shouldn't be allowed to persist through major version releases.

BAM Active Studio bug

I am unable to see the Data Objects/Fields/Sort/Filter/Top N/Calculation/Drilling in the tabbed pane of the Updating Ordered List in the Oracle BAM Active Studio. This looks like a bug. How can I fix it. I am using 11.1.1.2 version. Please advise.

Change the jdk and it should work.

Is 'At Monitor' bad news for networks? Or is 'Activity Monitor' bugged?

I notice that when At Monitor (http://www.atpurpose.com/atMonitor/) is running on my network, Activity Monitor's 'Network' graph is nearly off the scale, a green line sitting at the top the little graph window.
After a restart and no At Monitor running, Activity Monitor registered 4.2 MB rec'd and 3.2 MB sent over 30 minutes.
Turn on At Monitor and in 8 minutes, a further 20 MB in and 20 MB out were registered.
Quit At Monitor and in 11 minutes only 1 MB and .6 MB registered.
At Monitor back on but with NO network - LAN or WiFi - and the graph is peaking steadily again and, after 12 minutes, 36 MB rec'd and 36 sent…
At Monitor off and now there is still network activity, although more spiky.
While all this has been observed, Wireshark has been running. I am woefully ignorant of the finer point of Wireshark but it seemed to me that its screen did not scroll up as fast as I thought it might during the frantic bits and stopped dead when I pulled the cable out of the socket, as it should. Maybe it should be polling some of the more unusual protocols or something.
Or is this a 'Just Works'** Apple bug?

Routing Activity Type BUG!

Dear All,
I've created a work center and didn't put in the Activity Types in the costing tab. Then I created a routing and used this work center in (Activity Types field was empty). Afterwards, I linked the activity types in the work centers once I had them created from the Finance and went to CR02 to update the missing activity types in the operation.
When I run costing or when I create a production order, it !!!!doesn't!!!! see the activity costs. The only way that it sees it is when I go to the routing, delete the entire line! and create it again (it will automatically read the activity type from the work center now).
How can I fix this bug? is there anything I can do about this?

You have misunderstood me. I know that the routing won't read the new Activity Type in the Work Center after I update the Work Center. This is not my problem!
My problem is that when I created the routing the Work Center had no Activity Types therefore the routing operation had no activity types, later on I've added the activity types from the routing operation details. The system doesn't feel the change I've made in the routing! UNLESS I delete the entire operation and create it again (it will read direct from the WC).
HOWEVER!!!! if I had initially created the routing operation and it reads from the WC and then I change the routing operation's Activity Type, it works and the system reads the change!
Why is it when the operation is initially created with no AT, they system will no feel any changes.
This IS a bug, I traced it inside the tables.

IPhone Activation Lock Bug

Recently in China, many iPhone-stolen users found their activation lock never worked and their iPhone got activated without their permission. And on Taobao, which is the largest online C2C market in China, many unauthorized vendors sell 'authorized' iPhone unlock service.
Things are still under the surface until several days ago, a user on Weiphone(the largest Apple fans discussion community in China) found its iPhone get lock without its permission after it reinstalled iOS. And the AppleID locked the phone is not its. It accessed to Apple Activation Lock Status querying page and inputted its iPhone's IMEI and pressed the Return key. Several microseconds later, it found its iPhone 5s displayed as an iPhone 4 and his iPhone 5s got locked as an iPhone 4. In short, its iPhone 5s has been locked remotely.
This guy guesses somebodies take the way which had been used for unlocking the iPhone 4's network lock several years ago. In this way of unlocking the iPhone 4's network lock, you need to change your network-locked iPhone 4's IMEI and serial number to a lock-free iPhone 4's.
So, you have to get not only IMEI, but also the serial number to lock an iPhone remotely. In China, once you bought a phone(not only iPhone), the vendor must record the sold phone's IMEI. And those people must bought the records from many vendors. And those people must also have a GSX account to query the phone's serial number with the IMEI.
And those people take this way, use their AppleIDs to lock many people's iPhones without any touch with their iPhones.
Please fix this bug. Many iPhone-stolen users in China are blaming the uselessness of activation lock.

Again, irrelevant. Perhaps the user doesn't know they can activate lost mode. Perhaps they've already replaced the device and don't care about the lost/stolen one. Perhaps they are dead. Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps.
All that matters is that the device is in Activation Lock. You're the one that bought an iPhone from someone you don't know. You're the one that didn't take the proper steps to make sure Activation Lock wasn't a factor during your purchase.
You (apparently) didn't know how to check to verify an iPhone isn't Activation Locked. In that same level of ignorance, perhaps the rightful original owner didn't know they needed to remove Activation Lock, or how to enable Lost Mode, or to contact their carrier to blacklist the device.
Either get the owner of the Apple ID to remove Activation Lock, get the original purchaser to contact Apple with proof of purchase and request the Activation Lock to be removed, or enjoy your iBrick.

Rule bug on new portal

Found a bug in the rules on the new portal. I created a notification for when the system "Remains Disarmed" and rule it created does the opposite! It sent a notification when the system was armed at that time. Sure enough, when I look at the rule on the old site it is set up wrong. This is crazy! I believe I've resolved the "bug". I had forgotten to run updates on CS5, so I was running an old version. After updating to 5.0.2. All is fine.
Edit: Spoke too soon. Bug is still there. Adobe thinks it is related to a "video software" update for my computer:

OIA: Business Structures Rules Bug

Hi
When we wanna define a business structure rule, we usually processed as follows:
- We define the name of the rule
- We set the rules conditions
- We select the business structure. For that, a layer window appears, from where we can select the desired structure. However, in our case, it is impossible to select a structure. When we click on any structure, nothing happens. There is even no radio button next to the business structures. It seems to be a GUI bug.
Has anyone of you already experimented this issue?

Mail Rule bug

I'm trying to create a rule that will archive some of my Exchange mail that is greater than 500 days old. Overtime I set up the rule and then check it the 500 days changes to 7 days and I have to panic stop the rule, can't think of a way around it. Is this a bug?

Activity monitor bug

Along with others (refer this thread: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=7147587&tstart=0) I find that activity monitor stops updating. The quoted thread is showing that the problem is answered but it is not. Removing the activity monitor plist pref does not solve the issue. Anyone else getting this problem?

RAR 5.3 - Active Rules 300,000+??

I need to know, how many Rules will be present under
RA&R >
Rules Architect tab >
Rule Library>
Rule level Action for a GRC Access Control 5.3 implementation where GRC is connected to one (1) SAP Production system.
The reason for the question is that I received information, that the number of Rules is dependant on the number of SAP Productions systems connected to GRC.

The number of rules is a function of the number of risks and the systems you're generating system specific rules for.
Usually you'll get around 50.000 rules for the standard R/3 rule set.
If you re-upload the rules for every new system, the number of rules will multiply accordingly.
Usually you'll use a logical system, though, which will keep the number of rules constant as long as you do not require different rules for each system (which will mostly not be necessary).

Edit Ruler Bug in CC 2014?

I created area type object and then edited the tab ruler by changing the "second" line indent. When I attempted to reset the indent to "0" the setting would not change. I also tried resetting it numerically, same result. Finally, AI CC 2014 crashed (no, I did not save the crash report).
I resaved the file as CS5 compatible and it worked flawlessly in CS5.
Once again I find myself relying on the venerable CS5 to accomplish my work.
This zipped file contains a CC2104 and CS5 version of the VERY SIMPLE file. Can someone try to edit the Tab Ruler in CC2014 and see if the indent will change? If this is caused by user error please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
Note: The area text shape has an assigned style and each line of text is assigned a "Character Style".

That is very strange. I can see that you can move the CTI, but yet, the panel is not indicating that it is selected.
What happens if you use a shortcut key to change the focus. (Shift-3) ?
