Adapters for Salesforce Integration

Hi All,
I am working on Integrating Salesforce with legacy applications, and looking for some adapters by which I can establish a communication channel between SOA and Salesforce.
Are there any Salesforce adapters available from oracle or Third party?
Thanks,
Ankit

Doesn't Salesforce have a web services interface (wsdl stuff)??

  • Oracle Service Bus & Salesforce Integration

    Hi there,
Does anyone know if there is an Oracle-issued or 3rd party adapter for use with OSB in integrating to Salesforce?
I came across this thread created in February,
    Re: Adapters for Salesforce Integration
and was wondering if anyone has any further updates or thoughts since then.
This Oracle PDF does very briefly mention a salesforce.com adapter..
    http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/community/developer-day/otnvdd-soademo1-mediator-494868.pdf
Any ideas as to how we could find more information?
    Thank you!

    interesting
would like to know what functionality the adapter is supplying.
we currently have integration from the soa suite with salesforce, but this is just for the authentication, the calls after this are plain webservice calls, so i'm wondering what functionality is build in the adapter itself.

    Hi,
Oracle JDeveloper 11g 11.1.2... doesn't include the SOA and WebCenter pieces - to use these components you'll need to download Oracle JDeveloper 11.1.1.6.0...
    http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/jdev/downloads/jdeveloper11116-1377208.html
You will also need the Fusion Middleware Extensions for JDeveloper... Oracle SOA Composite Editor...

  • RFC Adapters for EBP and SUS systems

    Hi!
We have Extended Classic Scenario up and running and now configuring SUS integration. We have done SLD configuration already and via TR SLDCHECK (has been executed on SRM server) has seen that XI connection is fine.
Now we have a question whether we need to configure RFC adapters for SUS and EBP systems? If yes, how can we do this?
    Best Regards,
    Siarhei

you need to define RFC connections between SUS and EBP  , only if you want user synchronization between the systems....
connection should be of type --> ABAP CONNECTIONS --> type 3
and this is only optional and not mandatory .
you can find more details at the following customizing entry..
    TRANSACTION SPRO
    --> Supplier Relationship Management --> Supplier Self-Services --> Master Data --->
Maintain Systems for Synchronization of User Data

  • List of actively addressed adapters for Adapter Engine

There are two different types of adapter for sending data from a sender application
    system to the Integration Server:
    • Adapters that can be actively addressed, for example the ABAP proxy adapter, the plain HTTP adapter, the IDoc adapter
    • Polling adapters, for example the file/FTP adapter and the mail adapter
Can anyone specify which adapters can be actively addressed?  I'm using XI scaling and need to know which adapters I have to point to the adapter engine, versus polling adapters.

  • Microsoft BizTalk Adapters for Host Systems Missing with BizTalk 2013

    Hi All,
I am using BizTalk 2013 and looking  for Microsoft BizTalk Adapters for Host Systems but cannot find it on Installation disk.
Do any one has idea how to go ahead with this .
    Thanks
    Abhishek

    Hi Abhishek,
As far as what we can experience, there is not standalone download for
BizTalk 2013 Adapters for Host Systems 2013. Its part of the
    Host Integration Server 2013 installtion.
    HIS 2013 installation
    document’s official
    “Existing Product Upgrade
This release supports an in-place upgrade of earlier versions of HIS. The Host Integration Server 2013 setup automatically
upgrades your existing configuration. The following releases are supported for automatic upgrade.
    Host Integration Server 2009
BizTalk Adapters for Host Systems 2.0
When you run the installation setup for
Host Integration Server 2013, we will get the information like the following. In my server I already have
BizTalk Adapters for Host Systems 2.0 (as per the requirement),
hence this installation wizard tries to upgrade it to make it compactable with 2013.
When you proceed with the installation, this will install/upgrade the BizTalk adapter to 2013.

  • Callconector for Salesforce Issues

    Hello
I'm currently using the callconnector for Salesforce. I have a CUCM  V 7.0.2.
I have PC`s with Windows XP and the integration works fine but the PC`s with Windows Vista doesn`t work.
I set up CiscoTSP001.tsp with all option (User, pass, ip, etc), but when I check the lines in the  "Select a TAPI Line to monitor doesn`t show me any line".
I've restarted the computers and re-configure but  nothing
Does Windows Vista support with TSP 7.0.2??
What can I do to fix this issue??

  • UCCX and Salesforce Integration

    Hello,
I have a client that we recently completed a small UCCX 8.5 Premium deployment for. As part of the deployment we completed a CAD integration with Salesforce.com in order to provide a screen pop of the associated customer account using the ANI from the caller (document attached – though there were some changes along the way in order to conform to the current version of Salesforce and UCCX).
Now the customer is interested in scraping data from Salesforce.com in order to route calls to the right agents. The integration we have completed to Salesforce for CAD does not help us to do this, specifically because the account screen pop the agent gets, is provided as part of a workflow, taking place AFTER the agent is selected. In order to do what the customer is asking, we will need to hit the Salseforce database earlier and somehow populate variables that will allow us to route the call appropriately.
I know that once upon a time we could use the Cisco Unified CallConnector for Salesforce.com in order to provide a more enhanced integration to Salesforce but that is now End of Life (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6789/ps7046/ps7274/ps7292/end_of_life_notice_c51-679419.pdf). I know that there are 3rd party connectors (http://www.amctechnology.com/solutions/Cisco_solution.html) but of course those require licensing.
So now that you have the context, here is the question:
I am looking for a recommendation on how to provide the functionality that the customer is looking for.
Option 1: Complete a DB integration to Salesforce directly from UCCX and scrape the data from the Salesforce DB in order to route the call appropriately. If this is possible, I am looking for any sort of documentation on how to accomplish this.
Option 2: Use a 3rd party connector to accomplish the DB integration and pull the data out of the DB in order to route calls appropriately.  I have a call into the 3rd party vendor to confirm if we will get this functionality out of the connector, in combination with scripting from the UCCX side, but if anyone has any experience with this I would love to hear the details.
    Thank you,
    Casey Nordendale

    Hi,
Referring to the UCCX 8.5 datasheet,
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/custcosw/ps5693/ps1846/data_sheet_c78-629807.html
Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Premium  allows you to apply HTTP integration to provide integration and a screen  pop with browser-based applications such as Salesforce.com running in  the Cisco Agent Desktop embedded browser.
Also refer the section "Figure 1.Cisco Agent Desktop with Integrated Multitabbed Browser (Premium)" in the below link,
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/custcosw/ps5693/ps427/data_sheet_c78-584241_ps1846_Products_Data_Sheet.html
An example is also provided in the below link,
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/custcosw/ps5693/ps427/prod_white_paper0900aecd804c6cdd.html

  • Adobe EchoSign for Salesforce October Release (v15) now available

The integration between EchoSign and Salesforce just got tighter with seamless mobile e-signing, better business processes management and streamlined contract management resulting in deals closing 5 times faster.

Installation works flawlessly. So far I've only been testing with the normal desktop preview. Now I wanna try the preview function for android (I think the previous version didn't work, right?) from the folio overlay panel but I cannot seem to find my Nexus 10 device even though I am logged in with the same account on both InDesign and the Nexus 10. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
Nevermind I got it to work. But how do I update my folio once I uploaded it to the folio producer?
Also there's something that I'd like to achieve now.
The content viewer browser version (checked via whatismybrowser.com) is:
    Chrome 30
    Version 3.0.0.0
    Webkit 537.36
    The installed chrome is:
    Chrome 32
    Version 32.0.1700.99
    Webkit 537.36
The 32 version has WebGL enabled or rather it works better. By default only the normal WebGL features are enabled in Chrome. The experimental WebGL features (found under chrome://flags/) have to be activated manually. I suppose the WebM view of the viewer doesn't have these enabled. Can I enable these fancy features somehow?
