Actualice iPhone 4s a ios7.1 no funciona wifi.

I too discovered the grayed out wifi after my update to 7.1 on my 4S, however I did a search myself. On a Canadian website they recommended the following:

I did this and then the following:
After taking it out of the refrigerator I then put it in "Airplane" mode, then did a hard shut down by pushing the off button and home button simultaneously, waiting until the apple logo reappears. Then my wifi showed up, I moved the button to wifi and then turned off "Airplane" mode. This worked for me after weeks of not having wifi.
I hope this helps someone else who is just as frustrated as I was.

If you had Apple replace the battery, then you can take it back to have it checked. If you opened the device yourself, then all bets are off. Cannot get help here.

First turn off all caps it's considered rude and as if your shouting.
try a reset, no data loss. hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait until your phone boots back up.
then check voice memo again.

Connect the phone to your computer and then sync it with iTunes perhaps.

It is really annoying as sometimes the phone doesn't respond to attempts to end the call before it connects to the number. I then have to explain that it was my phone and not me, I look like an idiot, which I don't really need any extra help with!! Does anyone have any ideas? I have had the same issue which was driving me mad but think I have just found a way around it. In iOS 7 if you swipe up on the lock screen to access quick settings and go into timer then click the home button you get into the phone without calling the person back. Not a great 'fix' but hope it works for you. Come on Apple this isn't good enough, fix this bug otherwise you will lose your customers.

How can I change my Apple ID for iCloud on iPhone 5 with iOS7? When I updated to iOS7 it kept my old ID on some features and my new one on others. I was able to change my Apple ID on all apps except iCloud. I don't have the original email account I used when setting up my iPhone with the old Apple ID and I have no clue what the password was. It appears I first need to turn off "Find my iPhone" which requires the old Apple ID, then I can delete the iCloud account. I want to use my current Apple ID to be able to use the "Find my iPhone" feature in iOS7. I hope someone can help!!

You never mentioned that you didn't have access to that email. There are some specific steps you can perform to retrieve the old Apple ID password.

iOS 7 allows you to have your apps update automatically. Therefore, the list of what has been updated stays so that you can see what was updated, when and what the release notes say. It has been suggested that they list has a limit, much like Recents. Currently, there is no way for the user to delete the entries manually. Just try not to look at them.

Not only can i not see the individual chaptes -- apparently like you and everyone else suffering through the "improved" iOS7 -- when my audiobook repeats a "file" within chapter, which it sometimes does, I cannot get "inside" the chapter and move forward to where I'm supposed to be.

I check with my service provider as well as I synchronized with iTunes , changed time manually with the right time zone. Unfortunately the problem keeps showing

To tell the truth I forgot to mention that I already did what you said, even more I tried all "reset" options including:
Reset all settings
Erase All content and settings
Reset Network settings
Etc
Even
Reset location and Privacy
It keeps showing the problem
