AD DS Config problem (The AAAA record for this DC was not found) Cannot connect to ADUC

Question

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my AD DS Config. I ran dcdiag. The results were:

Disable IPv6 according to Pauls blog:
Disabling
IPv6 on Windows 2008
After disabling run:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
restart the netlogon service or reboot.
