Active X object with a program to see my USB camera alive

I´d like to use an active X object with a program to see my USB camera alive. I don't know if it is possible, does anyone could help me to do it?
I have a program to use with my camera but I don't know what object I have to insert in the Active X container to play it.
It could be another program, you suggest.

So I thought it could be done in this way.

Thank for your help, but it didn´t work.
But I've got a way using Imaq, it is an attchment. The difference from the others is the Imaq USB PropertyPage.vi. Even if I cancel the dialog box it works, but it don't work if I don't use it. As I don´t want the dialog box opens I am figuring out how to eliminate the Imaq USB PropertyPage.vi, what kind of configuration i have to do...

I deleted the DTP and created back again
logged out of BW and logged back again
Infact I found a SAP note 1086877 and i applied it ..but it still didint help
Whie loading the Master Data from PSA to DTP ..it worked fine.
While Loading the transactrion data I went to Tcode RSBATCH and in the drop down I selected the DTP activation and gave a 3 Back ground processes....Ever since that it started giving me problem
Your help will be appreciated...my data loads are stalled ..i mean I cant move forward.

I can't see my usb camera (Kodak CX7220)

Hi,
The package libgphoto2 (2.1.4-2) does not contain my camera. So, I had to compile the new version (2.1.5) myself. After installed it, I dont know if I have to do something else, but when I run gthumb or gtkam, I still can't see my camera on the list!
Anyone knows what I have to do?

First check out the following very recent article about cameras under LInux:

Now for a few tips:
1. Check that the USB camera is recognized after it's been plugged in. You can check the devices file:
cat /proc/bus/usb/devices
or you can run usbview (an Arch Linux package).
2. Even if you can't get gthumb or gtkam to work right now, you can download the files directly using gphot2. This is nicely described in the article referenced above.
3. You might find that your camera is not well supported by ghoto2. For one of my cameras this meant that the USB connection was lost and it was necessary to replug the camera in to work with additional commands (e.g., doing a complete file list dropped the connection after the listing was complete).
4. Your camera IS supported by gphoto2. See:

Can't see external USB camera in iMovie or Quicktime. Macbook, running Yosemite

I am using a Logitech C930e external USB camera with my Macbook running Yosemite 10.10.1. Trying to capture video - neither quicktime or iMovie recognize the external USB camera. Any suggestions?

For information - there is no data on this drive that I want to keep. It is straight from the supplier.
If there was a way to reset it that would ideal although if I did format to mac extended journaled what should I do next?

Issue activating and object with ALPHA routine

Hi Experts,
yesterday we had a problem with the infoobject 0CUSTOMER. Accidentally, we deleted the ALPHA routine conversion and now the object can't be activated with the ALPHA routine conversion again because the object is in use in some infoproviders.
We cannot delete infoprovider's data, and we need to activate again the ALPHA routine.
We are using BW 3.5
Can somebody help us please?

I dont think you will be able to add the alpha conversion routine back in the master data object without deleting data from all infoproviders where 0CUSTOMER object is used.
Addition of any attribute to master data object doesnot cause any issue however deletion of any attribute or conversion routine, where master data has been already loaded and used in other infoproviders (remember referential integrity) requires one to delete the data from all infoproviders where it is used.
As rightly suggested by Vikram you can try to achieve what the alpha conversion routine does by writing a transfer routine.

Cannot connect Nikon D700 with iPhone 5S via Lightning to USB Camera Adapter?

The cable seems to work on my Ipad Mini 2 but i dont know why iPhone 5S does not support D700 so i cannot import pictures from D700 to my phone

I had no idea that any iDevice could import directly from a digital camera. I would guess that you need an app for that. Some possibilities:

1) Create a NEW PROJECT
2) Add Targets and Devices(NI cRIO 9022)
3) Use the Scan Interface mode
4) Create a NEW VI under the cRIO 9022 device
5) Use a Timed Loop(Synchronized with Scan Engine) for continuous Data Acquisition and Sending from the Analog I/O modules.
6) Use the Vision Assistant available through the NI Vision Acquisition 2010 Module(I get STUCK HERE! The Express VI opens the Initialization Window, but I don't see the USB camera like in JPEG File 3)
I am facing difficulties with this HOST COMPUTER, cRIO implementation differences. On my host computer I have the software packages as shown in JPEG File 1, and on my cRIO 9022 as shown in JPEG File 2.
Can someone guide me how to overcome this and get the USB camera detected when I am using NI cRIO 9022?
NOTE: If this is a problem with software mismatches on HOST and NI cRIO 9022 device, please see JPEG Files 1 and 2 for available software and Host and cRIO 9022.

When you select My Computer, you are running the program on the PC. In this case, the camera works because it is connected to the PC. The scan engine doesn't work because it needs to run on the cRIO, not the PC.
When you create the program on the cRIO, you can use the scan engine because the program is on the cRIO. You can't use the camera because it is back on the PC, and can't be found on the cRIO.
The project is a wonderful tool, but it may be making the programming seem too simple. It may not be clear to you that by moving a program to a different location (PC or cRIO), it is running in an entirely different environment on a totally different machine, even though it is just a little further down in the project. You can't easily access the hardware on one machine while running the program on the other.
So the summary is: The camera is attached to the PC. The scan engine runs on the cRIO. Never the twain shall meet.

How to use LDB PNP with ABAP objects in a program

Hello,
I am wondering if anybody has used the HR logical database(LDB) PNP with user defined ABAP objects in a program? I am using the FM- <b>LDB_PROCESS</b> but its not working. Also assigning PNP in the attributes section of the program -- so that I can use predefined fields from the LDB and then invoking the FM doesn't work -- throwing 'Logical database already active' error.
I suppose even with the ABAP objects and the new FM -- I should still be able to utilize the pre-defined fields of the PNP database -- and also the built in authorizations. I cannot use GET PERNR and REJECT as they give errors. I understand that the use of HR-macros (RP-PROVIDE-FROM-LAST and et al.) are not allowed as they use the table work area -- which is not allowed in ABAP-OOPS.
I would really appreciate if anyone could show me some insight regarding this. Thank you.

It would be really good if we could use both together. But as I know, it is not possible. "GET pernr." is an event-like loop statement and so cannot be used in OO context. And I guess, the same restriction holds for the "LDB_PROCESS" since it uses LDB-specific processing.
What I suggest you is to use standard and BAPI functions.

I have bought a memership for the iOS Developer program.
I have created an in-house app.
Now I want to publish it to all employees without registering the devices.
So..
I go to their website and try to sign up for the enterprise program, image shown below:

Then I am taken to the image above, there I need to select a program, but I already have a program, the iOS developer program! And the checkbutton of that program, is disabled. If I try to click continue at this page, without sleecting a program, a javascript-box shows "You have to select a program before continuging"...
Do I need to unsubscribe my iOS developer program, to then register it again? Lol!
PS: no clue where I should post this, looked over the forums and could not see anything related to singing up, registering for a program...

Our apps came offline automatically shortly after this as iTunesConnect thought we had not renewed our license, even though we had several weeks ago.
We had a brief panic as our apps were offline for 12 hours, which is how long it took Apple Support to work out what was wrong and hook things up.
I suggest you contact them ASAP to get this fixed so you don't get that iTunesConnect alert to your phone 'Your app status has been changed to Pending Contract'.

When I run activity monitor with no programs running my dock shows fluctuating usage...between 4% up to 20%. Random figures that come and go with corresponding CPU usage. A little help?

My activity monitor show random and fluctuating CPU usage at the Dock site with absolutelyno programs running. %'s fluctuate between 3 - 20 and they pretty much come and go. What might be causing this?

There's a lot of background processes running that aren't documented as Apps as such. And some of them are the Time Machine backups, Spotlight searches, all kinds of small little bits of maintenance caches, there's a lot going on. So it's not completely out of the question that this is 'normal' for a Mac. If it were 50% or more I would be concerned but if it spikes up to 20% for a second or two you are probably not in any trouble of any kind.

Crystal Reports 2008 - can't see Salesforce objects with 2 parent objects

I am running CR 2008 SP 1 and accessing Salesforce to create reports. I just discovered that 2008 does not make available any Salesforce objects that have more than one parent. This is only an issue if you define multiple relationships in Salesforce as Parent/Child. Lookup relationships are not an issue.
I am using CR XI for another client and it can see these objects without problem. Is this a design issue or is it a bug with CR 2008?
Hs anyone else encountered this issue? Thoughts on ways to access these object short of redesigning my Salesforce data?
BTW, I and using 2008 SP1 because SP2 does not work when accessing Salesforce.

It turns out that the ability to access Salesforce objects with multiple parents was included in release 11 of the Salesforce API. CR 2008 SP1 used release 9 of the API. CR SP2 uses release 13 of the API. Once they get SP2 fixed for the Salesforce interface, this issue will go away.
