Quiero actualizar de lion a mountain lion, se me borrara todo lo que tengo sino lo guardo?, puedo utilizar el timemachine y guardarlo en el propio disco duro, pero en otra particion aparte de la del sistema operativo?

Antes de instalar el león, el instalador copia en un DVD y una copia de seguridad de datos. Un clon de su equipo ya existente, en un disco duro externo,es el mejor. Tenga en cuenta que los programas más antiguos (pre-Intel) no sonahora soportados (Office 2004, Quicken, etc.)

Hola tuxeno, si se puede simular la entrada analogica y tienes dos opciones.
La primer es ir a MAX (measurment and Automation Explorer) y crear una tarjeta simulada. A esta te referirás en tu programa como a una tarjeta real, pero no puedes controlar la señal que vas a leer simplemente lee una senoidal.

Nobody can tell you that. We don't yet know what the pricing will be or what kind of compatibility issues may arise. If you don't need anything in Lion right now, you can certainly wait, and if you do find the features of Lion compelling, there's no reason to wait for 6 months. Buy what you need when you need it, and don't worry so much about what's ahead... there's always something new coming soon!

No hace falta hacer RESET de configuraciones / borrar cosas.

No. You will not lose any of the applications and data will be safe.
But make sure that you have working backup. This is very important.
Time Machine is the built-in backup software/application.

My system restarts while downloading mountaion lion

guys i just erased my sdd and am running with no os and after that i tried to download mountaion lion using internet but after sometime the system restarts.

During install the Mac will restart a couple of times. Leave it alone untilll install finishes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. i asked Apple when Lion came out and they said there was no way to partition (even if I KNEW how to do that) the haaard drive and install both on my iMac-- but I "think" this is a bit different and possible??? You need to move to Windows 7, because Apple is now releasing a new OS X version annually and it's playing havoc with people's hardware and software.
Windows 7 will get support until 2020, that's 8 years of software stability, however you do need to make System Restore disks, boot disk and another on a hard drive to self restore (like TimeMachine is for OS X)
Apple has no plans to change their currrent behavior as all they care about is selling new hardware with a shiny new OS X verison on it.
If you wait to move, what will happen is you'll lose that full 8 years and will have to swtich to a newer Windows sooner
Windows 7 machines are still widely avaialble, despite Windows 8 (a failure) being pushed currently.
Running three OS X operating systems on one machine is quite a chore reserved for only seasoned computer geeks, then it's only going to last X months as the next OS X version will be released, then the next a year after that.
Another method would be to get a virtual machine software (virtualbox is free) and install Windows 7 into that to ease your transitition if you cant' spring for a Windows 7 machine, preferablly a tower that will last a long time.
Here is a method to run Snow Leopard in Parallels, however it's a unapproced hack and not for the comptuer newbie.

Can I NetBoot from Mountain Lion to a Lion Image?

I have a Mac Mini lab. Lion Server with Lion NetBoot Image being served to several Mac Minis running Lion. I am getting new Mac Minis that have Mountaion Lion. Will I be able to use my same Lion NetBoot Image for the new Mountain Lion Minis?

Apple have just updated the Mac mini range although I can hardly see any difference personally . However the consequence is that it is very likely the new Mac mini model will not boot successfully from a Lion image. It would be possible however to have a Lion Server provide a Mountain Lion netboot image, I do this with DeployStudio successfully on a Lion server and server both Lion and Mountain Lion images.

Al abrir "empatar archivos.vi" los dos archivos .txt se despliegan los siguientes datos:
-PAra Archivo accesos, los "Arreglos A, B, C, D, E ,":
Columna 0=1,2,3,4,5,...
Columna 1=fecha y hora de incio
Columna 2= fecha y hora de término
Columna 3= duración
-PAra Archivo IUP, los "Arreglos U, I, P,":
Columna 0=fecha y hora de incio
Columna 1=fecha y hora de término
Columna 2= duración
DUDA:
¿Cómo puedo "empatar" los "arreglos A, B, C, D, E ,F" con los "arreglos I, U, P";
en base a las fechas y horas, de tal forma que se muestre, por ejemplo,
la fila 8 del el arreglo A, esta dentro del periodo U (fila 10) e I (fila 30).
Sin perder la relacion de las fechas y a qué pertenece.

Es posible, pero la poliza no aplica para todos los paises, cada pais tiene su poliza. Nosotros no te podemos confirmar al 100% aqui si tienes un correo directo de ellos entonces estara evidenciado.
Lo unico que te recomiendo es que lo haga alguien que sepa que la U410 no es un sistema facil de abrir.

Mountain Lion is an enhanced version of previous OS X and so that is Mavericks.
About upgrading it all depends on what your needs are and if your hardware supports it.

I use a samsung TV for my monitor via HDMI.Tried all the system Audi setting nothing .Head phone and internal speakers are fine.

Similar issue; Audio was working fine on Lion, now not on Mountain Lion. Have a Macbook Pro early 2011 with AMD Radeon HD 6750M, connected by thunderbolt through a Lacie LBD to a mini-displayport to HDMI adapter (n.b. same problem when not going through the LBD) to a Pioneer VSX 521 AV receiver. For me when I go into audio Midi settings all the volume sliders for the displayport device are greyed out and at zero. But when I click 'configure speakers', it's able to send out the test signals to each speaker. Part of the problem could be that I'm not getting the option to put out 6channel sound, only 2 or 8 channel. Since my system is Dolby 5.1, and I only have 6 speakers, I would have expected the 6ch option to be available. But I imagine there's more to it than that. Elsewhere someone has suggested playing with Remote Interactive over HD on an Onkyo device; I'll see if there's something similar on the Pioneer that can be changed. Any other suggestions welcome.
