Actual overheads are not caluculated

when i excute the transcation tcode:kgi2
actual overhead cost is not updating the report. where  i need done mistake.
please try to give the solution asap
with regards

Please check you are putting the correct order, period & year in t-code KGI2.
Another thing that order must contain the cost for calculation for that period.

  • TS1424 I downloaded an album, but most of the songs are incomplete.  The itunes list shows the appropriate song length, but the actual songs are not completely downloaded - meaning it does not give me the option of finishing the download.

    I purchased a complete album, but most songs are only about a minute in duration rather than their actual lengths.  The times showing indicate the full song was downloaded, but in reality, its like listening to a sample.  I want to get entire songs, but the itunes list shows it as downloaded, so it does not seem to give me the option to download again.  I sure would like to get what I paid for.  Any suggestions?

    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

  • CO-PA- Actual Values are not flowing in the CO-PA

       I have created an operating concern and created the characteristics and value fields as per our requirement. I have assigned a particular cost element to a value field through FI direct posting .
      I have mapped SD Condition types to my value fields
      I have also activated the Operating Concern
      Now when i  am tryinng to post the document from FI no CO-PA document is getting generated nor the actuals are getting transferred to the CO-PA.
      And when i am trying to post a document from FI to Profitability Segment (through account assignment) iam getting following dump.
    The current ABAP program "SAPLKEET" had to be terminated because one of the
    statements could not be executed.
                                                                                    This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
                                                                                    In program "RK2FGPKE ", the following syntax error occurred
    in the Include "RK2FGTKE " in line 23:
    "The Dictionary structure or table "T25A2" is either not active or does"
    " not exist."                                         
    But I have already created a segment as my characteristics and i have created a segment for my operating concern and I have checked that this is getting stored in table T2509.
    I have checked with the table T25A2 it is not activated .
    Can anyone suggest am i going wrong in the customisation part.
    how do i solve it plz assist me as early as possible.

    as per ur mail this problem is occured in table space . kaindly consult ur BASIS onsultant first. based on that ask the ABAP ER . some times it will happen if any oracle applicastion not works

  • Actual Costs are not captured in Production Order

    Hi Experts,
    I'm not able to see the actual costs for a production order. We made the cost estimate for a material for this month. We created the production order and partial confirmation also done. In production order i'm able to see the target cost only. I'm not able to see the actual cost for the production order after confirmation.
    In routing costing relevancy tick mark is available and in work center i maintained the cost center and activity types also.
    Can you please share anything is missed for getting actual cost for a production order.

    you would finally confrim order (set CNF status) and try again.
    also chack out you master data:
    -material master (possible Acc1-2 and Cost1-2)
    -work center (say,did you set a valid Cost center there?), are activities set up? usage? validity?..
    -routing (header data and control key at item level)
    check out your control key against the 'Cnf' and 'PrtCnf' checkboxes...

    Hi all,
             I am  doing Purchase Order against project for service,assigning WBS Element in it,
    and doing service entry sheet against that P.O.
    But I am not getting plan & actual cost reflected in Project builder & reports.
    Is there any setting for getting Plan & Actual cost ?

    Have you accepted the service entry done? Actual Costs wouldn't appear unless you accept the service entry.
    If you haven't done planning (T Codes CJR2 or CJ40), Plan costs wouldn't appear on the WBS.
    You should be able to see commitments on the reports if you have the configuration settings for commitments.

  • Overhead is not getting updated in the production order

    I am running actual overhead calculation with KGI2.
    But the overheads are not getting updated in the order.
    Order contains relevant overhead key also.
    What could be the possible causes?

    Thank you for your reply.
    I have maintained the % in the costing sheet against the 'Overhead rate' but I didn't get the secondary cost element.
    Request you to elaborate it further & explain me how to maintain the same.
    Also I will be thankful to you, if you could explain me the exact process of loading the overhead on the order i.e. how it loads the overhead form the cost center to order? What happens to the total cost which was lying on the cost center etc, in details.
    Mean while I had maintained the required values in costing sheet in KZS2.
    Maintained the % against material overhead rate as well as manufacturing overhead rate.
    Maintained the credit values for the overhead rate.
    Maintained the calculation base values also.
    Now while overhead calculation with KGI2, I am getting two errors as follows,
    1. S:K5:162 E02 20090831
    2. Error CREDIT_SEGMENTS_ADD COIOB NOT FOUND for object
    I can not figure out the reason.

    I am creating a report in Analytics 7.9.6.3 , OBIEE 11g - Let’s say Budget Cost/Actual Cost based on the Date Dimension
    Have selected the Fiscal Year Dim, Fact Budget Cost, Fact Actual Cost

    But here when I am drilling down from Year to Quarter and Period - The values are not matching with the totals....

    Check out the query in both the times.Execute against database and try to sum the data for quarter/period and compare it with Year data.
    Just try to differentiate is it a report total that is getting wrong or the data in the database table itself is getting wrong stored.

    When I am creating a Service contract in SAP CRM an internal order is created with planned values but when I am creating a service order/service confirmations and assigning it to a contract t the planned values/actual values are not flowing on to the internal order

  • Copy paste of components are not working properly

    Hi,I am using ADF 11.1.1.3 and dynamic components.
    I had created a page fragment which has lots of components let say 60 components.
    Now i have to create another page which will also have the same no and type of components. I want to copy paste the components and create a new page.
    But I am not able to do the same.
    When i copy paste the page fragment its not working ...(bindings are not created on new page) and other issues also...
    Just wanted to know do we have to do any thing specific should be done to copy paste fragment code or its not possible.

    actually bindings are not copy and pasted. What you can do is to copy and paste the fragment, edit the DataBindings.cpx file and create an entry for the new fragment .jsff and point it to the PageDef file that already existed for the fragment you copy and pasted the content from.
    Alternatively (and my recommendation to you), create the content you otherwise would copy and paste in a page template and make sure the page template has a binding file (checkbox). Then build your fragments from the page template file and thus all will have data bound components

  • My Spot Colors are not appearing in the Separations

    Hello everyone!
    I'm having a problem here. I've designed a piece with spot colors, but I can't figure out why they don't appear in the separations and don't export as separate plates. My exported files end up as all process colors.
    In my searches on this problem, the most common solution is that the option in the Ink Manager to convert Spot Colors to Process is checked, but as I've shown in the below screen shot, it's not. It's grey out, which is even more confusing to me.
    I'm stumped. Help?

    Actually they are not the same at all.
    2905UP is a CMYK mode color and its Color Type is process, 2905U is a Lab mode color and its Color Type is Spot.
    2905UP is a CMYK simulation of the 2905U solid ink color and it may or may not match depending on the press conditions. Some solid ink colors can't be matched using process colors under any conditions because they are not in the CMYK color gamut.
    On screen they can also look different because the solid color's Lab definition is unaffected by the document's CMYK profile, while the bridge version is because it is a CMYK color.
    Here's the solid version on the left and the bridge version on the right with with US Web Uncoated and US Newsprint profiles. The Bridge version is a terrible match under either of those press conditions.

I want to see all  my photos in 'Library' view, and I can't figure out how these photos seem to be arbitrarily hidden. Help, please.

  • "Volume not found" I have 3 iphoto_libraries stored in a external disk, while the actual files are in other external disk. Ive moved together iphotolibraries and files but: HOW CAN I TELL THE LIBRARIES WHERE TO FIND THEM NOW?

    I have three iphoto_libraries stored in a external disk PASSPORT (one for each trip imovie Im making -Ive managed this way the libraries so to not confuse the trips) while the actual files are in OTHER external disk LACIE. And everything was fine: imovie find each library, could work with it, or iphoto could edit the files.
    But one day everything crashed at the same time: i opened iphoto to find 3 different scenarios:
    1) iphoto_library GREECE was there, but not the albums i prepared. no events. when double click in any of them: "Volume not found"
    2) iphoto_library ITALY was there, and the albums i prepared too, but empty.
    in both cases I can only see the photos in 'photos'  because 'events'  shows some events with photo preview and some with no preview, just some kind of preset clipart palm tree, but if i enter the event, photos are there but again: when double click in any item: "Volume not found"
    3)  iphoto_library ISRAEL was there, the albums too, when double click in any of them: all OK

    The 3 libraries was managed the same way. Meaning: Ive imported photos to iphoto from external disk LACIE in a iphotolibrary stored in another external disk PASSPORT.
    This is not clear, especially when you say

    Especially as the message you're getting is typical of a library where the ' option "copy to file" or something like that' is unchecked.
    So it's a simple question:
    Are you these Managed or Referenced Libraries?
    A Managed Library, is the default setting, and iPhoto copies files into the iPhoto Library when Importing. The files are then stored in the Library package
    A Referenced Library is when iPhoto is NOT copying the files into the iPhoto Library when importing because you made a change at iPhoto -> Preferences -> Advanced. (You unchecked the option to copy files into the Library on import) The files are then stored where ever you put them and not in the Library package. In this scenario you are responsible for the File Management.

    Are you saying that my address book has not been hacked into?  That others are getting these email addresses from another source?
    This confuses me.  Are you saying that you are receiving bogus e-mails from some of your contacts, or are you saying that they are receiving bogus e-mails from you?
    If the latter, there are a number of reasons that people might be getting e-mail from you.  Malware, though technically possible, is extremely unlikely.  See Someone is sending messages from my e-mail address!
    If the former, that's rather unusual.  The only decent explanation I can think of is that a bunch of your Windows-using contacts got infected with something and their machines are being used to spam everyone in their contact lists, which would include you.
