Activty release should be possible only after WBS release

Hi Gurus
My customer wants release of activity only after release of WBS element. Is there any user exit available for that or can i write some validation for the same.

Hi,
Ofcourse, you can create activities with initial user status which prohibits "release". If activities are assigned to WBS, with release of WBS , the activity also gets released. But how to change the user status (other than manually) is to be figured out.

Input file should be deleted only after the output file is successful.

Hi Experts,
Could you pleas solve the below issue.
In a file to file scenario, the input file will be picked from a directory location and after processing output file will be placed in the output directory location specified in the receiver communication channel.
In the sender communication channel for the scenario mentioned above, if the processing mode is given as delete, the input file will be delete as soon as the file was successfully read by the adapter, but this will not ensure that the file processing is complete and the output file is being created.
If we have a scenario in such as way that the input file should be deleted from the input folder only if the complete process is successful and the output is generated. how can we achieve this functionality?.
And one more thing if we got the successful output the output file should be placed in one folder. and the if the output file is having errors it should be placed in other folder.

In Receiver communication channel I have used the below command in Run Operating System
.And I have kept the processing mode of sender communication channel as test.
cmd.exe: /C "del /Leela/test.xml"
You are running the comman line program configured in the receiver File Adapter,but in command line you mentioned the Sender File Folder , So i guess it's not getting processed.
Try this:
Try to run the command line in the Sender File Adapter Side
"Place this in " --> Run OS Command After Message Processing.
Hope this would work and get in parrallel with u r requirement.

You can adopt a release procedure where in you can block a PO for printing unlease its release strategy is fulfilled.
Please go though below documents and grant me points if it works for you.

Re-set release strategy of rejected PO,after doing respective changes to po

Hi friends,
I have created release strategy for Purchase order with release indicator 6 (Changeable, new rel. if new strat. or value change/outputted), and with 3 release codes (3 approvers)..
Now in this case, After Rejection of a approver (creator of po will get an mail telling that its rejected). After rejection, the creator has did required changes and save the PO.
However the release strategy is not reset...So i want to know how to reset the release strategy in this case..
Where as in case after the approval, if creator do any changes in purchase order then release strategy is resets...
Here PO printout is possible only after the final approval...
Pls give some inputs in fixing this issue..

What are the characteristics of your strategy?
Try to change one of them save and then rechange it to the original
eg.
If the strategy depends for example on the Purchasing Group (PG)
i mean according to different PG's different strategies working
then with ME22N change the PG save and rechange it again to the original.
or
for example If the strategy depends on Materail Groups (MG)
then do the change with MG
With ME22N change the MG save and rechange it again to the original.
I guess this will trigger the strategy again.

My requirement is that for all users , having authorisation for cj20 transcation, should not have authorisation for wbs release expect for few.

How to provide user specific authorisation check at "X" user status level.
As per your earlier explation for this, User status profile has to be maintained.
That is fine.
What do we maintain in authorisation key.
How is this authorision key linked to user status "X".
Further how is authorisation key maintained in authorization object B_USERSTAT .
Please expalin this in detail for my convenience as I have never done user specific authorisation check at wbs user status level.

Since you are a technical consultant also, probably you are in a better position to deside how to achieve this.
You will have to develop a user exit which will check status/ Release Indicator of Document when new version option is clicked through CV01N/ 2N/ 3N/ 4N transaction and take necessary action.

Well first you need to sync your iPhone 4 with your Mac/PC so that it will transfer all your music, apps, podcasts, etc. Then sync your iPod Touch and the media you selected during the sync should be there on your iPhone. If you have difficulty in transferring media from iPhone to your computer, try softwares like TransCopy. They will help in transferring data from your iphone to your computer. Release campaign only after releasing parent marketing plan

My requirement is, campaign should be released only after parent MP is released. System doesn't allow to release campaign without releasing parent MP by standard. But I am using all user statuses in campaign and MP. I have blocked all system statuses which appears in drop down as standard. How can I get this standard functionality with user status profile?

Commitment only after release of purchaseorder

I'm investigating the possibilty that commitments are only registrered when a purchase order with release strategy is released.
is it possible to have no commitments of a purchaseorder until release ??
I have found this thread which is about the opposite to remove commitment afterwards ?

We don't want to use Purchase Requisition if possible and want to create a purchase order directly with status OPEN

Have you restarted your phone?
If so, try a reset. Press and hold the home & sleep/wake buttons until the screen goes blank, ignoring the power off slider if it comes up.
Check for the app again after the phone starts back up.

You can use a single checkbox field and make it required. It will have to be checked otherwise the form cannot be submitted.
