Maybe at one point, you may have miss typed the code when setting up the code. You'll have to factory reset your iTouch.
Try restoring in Recovery Mode:

If unsuccessful, try DFU mode:

After fully restored, set up with one of your back ups:

Or set as new iPod:

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
OR
If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone and use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
You can also wipe the iOS device by installing the FindMyiPhone app on another iOS device and using that app to wipe the device.

Hi, We recently created new Azure subscriptions and Hosted Services, and now trying to create federations. We are getting and error "The required VM size or combination of VM sizes is not currently available in the selected region". What does this
mean and how can we resolve this to create a federation successfully? BTW, we use a SQL VM and not a standard A1, A2 types VMs and we have already set the DisablePackageValidation flag to true in these subscriptions.

This is a sql azure issue. You also post this question on SQL azure forum. From error message, you need make sure your VM region is in one location.

i have a similar problem...It seems to be tied to my guest account. It is set to Japanese as primary language but my main login is set to English. I tried changing the guest account to english but the change won't hold. It always reverts to Japanese.

Iv had this phone for 3,4 weeks now and soon as I got it its been messing up. All pages I pull up randomly close out. Screen flickers and lags bad so I have to take out battery and my touch screen is always freezing. It's also oddly shaped an odd to hang on to. I like what's its about but idk if I really care for the size I got. I'd really like the 7 or 950. I also paid twice as much as what everywhere else sells this 635 for at an at&t store. I'm just very unsatisfied. I send this in and you trade me out for one size up ill be happy other than that. Idk if I want another 635 that's going to mess up on me

Do it by going to Store >... > settings > check for updates, then check if this will make any difference. I would restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod on your computer and start over. It appears the iPod is associated with another account. Any media that came with the iPod does not belong to you and di not transfer with the iPod hardware.

Was wondering if Apple disabled the touch ID.It was working before on my I phone 6, not it no longer works. I rebooted my phone and updated to the latest IOS but still not working.

The link you provided was for a generic story written in Sept. 2013, over a year ago. If you read the article, it talked about the beginning of the fingerprint technology and the fact that Apple was using technology over and above what most fingerprint readers were using. It also said that something could happen, but does not indicate any evidence that it has.
