Active subscription but blocked account

To whom it may concern,
I received a notification from Skype a few days ago saying that my subscription for unlimited calls will expire tomorrow due to payment failures (although the payment service is working well). I have already contacted Customer Support twice (I've got the respective request numbers) but have not received any reply so far.
I've checked my account status a few hours ago and now the subscription is active once again but the account is still blocked and I cannot make a phone call to the designated country. 
I have been using Skype subscription for unlimited calls over the past 10 years and this is really frustrating. I understand that Skype has now higher phone rates to the same country I used to call to. I hope that I am not expected to cancel my current subscription and sign up for a new one at an increased rate...
Any solution will be much appreciated.

Your Subscription covers calls to UK geographic landlines with the prefixes 01, 02 and 03. For calls to other UK landlines you require Skype credit.

    Please log out from your Adobe application and login again.
    Once you launch Acrobat and get error saying trial expired, you will find an option saying 'license this software'.
    Select this option and enter your credentials.
    Now check and let me know.

    I have an active subscription and a landline number in Poland. The subscription is active and I don't pay for any calls made within Poland, but I do get charged for phonecalls made to other european countries. The subscription was supposed to cover all calls to landlines within europe.
    I would appreciate any help / comments on the above issue.

    Your account shows that you have used your full allocation of 2,500 minutes in your current billing cycle. Your next cycle starts on April 24th 2015 when your new 2,500 minutes allocation will be applied to your account.  To continue calling until then you can either purchase a similar  Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or use Skype Credit.

  • Verizon iPad2 Active Subscription but Activation Fails

    Hello All,
    I'm hoping some smart apple people in these forums can help. I recently tried to activate my cellular data plan on my new Verizon iPad2 I picked up on launch day. I was able to complete the process of selecting a data plan and processing my payment information. In my Settings -> About menu I see my cellular data number (data phone number) assigned telling me that I have a data account now, and the PRL number has been updated to 52070 (another indicator that a data plan is active).
    Now my problem is data is not working at all. When I try to open the App Store or browse the web I get an error saying I have not signed up for a data plan. Going back into Settings -> Cellular Data -> View Account I am show a screen that says "Service Already Active. Your iPad is already active on a subscription plan that cannot be managed on this device. Please call customer service at 800-786-8419 (verizon customer service sales number) if you have any questions." I also get popups saying Data Plan Activation Failure. Your Verizon cellular data plan did not successfully activate.
    In a not so short time I spent a little over an hour on the phone with Verizon Tech Support and they had no idea how to fix this. I was told to reset my iPad back to factory setting, which I did via the iPad first, then via itunes with the restore function, and finally via Xcode with the Restore iPad function. All of which restore my iPad to it original state with the exception of cellular data. I am still getting the same problem, with no fix in sight.
    Has anyone else had this issue, and if so have you been able to fix it?
    I've also pulled the device log where I see some issues around the cellular data connection.

    Wow. Sorry to hear that. You shouldn't need any special applications.
    I've enjoyed the Verizon network.  AT&T doesn't have coverage in Nebraska and other rural areas I visit and Verizon does. 
    I was impressed with the Verizon technical support people I talked to - called the 800 number that comes up on the iPad. I tried but can't get to the number now that everything is working.

    Never been impressed with anyone at Best Buy - though I bought my iPad at one.

  • Nrl digital pass subscribed and paid but no 'active subscription'???

    Hi can someone please help me!!!!!!!! I subscribed to NRL Digital Pass almost 12 months ago and payment has been coming out of my account every week since (including a few days ago). I have tried to access the Digital Pass today to watch the football and when I sign in it comes up with "No Active Subscription Found". I have now been on the phone to Telstra for over an hour to try and sort this out but no-one can find my account - apparently I don't have one. I then checked my emails and I received an email 3 hours ago stating that my subscription is expiring in 3 days and I need to update my subscription details via the 'My Subscription" link - so I tried to and it says my account is set to 'HIBERNATE'. But apparently I don't have an account??? Also there are no options for me to change my account status in the My Subscription link. It was suggested to me to cancel my subscription and re-subscribe but if I do that I will now have to pay $2.99 a week instead of $1.99. Even if I was prepared to do this, there are no options for me too! I can't cancel it even if I wanted to! All I want to do is be able to watch my football! PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

    Are you sure you're signing into Digital Pass with the same credentials you originally used to subscribe? If you were already a Telstra customer in some capacity this may have been your My Account username and password.
    Usually in situations like the one you're describing, it turns out that people are just logging in under different credentials which were created at another time.

    I had a an active subscription and Skype number since September 2012, but I am unable to receive calls. The reason I purchased any this is so that I could receive calls that have forwarded to my cell phone.
    I have call forwarding activated. Before when I was just buying Skype credit monthly it forwarded perfectly.

    Having same issue what to do now? Is anybody there to solve this problem.

I have all the documents and the iPhone box. Will they lock the iPhone and return me access to it. I'm sure it's been attached to another apple ID.
    PS. the apple ID I'm using on the discussons is not the hacked one.

    If it's still asking for the seller's Apple ID and password, then he most likely did not actually remove the iPhone from iCloud. If the problem persists, return the iPhone and get your money back. The seller can figure out the problem and resell the iPhone later.

    Your ipad has a cellular access number in settings under cellular data.
    it is not a phone, and that number can't be used to phone calls.

    Hello Adobe community,
    I am here on behalf of the Manhattan College ITS department.
    My supervisor has asked me to look into the free trial for Adobe Photoshop Streaming (APS) and we would like to try it out because it is free.
    However on the website for the APS trial, it says you need an active subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud (ACC) in order to participate.
    On the APS trial page, it states that an ACC account is needed for an individual signing up for the trial but it is not made clear for the institution.
    I'm assuming that it is required, but I would like to hear back from an Adobe rep.

  • Blocked Account - So Frustrated!

    Decided to share the most frustrated experience I've ever had with any technologies - Skype service!
    It happened second time with my Skype account. But this time it's blocked at the time when I extremely needed it - holidays. My whole family lives oversees and the only convenient way to comunicate with them is Skype. Well... it was before yesterday.
    I purchased some Skype credit to call my grandmother who doesn't have a computer. In the middle of the call Skype just kicked me out of the system and to log in back I had to reset my password. I entered my email address and the system sent me an email with the recovery link which I used to reset my password. Then it said that it didn't go through and I had to enter my email again for recovery. After 3 attempts of changing my password it just completely shut down on me asking to try again in 24 hours. Seriously? I need to call back my grandmother now.
    After, 24 hours same thing happened again. So I filled out the online form for recovering my blocked account which I use second time now and this practice shows that nobody gets back to you though this method. Also after submitting a form it says that it I can expect a response within 72 hours. Is that considered a good and fast support especially if you pay money for the service?
    The worst part with the whole Skype service is if something goes wrong you will have about a week to fix it. There is no support call centre that can fix it right away when the problem occurs.
    This is so frustrating. Very dissapointed!

    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

  • Trying to delete Active Directory but getting error's

    Hi There, 
    I am trying to delete an Active Directory that I have. I have removed all subscriptions from this Active Directory but now I get the message:
    Directory contains one or more applications that were added by a user or administrator.
    Under the Active Directory, I have no applications (it used to have applications and I have since removed them).
    I don't have any other subscriptions tied to this Active Directory. It could have been used for an Office 365 trial quite a few years ago.
    How can I remove this? Tried almost everything.

    A Global Administrator can delete an Azure AD directory from the Azure Management Portal. When a directory is deleted, all resources contained in the directory are also deleted; so you should be sure you don’t need the directory before you delete it.
    ERROR:  Directory has one or more applications
    If you get this error message you may have applications associated with the directory, in order to proceed with the deletion of the directory you must ensure these are removed.
    If you select the Applications pane within Azure Active Directory check the applications, and if they are not required then proceed with deleting them. If no applications are visible then you may find that you have ‘hidden’ applications that are not yet
    exposed via the UI.
    In order to delete this, you will need to use Azure Active Directory PowerShell module. You can download this (Manage Azure AD using Windows PowerShell)
    Once you have downloaded the required components and successfully installed them go ahead and launch a Powershell Console
    Connect -MsolService
    Enter your global admin credentials {example:
    [email protected]}
    It is important to note here that you wont be able to login using a Microsoft Account aka Live ID and so if this is the only identity you have. create a work account aka organizational account in the directory first to perform this action which you can
    delete once finished.
    Get -MsolServicePrincipal | Select DisplayName
    This will then show you what applications you have listed, some of which are require and won’t be able to be removed. if you don’t need any of the applications listed you can go ahead and remove them
    Get -MsolServicePrincipal | Remove-MsolServicePrincipal
    NOTE:
    You will find that some error (red text will be displayed) ignore that, those ones are service side service principals but they are white-listed and the deletion will work with them present.
    If this then fails, take a look at the PowerShell MSONLINE Log Files and if you still need further guidance, ensure to attach that to the support incident as it is super helpful to the support engineering teams when investigating the problem your having.
    These files can be found “C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office365\Powershell\”
