Activity not transported to Assembly

Hi Experts ,
I import the change to consolidation but after I donu2019t find it to assemble.
Donu2019t know where the change goes .
We checked in Consolidation History its there.
Kindly suggest how to proceed.

Can you go to the Details and check the Import log files?  Check the history of the Assembly to see if someone assembled it?

    We encountered some problems with an SCA-export from ASM system leaving some not transported, but closed activities on DEV CONS behind.
    How can we arrange to integrate the content of these closed activities, which don' t show in CMS any more, into a new track?

    I meant the assembly system. The activities haven' t been transported, but seem to be closed in CMS.
    To clear the situation a little more, let me explain what has happened: A colleague created a SCA, deployed it on a runtime system and found out that some screen elements, which were present on development runtime system, are missing.
    We figured out that there are some actitivies haven' t been transported to assembly system and are yet closed and not available for transport in CMS.
    Now, our two questions would be
    1) will releasing and trasnporting dummy activity to assembly to force all changes reach SCA work?
    2) will copying the source DC DTR workspace to destination workspace work? (we have problem not being able to delete folders in DTR as they are created by CMS)

  • Transport of Assembled Software Components

    I am new in NWDI and I've got some questions to the transport logic. Please let me describe my problem:
    Here in our project we're using the NWDI in combination with the WebBill (FSCM) application. The WebBill application consists of 4 SC's:
    1. CORE (WebBill Main Part with extensions a.s.o.)
    2. UI-1 (UI like mapping and jsp's of the WebBill)
    3. UI-2 (Another UI of the WebBill)
    4. FSCM Biller Direct (WebBill Coding Parts)
    The CORE and the FSCM-Parts are excluded from the deployment and they are not transported to the follow-on tracks to further production-sap-backends. Only the UI-Parts can be deployed and transported to the follow-on-tracks.
    Now I made changes to the CORE-Part, but the CORE-Part is not deployable. I've heared that it's only possible to make a new assembly with the UI-Components ("Assemble Components" in the Assembly-Part of the CMS). But what is with the follow-on tracks? Is it sufficient to transport only the UI-Components to the follow-on tracks because I've created an assembly from all of them?

    thank you for your good answer, but there is one thing that is not clear for me yet.
    What does that mean for the follow-on-tracks?
    In the maintenance track, where the assembly is generated, the result is the CORE-Part and the UI-Part in the "test" and later in "approval" tab.
    In the follow-on-track is no possibility to make an assembly again, there are only "consolidation" and "production" tabs. But the CORE-Part is excluded from transport to the follow-on-track, there I can only see the UI-Part. Does that mean that I only have to transport the UI-Part to the follow-on-track? Or should I do a manual transport of the CORE-Part to the follow-on-track?

  • Master data index: Activation and transports

    Hello group!
    I created indices (SE11) for a master data table. It was used as a look-up table in transformations (SELECT routine) and creating indices speeded-up DTPs considerably.
    Now the questions are:
    - Is it possible to transport such indices?
    - How about if someone reactivates the master data InfoObject: Are the indices removed?

    Yeah,
    The indices are not transportable since the table is in the Package $TMP.
    The activation of the master data object didn't discard the indices. That is, creating them in SE11 for master data tables seems to be a good design.

  • Email Activity Not sending email when BPEL process fails

    In 11g SOASuite I have a BPEL process which does the following,
    1) Receive response from client
    2) Email activity - Notify with an id received in the request as content
    3) Insert data into a table using db adapter
    Whenever db adapter has some key violations or issues, I notice that no emails are getting dispatched. When I look at EM console it displays that txn has been rolled back after 3rd step. I understand that but it makes me ask this question,
    How can I make the process to send an email at step2 irrespective of an error that happens down stream at step-3? How to make email activity not part of this Txn scope?
    It works as expected(emails are dispatched) when there are no issues at step-3.

    Hi,
    In order to not rollback your transactions, you need to hit a dehydration point, meaning, save your process into the db store and perform a commit until that point.
    It sounds like a simple process, so you can drag a checkpoint activity after the email activity.
    That is one option. Try, and see if it works for you.

    Please assist I am on a Windows 7 64 bit machine I have VS 2010 and have been fighting with this new program that I was brought on to help with - Issue is that I am unable to get rid of this issue. There is so many solutions but none have worked. If someone can give me some help with what has worked for you.

    Please enter the search string 'log4net crystal net' into the search box in the top right corner. When the results come up, click on the Support Notes link. That will filter for the KBAs that you want to have a look at.

    This is a SQL Server 2012 Developer Edition of SSRS.
    I am getting this error when navigating to http://servername/Reports. The reports site was working fine, until I installed a SQL 2014 Developer instance (including SSRS) on the same server.
    I can still get to the http://servername/ReportServer site.
    Neither of these are using Sharepoint.
    Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    "The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference." is generally caused by the loaded assembly's version is different than the expected version application refers to.
    In this case, it should be caused by:
    While starting Report Manager, the backend process ReportingServiceService need to load assemblies it refers to
    ReportingServiceService reads the compilation/assemblies element from web.config(under Report Manager virtual patch)
    If the compilation/assemblies is not existing, ReportingServiceService loads all assemblies from Bin folder. It can be verified from call stack System.Web.Configuration.CompilationSection.LoadAllAssembliesFromAppDomainBinDirectory(). ReportingServiceService
    uses System.Reflection.Assembly.Load with the assemblies' name only to load assemblies.
    The Assembly.Load tries to load from the specify assembly by name from GAC at first. If it is found from GAC, it won't be loaded from Bin folder any more.
    Since Reporting Service SharePoint Integration mode is installed, a same assembly of 'Microsoft.ReportingServices.SharePoint.ObjectModel' with different version might be installed to the GAC. That causes the error "The located assembly's manifest definition
    does not match the assembly reference."

  • Change Logs to show for CRMD_ORDER tx changes to the activity notes area

    Hi
    Does anyone know if there is a way to configure the change documents function in the transaction CRMD_ORDER when you have a business activity open to show the changes made to the activity notes section? This changes function is accessed via the top menu when you have an activity open: Extras -> change documents
    We would like to, if at all possible, show changes that have happened in the notes/text area of this transaction as well as the other areas.

    Thanks for your reply, this note looks like it will work very well for what we want to achieve. However, I can't quite figure out what I need to do to get this to work. Do you understand this functionality enough to give me some guidance at all?
    I have found everything I need to change in Tx COMC_TEXT, with text obj = CRM_ORDERH, Text Det Proc = ACT0001, Text type = A002 Note. For the Text type, the settings currently maintained are Sequence = 0001, Changes = edit, transfer type = not yet identified.
    The SAP note specifies that the changes needs to equal both P and R (which I don't understand how to get both available), and I am not sure what the transfer type setting should be. I have tried to change this in our dev system, however it doesn't seem to flow through to the Business Activities transaction. Are you able to assist?

    After the upgrade, many of your variants can no longer be used because the relevant selection screens
    have changed. If your Basis Source Release is 4.5B or higher, the SAP system offers two reports to
    save the variants:
    n RASUVAR1 saves your variants on the source system.
    n RASUVAR2 restores the variants in the target system.
    During phase SAVE_VAR_CHK you can decide whether you want the upgrade tool to run report
    RASUVAR1. The report is started in phase JOB_RASUVAR1. If you have decided to run report
    RASUVAR1, phase JOB_RASUVAR2 automatically starts report RASUVAR2 towards the end of the
    upgrade.

  • KM content transported once is not transporting again

    Hi Experts,
    I have a problem in ICE online transfer.
    Let me explain you clearly.
    I transported ABC folder  from one portal system to other using ICE - online method.  that is
    source path is /documents/abc   and destination path is  /documents/xyz/abc    All the content is transported successfully.
    Now I want to transport  to destination path  /documents/abc  in target system. I configured corectly but it is not happening.
    Same problem I am facing with other folders also. The content that is transported once is not transporting again. once fully transported it is doing only incremental update but not full update.
    How can I transfer full update again using ICE - online.   Is there any possibility of removing cache.
    Any kind of hint will be appreciated.

  • First time data is not transported to pop up window through event handler

    Hi all,
    I am using NWDS 7.0, Now I want to open a pop up on click of a action link.
    There are two DCs DC-A and DC-B.
    I am calling action from DC-A to DC-B. DC-B contains view of pop up window.
    In DC-A I am using intreface controller of DC-B by using used coponents.
    Now In the DC-B used components I have created one fireplugin which is connected ith pop up view of DC-B and that firplugin is called from DC-A action to transport data from Dc-A to DC-B.
    Problem : when I click first time to open pop-up window then event handler is not called but the windows opened. When I close that window and again open the transported data start displaying on pop up window.
    So can you please help me that why first time data is not transported to pop up window.

    You'll need to use an OARawTextBean. Oracle doesn't support opening links in new windows using OAFormattedTextBean. Just be aware that you'll need to set the CSS class in the HTML as well if you need it formatted a certain way.

  • Some thoughts on Active Notes

    Note sure if anyone from Nokia software development reads these fora but if they do here's what I'd want to tell them regarding the Active Notes application.
    The program is too slow. Sure, this may be dependent on the hardware it runs on but on my E51 it's not quick enough. When I type a note the letters appear on the screen with delay - even when I do not use T9 but multitap.
    The application needs a "view" mode so that one could browse long notes one page at the time, for instance, by tapping the right and left keys of the "navi scroll" key. Currently, when one wants to read a note the application goes directly into edit mode and the only way to scroll (on E51) is to go line by line and even that is slow.
    There's a bug in that when I write new text in an already-existing note, the old text in that note appears to be bold but it is not - it's just a bigger type of font. The new text is in comparison very thin, though being of the same point size.
    There needs to be an option to select all text in a note.
    I would personally skip the bold, italics etc options but can understand why people want them.
    There should be an undo feature.

    Ok. been working on this for the better part of a day. I am having trouble with the .net web controls. trying to create a simple portlet that populates a text box with values from a 2nd text box when a button is selected. both text boxes are in the same portlet.
    without using the <httpModules> entry in the web.config file the portlet works fine, but it does pop you out of the portal.
    setup: working in a Dev. environment with portal and portlets on the same box.Portal version is 5.0.2.EDK version is 5.0.2.

    There doesn't seem to be any information in one spot as to setting up the environment to use the .Net Web Controls.   • Web Dynpro ABAP personalization not transported to Quality

    We personalized the iView in portal with j2ee_admin credential for SRM7.0 implementation at Role level.
    We got the pop up saying Do no Transport personalization and transport personalization. We chose Do Not Transport Personalization in portal.
    We transport the personalization using the application WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_USER , we transported for all user.
    But when we check in the portal the personalized content is not shown.
    Could anyone help on this asap since we are in phase of UAT?
